Definitions
- the invention relates to a comfort liner disposed inside the upper of a shoe, such as a sports shoe, and relates to a bootie consisting of an envelope obtained in one piece for fitting the user's foot and lower leg.
- slippers of this type are generally provided with an introduction opening. of the foot closed by flaps or by a tongue.
- the patent FR 2 368 239 relates to a bootie comprising lateral slits in the zone covering the lower leg of the user.
- This bootie is characterized by the fact that it is molded in the open position so that in the resting state it always appears open ready for boot-release.
- This predisposition to the opening imparted to the boot actually facilitates the boot-heaving but has the disadvantage of opening the upper of the boot very widely as soon as the closing devices thereof are released.
- the boot returns elastically to its open position, it simultaneously pushes the flaps of the upper of the boot outwards, which considerably increases the volume of the latter, making it bothersome for walking or simply for storing it.
- the implementation of a plurality of straps thus mounted on the outside from the liner envelope, from the lower leg area to the foot adjusts the liner just where each strap extends without damaging the envelope despite the low resistance of the material which constitutes it. Indeed, because it is on the ends of each strap that the tightening force exerts, and that each strap is movable relative to the envelope of the liner from its retaining means, the envelope of the liner does not undergo any traction but essentially a compression of its wall between the strap and the area of the foot and / or lower leg located opposite.
- the liner envelope can be adjusted on the foot and / or the user's lower leg using a tightening device, for example a lace, in ensuring close and continuous contact.
- a tightening device for example a lace
- the straps are movable relative to the envelope of the liner, that is to say free to slide relative thereto in the direction of tightening and loosening, their ends connected to the clamping device tend to be misaligned along the opening at the foot of the liner for each boot-heaving shoe.
- the slipper user is therefore always required to realign or check the position of the ends of the straps before adjusting the envelope on the foot using the clamping device.
- the traction link tightens the envelope on the neck foot and simultaneously pushes the heel into the posterior part of the envelope of the slipper by pulling on a strap fixed immobile on the latter.
- This provision allows to adjust the boot relatively well on the foot but has the defect of implement a complex link guidance system comprising components relatively rigid.
- this system takes volume in the instep area which requires to provide a larger volume for the upper of the shoe.
- the present invention aims to overcome these various problems and drawbacks which have just been mentioned.
- the object of the invention is in particular to allow a continuous adjustment of the envelope of the liner both on the foot, with heel lock, and on the user's lower leg, as well as a good distribution of pressures and / or tightening forces, without the rod of the shoe and / or a tightening-closing device thereof is not used.
- Another object is to give the user the possibility of acting in clamping and loosening on the liner using its own adjustment device, the control of which is accessible from outside the upper of the shoe whether open or closed.
- the invention also aims to guarantee that the clamping means are kept in constant position. of the adjustment device on the envelope of the liner along the foot entry opening, whether the device is in the active or inactive position.
- an objective of the invention is to allow the realization of the upper of the shoe in a form adjusted as close as possible to the envelope of the liner, therefore the least bulky possible, without this being able to generate painful points of contact on the foot and / or the lower leg.
- the boot intended to be placed in the upper of a shoe has an envelope that is obtained in one piece, to cover the foot and the bottom of leg of the user, and which is provided with an opening for introducing the foot.
- the insertion opening is a slot which, opening upwards, extends over a side of the envelope. This slot is delimited by a pair of overlapping flaps which are subject to a lace adjustment and blocking device, the control of which is accessible from the outside of the shoe upper, a plurality of fabric loops being attached, each on the envelope near and on either side of the slot to guide the lace.
- a tightening strap has one end attached to the side of the envelope opposite to that where the slot extends, and that it freely surrounds the part posterior of the envelope approximately above the zone corresponding to the heel to then be connected by its free end and in the manner of a loop at the lace of the adjustment device near the slot which forms the opening for introducing the foot.
- the arrangement of the opening for introducing the foot on a side of the envelope of the liner and the fastening of each passer-by near and on either side of the slit constituting this opening avoids having to use means or components of the adjustment device on the front part of the boot lining. Therefore, the shoe upper can be adjusted to the shape of the boot shell without risking create painful contact points on the foot and / or lower leg, all the more so that the passers-by constitute flattened rings therefore very little protruding.
- the delimitation of the slot by a pair of overlapping flaps makes it possible to adjust the envelope of the boot on the user's foot and lower leg by simply varying the overlap value of the flaps.
- This way of doing things requires acting in traction on the wall of the envelope of the boot to cause a modification of the interior volume of the envelope but has the advantage of distributing the pressures over the entire envelope.
- connection of the free end of the tightening strap implemented above of the zone corresponding to the heel with the lace of the adjustment device allows to fit especially the heel simultaneously with the adjustment of the envelope on the foot and the bottom leg.
- the tightening strap being free relative to the wall of the envelope which it covers above the heel, therefore capable of sliding relative thereto, placing it under tension makes it possible to push back and / or compress the wall of the envelope in direction despite the very curved shape of the latter at this level of the heel.
- the envelope is provided, on its outer wall, reinforcement panels on which the loops of the lace adjustment device are at less partially fixed.
- a yoke extends above and / or over the zone corresponding to the heel where the tightening strap goes and a loop is provided on this yoke for hold and guide the free end of the strap up to the yaw of the adjustment device proximity to the slot forming the opening for introducing the foot.
- the slit extends over only one side of the liner from the upper part of the envelope of the latter where it opens, to the part lower front covering the user's foot, and an elastic band is attached on either side of the slot in this lower front part.
- a flexible and elastic material is advantageously used in the area between the lower and upper front parts of the envelope. More precisely, this material constituting the wall of the envelope is placed above the part lower front of the envelope substantially in correspondence with the fold zone of flexion of the user's foot. This arrangement prevents the formation of wrinkles which interfere with the adjustment and maintenance of the envelope on the foot.
- the boot illustrated in FIG. 1 is intended to be inserted into the upper of a shoe, not shown, such as a sports shoe for example. It has an envelope 1, provided a sole 2, which is obtained in one piece to cover both the foot and the bottom of user's leg.
- An adjustment device 8 with lace 9 and blocker 10 provided with a plurality of loops 11 is implemented on the flaps 5, 5 ′, of the slot 3 so as to be able to vary the value of their overlap and therefore the volume fitting on the foot and lower leg of the user.
- These loops 11 are preferably made from folded strips of fabric which are then fixed, for example by seams, on the wall of the envelope 1.
- the slot 3 extends vertically in front of the zone corresponding to the malleoli of the user's foot, as indicated by the reference 12, and set back from the area upper anterior of the foot, as indicated by reference 13, that is to say set back from the neck of foot.
- a tightening strap 14 is fixed on the flank 4 'of the casing 1, opposite that 4 where the slot 3 extends, and freely surrounds the posterior part 15 of the envelope 1 to then be connected to the lace 9 by its free end 16.
- the tensile force transmitted to the lace 9 accentuates the overlap of the flaps 5, 5 ', and simultaneously pulls on the free end 16 of strap 14; the latter being free to slide relatively relative to the wall of the casing 1, from its point of attachment to the flank 4 'of the latter to its end free 16, the tensile force exerted on the strap 14 has the effect of pushing back the wall of envelope 1 towards the foot. More specifically with regard to perfectly fitting the heel of the foot simultaneously with the adjustment of the upper front part 13 of the envelope 1 on the foot and the lower leg, the strap 14 is disposed at a certain height at the less above the zone 15 'corresponding to the heel.
- control 18 of the adjustment device 8 is placed to be accessible from the outside of the rod of the shoe, for example above the upper part 6 of the boot.
- This command 18 is constituted, in this exemplary embodiment, by a loop 9 'of the lace 9 to which the blocker 10 is directly associated. It is understood that a specific maneuvering piece can be provided on the loop 9 'to facilitate gripping.
- reinforcing inserts 19 are advantageously attached to it, for example by sewing, gluing, etc., and the passers-by 11 are at least partially fixed with or on them. Efforts are thus more evenly distributed on the wall of the enclosure 1.
- a reinforcement yoke 19 ' is placed on the part posterior 15 of the casing 1 in correspondence with the tightening strap 14.
- this reinforcement insert 19 ′ has a loop 20.
- an elastic band 21 can be attached on either side of the slot 3 on the flaps 5, 5 ', which delimit it.
- the flaps 5, 5 ' are thus constantly kept pressed against each other even when the adjusting device 8 is loose.
- the elastic band 21 can judiciously replace the device. adjustment 8 with lace 9 in the lower front part 7 of the envelope 1.
- a flexible and flexible material is advantageously implemented above the front lower part 7 of the casing 1 substantially in correspondence of the flexion fold area of the user's foot.
- This material can, well understood, constitute the same wall of the envelope 1 in this zone and / or be used on a only flaps (5, 5 ') or on both.
