Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé d'inspection de volaille qui est déplacée le long d'un poste d'inspection au moyen d'une bande transporteuse. Selon ce procédé, au moins deux organes inspecteurs, qui sont positionnés à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre, sont déplacés le long de la bande transporteuse, suivant la même direction que la bande transporteuse, au niveau du poste d'inspection, à une vitesse inférieure à la vitesse de déplacement de la volaille sur la bande transporteuse au niveau du poste d'inspection. Cette invention se rapporte également à un dispositif conçu pour mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé.
