Claims (8)
- Scherzylinder (2) einer Schermaschine mit auf der Mantelfläche mehrgängig-schraubenlinienförmig angeordneten Schermessern (3), denen mindestens ein Gegenmesser (7) zum Scheren einer bewegten Stoffbahn (8) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Schermesser (3) - gesehen in Zylinderumfangsrichtung - nicht äquidistant positioniert sind.
- Scherzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Zylinderumfangsrichtung gemessenen gegenseitigen Abstände (a bis f) der einzelnen Schermesser (3) zufällig um einen Mittelwert variieren.
- Scherzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Zylinderumfangsrichtung gemessenen gegenseitigen Abstände (a bis f) der einzelnen Schermesser (3) alternierend um einen Mittelwert variieren.
- Scherzylinder nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Verteilung der Schermesser (3) im Sinne der Erhaltung bzw. Einstellung eines Massenausgleichs, das heißt einer Wuchtung des Zylinders insgesamt, vorgesehen ist.
- Scherzylinder nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gegenseitigen Abstände (a bis f) der einzelnen Schermesser (3) auf einer ersten Hälfte (I) des Zylinderumfangs frei bestimmt und auf einer zweiten Hälfte (II) des Zylinderumfangs ebenso wie auf der ersten Hälfte (I) verteilt sind.
- Scherzylinder nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstände (a bis f) um mehr als größenordnungsmäßig 5 % des Mittelwerts variieren.
- Scherzylinder nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstände (a bis f) um größenordnungsmäßig bis zu ± 10 mm vom Mittelwert abweichen.
- Anwendung des Schermessers nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zum Scheren einer Stoffbahn (8) mit Stehflor, insbesondere mit Flor-Stehnoppen (13).
