Abstract
Description
- Füllung von Gasgemischen im Trailer nach dem manometrischen Verfahren ohne zusätzliche Homogenisierung des Gasgemisches oder Befüllung von Druckgasbehältern des Trailers nach dem dynamischen Mischverfahren.
- Ausrüstung des Trailers mit einer Meßanordnung zur Erfassung des eingefüllten Gases und bei der Befüllung der Druckgasbehälter.
- Vorzugsweise Ausrüstung des Trailers mit zwei zusätzlichen Druckgasbehältern.
- Vorzugsweise leerer oder vakuumbeaufschlagter Druckgasbehälter bei der Herstellung von giftigen Gasgemischen als Sicherheitsbehälter zur Aufnahme des giftigen Gasgemisches bei einem Störfall.
- Vorzugsweise Druckgasbehälter mit einem Inertgas, z. B. Stickstoff, zur Spülung des benutzten Equipments (Druckgasbehälter, Leitungen, Ventile etc.), Druckgasvorratsspeicher (z. B. Druckluftbehälter) für die vorzugsweise pneumatisch betriebene Meß-, Steuer- und Regel-Technik (MSR-Technik) sowie für den Aufbau von Gegendruck bei defekten Ventilen.

Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Gasgemischen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gaskomponenten des Gasgemisches in einen oder mehrere Druckgasbehälter mit einem Fassungsvermögen von mindestens 100 m3 bei 200 bar gleichzeitig oder nacheinander gefüllt werden und dabei mittels einer Druckerfassungseinrichtung an mindestens einem Druckgasbehälter der Gasdruck in dem Druckgasbehälter gemessen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosierung der Gasmenge der Gaskomponenten des herzustellenden Gasgemisches mittels des gemessenen Gasdruckes in einem oder mehreren Druckgasbehältern erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gasdruck in einem oder mehreren Druckgasbehältern mit einer Einrichtung zur temperaturkompensierten Druckerfassung an mindestens einem Druckgasbehälter ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Druckgasbehälter an einem Kraftfahrzeug oder Schienenfahrzeug angebracht sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Gaskomponenten in einer Mischstrecke gemischt werden, bevor die Gaskomponenten in einen Druckgasbehälter gelangen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befüllung eines oder mehrerer Druckgasbehälter mittels einer gesteuerten Gasdosierung erfolgt.
- Druckgasflaschenwagen mit mindestens einem Druckgasbehälter mit einer Druckerfassungseinrichtung.
- Druckgasflaschenwagen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckerfassungseinrichtung temperaturkompensiert den Druck erfaßt.
- Druckgasflaschenwagen nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckgasflaschenwagen eine Steuereinheit enthält, die mit der Druckerfassungseinrichtung verbunden ist.
- Druckgasflaschenwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckerfassungseinrichtung den Gasinhalt und/oder die entnommene Gasmenge der Druckgasbehälter anzeigt.
- Verwendung einer Steuereinheit mit EPROM zur Steuerung der Gasbefüllung und Gasentnahme aus Druckgasbehältern von Druckgasflaschenwagen.
