Definitions
- the invention relates to a hinge with a screw fastening at least one fastening screw for sheet metal cabinet doors, Machine coverings, housing covers or the like, consisting of one first hinge part, such as hinge leaf, with one or more recessed Openings for fastening screws, and with one on the first hinge part hinged second hinge part, such as a hinge bracket or also with a or several openings for fastening screws provided Hinge leaf, the recessed openings of the at least one Hinge part are designed as slots, the hinge with a in the countersunk elongated hole to be fitted with a suitable fastening screw bushing is provided, which is in a depressed area of the openings of the Hinge leaf extends into the recessed area of the Part extending into the elongated hole, a part deviating from the circular shape, such as square outer cross-section, but preferably an elongated, such as rectangular, rectangular with attached semicircles or oval Has outer cross section, the longitudinal extent of which is greater than that Transverse extent of the recessed
- Such a hinge is already known from US-A-2885722. From this hinge arrangement known already has bushings for Fastening screws in the elongated holes formed by the hinge leaves are receivable and have an inner contour that matches the outer contour of the Fastening screw is adjusted.
- the recessed area is only inclined side walls has, in which the fastening screw bushing is received.
- the sinking areas of the hinge leaves are smooth Surfaces on, which has the disadvantage that the risk increases that the The fastening screw bushing moves if there is insufficient pressure and the attachment becomes unsafe.
- a third disadvantage is that the recessed breakthrough always remains visible, making it not just visual Disadvantages arise, but also areas where dust can catch.
- the height of the Door leaf can be adjusted with respect to the door frame.
- the vertical gap between the door leaf and the door frame can be adjusted in terms of its width.
- the hinge comprises two leaves, which is the Possibility opened that a leaf parallel to the hinge axis aligned aligned oblong holes, and the other sheet with vertical aligned slots, so that there is a two-dimensional Alignment opportunity opened.
- Another disadvantage of the known arrangement is that at correct tightening of the fastening screw in the slot can move along the elongated longitudinal extension. This is particularly large Danger if the tin cabinet shakes during transportation or is exposed to operations. Another disadvantage is that the slot is too remains partially visible when the fastening screw is installed and also Openings remain that can interfere as dirt traps, e.g. B. at Use of a control cabinet in the food industry.
- the object of the invention is a hinge of the type mentioned to train further; that without the help of fixed in that Rivet nuts to be inserted and not removable again Blind rivet nuts achieve as many of their advantages as possible, in particular increased strength against shear forces, improved securing against unwanted moving, if necessary the possibility of use a zero position or reference position, complete coverage if required the slot opening.
- the object is achieved in that the depressed area of the slot parallel to the breakthrough axis and perpendicular to it Has floor areas and the recessed area of the elongated hole reaching part of the socket comprises a disc-shaped body, the The circumference forms two opposite parallel sections, the more radial Distance to each other is equal to or slightly less than the clear distance of the longitudinal walls of the depressed area, and that the bottom surface of the recessed area of the opening of the hinge leaf and the on a roughening of this disc surface of the bushing to be located, how to form corrugation, and that the bushing forms a flange, the Outer contour is chosen so that it has the recessed opening in each possible position of the socket covered with respect to the elongated hole.
- the socket forms a flange, the outer contour of which is selected is that the countersunk breakthrough in any possible position of the socket covered with respect to the slot, it is avoided that optical Disadvantages arise and recess areas remain, in which dirt can accumulate.
- the corrugation of the recessed areas of the breakthrough also allows one perform a more defined position according to the steps of the corrugation, if the fastening screw bushing in turn receives a corrugation, this fits.
- the socket has one Corrugation that digs into the smooth walls, that of the breakthroughs be formed.
- the fastening screw bushings do not only cover optically the slot in every position, they also increase still the pressure surface over the attached edge, which leads to reduced Surface pressure leads, so that this technique also in connection with Plastic hinges can be used.
- the recessed area of the elongated hole in Cross section parallel to the breakthrough axis and perpendicular to it Has floor areas and the recessed area of the elongated hole reaching part of the socket has a disc-shaped body, the The circumference forms two opposite parallel sections, the more radial Distance is equal to or slightly less than the clear distance Longitudinal walls of the recessed area, there is the possibility of a cover larger contact surface of the slot and thus the To lower surface pressure, which improves the stability of the arrangement is coming. Furthermore, there is a particularly secure anti-rotation lock.
- the socket can in particular form a flange, the outer contour of which is chosen so that the recessed breakthrough in every possible position covers the socket with respect to the elongated hole. This results in that desired complete covering of the slot opening and thus a positive optical effect as well as avoiding cavities that are open to the outside, in which dirt can settle.
- the flange can even exert compressive forces absorb and thereby forces acting on the side walls of the elongated holes reduce what has advantages with plastic hinge leaves.
- the outer surface of the flange of the bush with a marking, such as with an arrow that, for example, the central transverse axis of the elongated profile of the disc indicates, and is brought to the hinge leaf another mark on the central transverse axis of the slot opening indicates a zero position or reference position for the arrangement that then comes into play when warping due to the cabinet construction is not to be expected, so that it is first assembled with the reference position can be. Should then prove that this reference position Alignment that does not yet lead to satisfactory alignment results still be made later.
- the hinge leaves can consist of plastic (claim 10). Also the Bushings can consist of plastic (claim 11).
- Door leaf or housing cover with a hinge can be designed so that the socket by a dimension (a) protrudes beyond the contact surface of the hinge, which is smaller or at most is the thickness (b) of the material of the sheet metal cabinet door or the like.
- the door leaf or housing cover can be hinged on one of the described embodiments can also be designed so that the External cross section of the protruding beyond the contact surface of the hinge Part of the socket is torsionally rigid in a non-round opening in the door leaf or the like. is held.
- first hinge part 12 here a hinge leaf, with at least one, here with three recessed openings 14, 16, 18 for Fastening screws 20, and one hinged to the first hinge part 12 second hinge part 30, here likewise one with a plurality of openings 32, 34, 36 for fastening screws provided hinge leaf 30, wherein the recessed openings 14, 16, 18 as at least one hinge part Elongated holes are formed.
- the hinge leaf 12 is here on a door frame 58 fastened, the hinge leaf 30 to a door leaf 60.
- the alignment of the elongated holes 14, 16, 18 of the hinge leaf 12 is in substantially perpendicular to the axis of the hinge, 44 during the alignment the elongated holes 32, 34, 36 of the other hinge leaf 30 run parallel to it, 25 shows.
- the arrangement of the direction of the elongated holes perpendicular to axis 44 enables adjustment in the direction of the double arrow 101 and thus an alignment of the door leaf 60 with respect to the door frame 58 for setting the door gap formed between them, as shown in FIG. 24 is recognizable.
- the perpendicular alignment of the Breakthroughs 32, 34, 36 in the other hinge leaf 30 align the Door leaf 60 in the direction of the double arrow 102 parallel to the hinge axis 44 and thus an adjustment or adjustment of the height of the door leaf with respect to the Door frame or the like. That is, in a direction parallel to the hinge axis.
- blind rivet nuts 62 have a collar 56, which over the bearing surface 58 for the hinge leaf 12 projects. That is in certain use cases disadvantageous and also requires a corresponding depression 54 in the Contact surface 52 of the hinge leaf 12 or 30.
- FIG. 1 shows a hinge 110 for sheet metal cabinet doors or the like, consisting of a first hinge part 112 with several, here two recessed Openings 114, 118, and one articulated on the first hinge part 112 second hinge part 130 with likewise several, here two openings 132, 136, each for receiving fastening screws 130, the Breakthroughs represent recessed slots, the orientation of the Elongated holes 114, 118 of one hinge part 112, similar to that in FIG. 25, perpendicular to the hinge axis 44, while the elongated holes 132, 136 of the other hinge part 130 perpendicular to it, that is to say parallel to the hinge axis 44 are aligned.
- the heads are the Fastening screws 20, 32 housed in depressions 48.
- the heads these mounting screws can move the hinge when moving If the heads are up to the walls of the depressions, run the elongated hole direction pass.
- FIG. 1 see also the top view according to FIG. 2, is in the countersunk slot 114, 118 or 132, 136 one into the slot Fitting receptacle screw socket 140 provided in Fig. 3 in a view from below, in Fig. 4 in an axial view, in Fig. 5 in a side view and in Fig. 6 is shown in a view from above.
- This Socket in turn has a countersunk round bore 111, the shape of which the fastening screw 120 to be used is preferably adapted in this way is that the screw head face with the face facing outward the socket, see reference number 141, and so both a smooth surface form. Is the screw head cylindrical, as is the case with FIG.
- the openings 114, 118 it is the direction perpendicular to the hinge axis 44, at the openings 132, 136 it is the direction parallel to axis 44.
- the depression 147 of the elongated hole e.g. B. 114 according Fig. 1, in cross section to the opening axis 149 parallel side walls 151 and has perpendicular floor surfaces 153, and if the recessed in the Area 147 of the elongated hole-extending part 142 of the socket 140 a forms disc-shaped body, the circumference 155 two forms opposite parallel sections 157, 159, the spacing 161 is equal to or slightly smaller than the clear distance 145 between the longitudinal walls of the depression 147.
- the bottom surface 153 of the depression 147 of the opening, e.g. B. 118, des Hinge leaf, e.g. B. 112, and the coming to lie on this Disk surface 163 of bushing 140 advantageously has a roughening, like corrugation.
- This corrugation is advantageously essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the elongated cross section of the disc Bushing 140 or the bottom surface of the depression of the elongated hole 118 educated.
- This measure reduces the risk of slipping in the direction of the Elongation of elongated holes reduced when the fastening screw is tightened.
- the distance between the individual corrugations determines the step size and so that the accuracy of the setting z. B. 1 ... 1.5 mm.
- the socket forms 140 a flange 165, whose outer contour 167 is selected so that it countersunk opening 147 in each position of the sleeve 140 with respect to the Oblong hole (e.g. 118) covered.
- the cavities formed by the elongated hole, see 147 in Fig. 1, are therefore closed to the outside and therefore can not accumulate dirt make more.
- the flange can carry a marking, e.g. B. In shape an arrowhead 169.
- This arrow 169 gives e.g. B. the central transverse axis 171 of the elongated profile disc 142, which can be related to a marker 173, the associated hinge part, for. B. 112 in Fig. 2 carries.
- the bushing 140 is preferably the middle position with respect to the two alignment movements inside the elongated hole, so that the hinge is made possible in one pre-assemble certain position.
- a cap nut 180 is provided instead of a normal nut, as shown in FIG. 7 makes it clear.
- the cap nut 180 is in a plan view in FIG. 8, in FIG. 9 in a cross-sectional view and in FIG. 10 in a view from below again shown separately.
- this cap nut 180 lies above all in the possibility of ensuring a gas-tight seal, since the rear End of the screw 120 is completely enclosed, the cap nut 180 on your support surface 175 can still have an annular groove 177 into which one O-ring seal 179 can be inserted.
- FIGS. 11 and 12 show one in views similar to FIGS. 1 and 2 Another embodiment of the hinge according to the invention, in which the Socket 240 one through the slot opening 218, 236 and also through the material of the door leaf 160 (e.g. through a round hole 161) extends through approach 181 and in connection with a cap nut 280th is used, which has a recess or depression 183, in which the free end 185 of the neck 181 fitting and in particular non-rotatable can be recorded, as can be seen in FIG. 11.
- the easiest is the approach 181 to give a rectangular cross-sectional shape, as shown in FIG. 13, where correspondingly the depression 183 has a rectangular cross section.
- the breakthrough 218 in FIG. 12 is somewhat designed differently than the opening 118 in Fig. 2.
- the Breakthrough 218 here rectangular and slightly larger, while the recessed Area 247 forms a rectangle with attached semicircles, similarly as well in the embodiment recognizable in FIG. 2.
- the rest of the measures, like them have already been described, can also be used here, such as O-ring seals for the cap nut, roughened or corrugated contact surfaces, marking for the Orientation of the socket, etc.
- Hinges which consist of two screw-on parts
- FIG. 21 embodiment shown only the one hinge part, namely here Hinge part 312, screwed to a cabinet frame 358, namely under Use of the bushings 140 already described, fastening screws 120 and cap nuts 180. It is cheap to secure against rotation, at least two to provide such screws, as can also be seen in FIG. 21.
- the other hinge part 330 is in a notch 331 in the door leaf 360 attached with the help of a clamping pin 333, which here also the Hinge axis forms. This type of attachment is known per se, it should only be shown that the arrangement according to the invention at different Hinge shapes can be used.
- the orientation is countersunk slot openings parallel to the hinge axis, so that the Height adjustment of the door panel 360 with respect to the door frame 350 changed can be.
- the cheapest shape of the head of the mounting screw 120 is shown truncated cone shape because this shape for the cross section of the socket according to the invention provides more meat than others would enable shapes of the head. More meat increases the firmness for the socket and gives greater scope for further refinements.
- the head of the mounting screw 120 advantageously has, as it does Fig. 21 shows, for example, a hexagonal depression to a pick up the appropriate tool.
- Fig. 21 shows, for example, a hexagonal depression to a pick up the appropriate tool.
- Legs Phillips countersink may be provided, as is well known.
- the hinge according to the invention avoids the special rivet nuts in the cupboard, such as in the In connection with Figures 23 and 24 are described, but there will be also avoids elongated holes in the sheet metal, which are not only difficult to manufacture, but are also difficult to seal, but for normal hinges are required if adjustability is necessary.
- the invention can be evaluated commercially in control cabinet construction.

Description
The invention relates to a hinge with a screw fastening at least one fastening screw for sheet metal cabinet doors, Machine coverings, housing covers or the like, consisting of one first hinge part, such as hinge leaf, with one or more recessed Openings for fastening screws, and with one on the first hinge part hinged second hinge part, such as a hinge bracket or also with a or several openings for fastening screws provided Hinge leaf, the recessed openings of the at least one Hinge part are designed as slots, the hinge with a in the countersunk elongated hole to be fitted with a suitable fastening screw bushing is provided, which is in a depressed area of the openings of the Hinge leaf extends into the recessed area of the Part extending into the elongated hole, a part deviating from the circular shape, such as square outer cross-section, but preferably an elongated, such as rectangular, rectangular with attached semicircles or oval Has outer cross section, the longitudinal extent of which is greater than that Transverse extent of the recessed area of the elongated hole, and wherein the Inner contour of the fastening screw bush to the shape of the Fastening screw is adjusted.
Such a hinge is already known from US-A-2885722. From this hinge arrangement known already has bushings for Fastening screws in the elongated holes formed by the hinge leaves are receivable and have an inner contour that matches the outer contour of the Fastening screw is adjusted.
Another disadvantage is that the recessed area is only inclined side walls has, in which the fastening screw bushing is received. Leading e.g. B. with open slots that the side walls when tightening the Fastening screw can be pushed apart, which is the stability could affect. The sinking areas of the hinge leaves are smooth Surfaces on, which has the disadvantage that the risk increases that the The fastening screw bushing moves if there is insufficient pressure and the attachment becomes unsafe. A third disadvantage is that the recessed breakthrough always remains visible, making it not just visual Disadvantages arise, but also areas where dust can catch.
Also of interest is the German utility model DE-U-29514712 des Applicant. Compared to previous designs, such as those in this Registered utility model as state of the art eliminates that already known certain screw-on hinge of this utility model Disadvantages that occur in particular with sheet metal cabinet doors: sheet metal cabinet doors namely, tend to get caught in the manufacture or assembly warp, which can hinder the opening and closing of the door, especially when there is a tight fit between the door frame and the Door leaf are provided. In order to avoid this disadvantage, the Utility model proposed the breakthroughs in the Form hinge leaves as elongated holes. Depending on the orientation of this Elongated holes result in a certain adjustment possibility. Is the Alignment parallel to the hinge axis, for example, the height of the Door leaf can be adjusted with respect to the door frame. Is against that Alignment perpendicular to the hinge axis, the vertical gap between the door leaf and the door frame can be adjusted in terms of its width.
In both of the publications mentioned, the hinge comprises two leaves, which is the Possibility opened that a leaf parallel to the hinge axis aligned aligned oblong holes, and the other sheet with vertical aligned slots, so that there is a two-dimensional Alignment opportunity opened.
The document DE-U-29514512 describes it as favorable, these breakthroughs and instead of normal bolts and nuts for fastening of the hinge leaves to insert screws that are in rivet nuts or in Blind rivet nuts are screwed in. As fastening screws Cap screws are provided, the head dimension of which corresponds to the amount of depression on the outer side of the hinge leaf is adapted. On the other hand, the Rivet nuts or blind rivet nuts an outer rivet collar that one Has outer diameter to which a (necessary) depression on the inner side of the hinge leaf is adapted. In this way, on the one hand to take up the projecting rivet collar and thus its annoying To eliminate influence, on the other hand, this rivet collar for alignment and additional support for the hinge plates.
The disadvantage is, however, that only in certain cases with such over the Protruding sheet metal surface, firmly with the sheet of the door leaf or Rivet nuts or blind rivet nuts connected to the door frame can. The fasteners are intended to be completely removable for certain purposes riveted nuts of this type cannot be disturbed apply.
Another disadvantage of the known arrangement is that at correct tightening of the fastening screw in the slot can move along the elongated longitudinal extension.
Another disadvantage is that even with very precisely manufactured cupboards known hinge must always be adjusted. The reason for this is that known hinge does not have a "zero position" or "reference position" then could be used if from the basic design of the closet an adjustment would not be necessary.
The object of the invention is a hinge of the type mentioned to train further; that without the help of fixed in that Rivet nuts to be inserted and not removable again Blind rivet nuts achieve as many of their advantages as possible, in particular increased strength against shear forces, improved securing against unwanted moving, if necessary the possibility of use a zero position or reference position, complete coverage if required the slot opening.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the depressed area of the slot parallel to the breakthrough axis and perpendicular to it Has floor areas and the recessed area of the elongated hole reaching part of the socket comprises a disc-shaped body, the The circumference forms two opposite parallel sections, the more radial Distance to each other is equal to or slightly less than the clear distance of the longitudinal walls of the depressed area, and that the bottom surface of the recessed area of the opening of the hinge leaf and the on a roughening of this disc surface of the bushing to be located, how to form corrugation, and that the bushing forms a flange, the Outer contour is chosen so that it has the recessed opening in each possible position of the socket covered with respect to the elongated hole.
The above disadvantages are avoided by the characteristic features. The fact that the recessed area of the slot in cross section Breakthrough axis parallel side walls and vertical floor surfaces has, the slot of the opening pushing apart forces avoided. The fact that the bottom surface of the depressed area of Breakthrough of the hinge leaf and the one coming to rest on it Disc surface of the bushing each form a roughening such as corrugation achieved that the mounting screw bushing is not so easy in it shifts, even if the tightening forces of the fastening screw are not should be very high.
In that the socket forms a flange, the outer contour of which is selected is that the countersunk breakthrough in any possible position of the socket covered with respect to the slot, it is avoided that optical Disadvantages arise and recess areas remain, in which dirt can accumulate.
The corrugation of the recessed areas of the breakthrough also allows one perform a more defined position according to the steps of the corrugation, if the fastening screw bushing in turn receives a corrugation, this fits. In the prior art, only the socket has one Corrugation that digs into the smooth walls, that of the breakthroughs be formed. The fastening screw bushings do not only cover optically the slot in every position, they also increase still the pressure surface over the attached edge, which leads to reduced Surface pressure leads, so that this technique also in connection with Plastic hinges can be used.
Furthermore, the screw is guided through the bush more precisely what the Installation is easier, and the bushing also results in an enlarged contact surface on the countersunk surface of the hinge leaf and thus higher Power transmission capabilities, which benefits the strength, so that u. U. also plastic hinge leaves can be used without Reveal pressure on the sides of the elongated hole pushed the material apart becomes. By securing the socket against rotation within the depression or inside the door leaf opening is a safeguard against unwanted It is easier to loosen the screws, and finally more can be done Set up embodiments that provide other advantages.
Characterized in that, according to the invention, the recessed area of the elongated hole in Cross section parallel to the breakthrough axis and perpendicular to it Has floor areas and the recessed area of the elongated hole reaching part of the socket has a disc-shaped body, the The circumference forms two opposite parallel sections, the more radial Distance is equal to or slightly less than the clear distance Longitudinal walls of the recessed area, there is the possibility of a cover larger contact surface of the slot and thus the To lower surface pressure, which improves the stability of the arrangement is coming. Furthermore, there is a particularly secure anti-rotation lock.
The security against undesired shifting in the direction of the elongated hole leaves increase in particular in that the bottom surface of the recessed area of the opening of the hinge leaf as well as the a roughening of this disc surface of the bushing to be located, like corrugation. It is particularly favorable if this according to claim 2 Corrugation substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the slot or to Longitudinal axis of the elongated cross section of the disk of the bush runs.
The socket can in particular form a flange, the outer contour of which is chosen so that the recessed breakthrough in every possible position covers the socket with respect to the elongated hole. This results in that desired complete covering of the slot opening and thus a positive optical effect as well as avoiding cavities that are open to the outside, in which dirt can settle. The flange can even exert compressive forces absorb and thereby forces acting on the side walls of the elongated holes reduce what has advantages with plastic hinge leaves.
An embodiment of the invention according to which the Bush forms an approach extending through the slot opening (Claim 3). If this approach extends over the contact surface of the hinge leaf only to the extent that it is in the wall material of the metal cabinet door or the like. a normal mother can be used. According to one Training is provided by a cap nut into which the free end of the approach is rotatably fixed (claim 4). In this case, the approach pervades the Wall thickness of the door leaf and can therefore be in the cap nut in one of her protrusion formed protrude. This construction is particularly stable prevents the fastening nut from turning when the Fixing screw and also enables improved sealing of the Overall arrangement. This sealing is further improved in that the Cap nut carries an annular groove for an O-ring seal on its contact surface (Claim 6).
One provides according to yet another embodiment of the invention (Claim 7) the outer surface of the flange of the bush with a marking, such as with an arrow that, for example, the central transverse axis of the elongated profile of the disc indicates, and is brought to the hinge leaf another mark on the central transverse axis of the slot opening indicates a zero position or reference position for the arrangement that then comes into play when warping due to the cabinet construction is not to be expected, so that it is first assembled with the reference position can be. Should then prove that this reference position Alignment that does not yet lead to satisfactory alignment results still be made later.
It is advantageous, according to claim 8, of the bushing to have a conical depression Inclusion of the matching conical head of the fastening screw give. In this way, e.g. B. the use of commercially available Cap screws possible, which reduces the manufacturing cost of the arrangement. Another advantage of this conical depression is that more meat is available to better serve the other tasks of the jack to become.
It is convenient to mount the mounting screws with a polygonal countersink To provide screwing tool so as to facilitate assembly (claim 9).
Die Scharnierblätter können aus Kunstoff bestehen (Anspruch 10). Auch die Buchsen können aus Kunststoff bestehen (Anspruch 11).The hinge leaves can consist of plastic (claim 10). Also the Bushings can consist of plastic (claim 11).
Door leaf or housing cover with a hinge according to the described Embodiments can be designed so that the socket by a dimension (a) protrudes beyond the contact surface of the hinge, which is smaller or at most is the thickness (b) of the material of the sheet metal cabinet door or the like.
Alternatively, the door leaf or housing cover can be hinged on one of the described embodiments can also be designed so that the External cross section of the protruding beyond the contact surface of the hinge Part of the socket is torsionally rigid in a non-round opening in the door leaf or the like. is held.
The invention is explained in more detail by means of exemplary embodiments, which in the Drawings are shown.

30.In the construction shown in Fig. 24, the screws that are
The constructions now described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 23 and 26, 27 are satisfied with simple breakthroughs in the sheet, (in Fig. 26 and 27 with Rectangular profile) to which sheet the hinge devices are attached should, or use threaded devices (Fig. 1) over the contact surface the sheet metal cabinet on which the hinge leaf should be placed, not emerge.

Befestigungsschrauben 20, 32 in Einsenkungen 48 untergebracht.

entsprechenden Einsenkung in Kegelform versehen. In the construction according to FIG. 1, see also the top view according to FIG. 2, is in

zwischen den Längswänden der Einsenkung 147.It is easiest if the
Die Bodenfläche 153 der Einsenkung 147 des Durchbruches, z. B. 118, des
Scharnierblattes, z.
ausgebildet. The
This measure reduces the risk of slipping in the direction of the Elongation of elongated holes reduced when the fastening screw is tightened. The distance between the individual corrugations determines the step size and so that the accuracy of the setting z. B. 1 ... 1.5 mm.
Langlochs (z. B. 118) überdeckt. As can be seen in FIG. 2 in connection with FIGS. 3 to 6, the socket forms

The cavities formed by the elongated hole, see 147 in Fig. 1, are therefore closed to the outside and therefore can not accumulate dirt make more.
This also improves the appearance, as does a comparison of FIG. 25 can be clearly seen with FIG.
B. In Form
einer Pfeilspitze 169.As illustrated in FIG. 6, the flange can carry a marking, e.g. B. In shape

B. 112 in Fig. 2, trägt.
163.This
Fig. 26.
Instead of in the sheet 160 z. B. provide a bead in which a thread
can be cut, see
festzuhalten.FIGS. 11 and 12 show one in views similar to FIGS. 1 and 2
Another embodiment of the hinge according to the invention, in which the
Ausrichtung der Buchse usw..To accommodate this
While the previous description of exemplary embodiments is based on
Hinges, which consist of two screw-on parts, is the one in FIG. 21
embodiment shown only the one hinge part, namely here
Hinge
In the embodiment shown in Figs. 21 and 22, the orientation is
countersunk slot openings parallel to the hinge axis, so that the
Height adjustment of the
In a version with vertical alignment of the elongated holes for Hinge axis would adjust the lateral distance of the Door leaf from the door frame are made possible.
Here too, further training is possible, such as in connection with the above embodiments have already been explained.
The cheapest shape of the head of the mounting
entsprechendes Werkzeug aufzunehmen. Alternativ könnte auch z. B. eine
Kreuzschlitzeinsenkung vorgesehen werden, wie allgemein bekannt. The head of the mounting
The hinge according to the invention with its various embodiments avoids the special rivet nuts in the cupboard, such as in the In connection with Figures 23 and 24 are described, but there will be also avoids elongated holes in the sheet metal, which are not only difficult to manufacture, but are also difficult to seal, but for normal hinges are required if adjustability is necessary.
In contrast, are well suited for the arrangement according to the invention in
Sheet metal cabinet construction standard square holes, for example in the dimensions 4 x 4 mm
or 8 x 8 mm, see e.g. B. Fig. 27
beschrieben. When in cross section z. B. square and reaching into the
Die Erfindung ist im Schaltschrankbau gewerblich auswertbar. The invention can be evaluated commercially in control cabinet construction.
