- einem L-förmigen Verriegelungsglied zur Sicherung der Rastmittel von Gehäuse und Dose, wobei
- ein erster Abschnitt des Verriegelungsgliedes U-förmig mit parallel verlaufenden Schenkeln gestaltet ist und die Schenkel sowie der Gehäuse-Grundkörper korrespondierende Führungsmittel zur Führung des ersten Abschnitts des Verriegelungsgliedes in Längsrichtung des Gehäuse-Grundkörpers aufweisen, und
- ein zweiter Abschnitt des Verriegelungsgliedes ebenfalls U-förmig gestaltet ist, dessen parallele Schenkel nach Bewegung des ersten Abschnitts in Längsrichtung des Gehäuse-Grundkörpers und Durchführung der Schenkel durch entsprechende Öffnungen im Gehäuse-Grundkörper die Rastmittel von Gehäuse und Dose gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen sichern.

Claims (15)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder, insbesondere zur Verbindung zwischen einer Dose und einem elektrischen Steuergerät für Rückhaltesysteme in Kraftfahrzeugen, mit folgenden Merkmalen:1.1 einem Gehäuse (10) mit einem Grundkörper (12) und einem, vom Grundkörper (12) senkrecht abstehenden, der Dose zugewandten Steckteil (14),1.2 in dem Steckteil (14) des Gehäuses (10) sind Kontaktfedern angeordnet,1.3 neben dem Steckteil (14) sind erste Rastmittel zur Verrastung mit korrespondierenden zweiten Rastmitteln der, Kontaktstifte aufweisenden Dose ausgebildet,1.4 einem L-förmigen Verriegelungsglied (30) zur Sicherung der Rastmittel von Gehäuse (10) und Dose,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.5 ein erster Abschnitt (30.1) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) U-förmig mit parallel verlaufenden Schenkeln (30.11, 30.12) gestaltet ist, und die Schenkel (30.11, 30.12) sowie der Gehäuse-Grundkörper (12) korrespondierende Führungsmittel (16z, 18z, 22z; 16, 18, 22) zur Führung des ersten Abschnittes (30.1) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) in Längsrichtung des Gehäuse-Grundkörpers (12) aufweisen, und1.6 ein zweiter Abschnitt (30.2) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) ebenfalls U-förmig gestaltet ist, dessen parallele Schenkel (30.21, 30.22) nach Bewegung des ersten Abschnitts (30.1) in Längsrichtung des Gehäuse-Grundkörpers (12) und Durchführung der Schenkel (30.21, 30.22) durch entsprechende Öffnungen im Gehäuse-Grundkörper (12) die Rastmittel von Gehäuse (10) und Dose gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen sichern. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die parallel verlaufenden Schenkel (30.11, 30.12) des ersten Abschnitts (30.1) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) jeweils mindestens einen, senkrecht abstehenden Zapfen (16z, 18z, 22z) aufweisen und die Zapfen (16z, 18z, 22z) entlang korrespondierender, in Längsrichtung des Gehäuse-Grundkörpers (12) im Gehäuse-Grundkörper (12) verlaufender Nuten (16, 18, 22) bewegbar sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die parallel verlaufenden Schenkel (30.11, 30.12) des ersten Abschnitts (30.1) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) jeweils mindestens eine Nut auf ihren gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen aufweisen, in die jeweils mindestens ein Zapfen auf jeder Seitenfläche (12.1, 12.2) des Gehäuse-Grundkörpers (12) zur Führung des ersten Abschnitts (30.1) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) in Längsrichtung des Gehäuse-Grundkörpers (12) eingreift.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem die Nuten (16, 18, 22) einen gekrümmten Verlauf aufweisen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Nuten (16, 18, 22) im Gehäuse-Grundkörper (12) einen gekrümmten Verlauf aufweisen und zumindest an ihrem, dem Steckteil (14) benachbarten Ende in Richtung auf das Steckteil (14) verlaufen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem die Schenkel (30.11, 30.12) des ersten Abschnitts (30.1) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) den Gehäuse-Grundkörper (12) seitlich übergreifen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Schenkel (30.11, 30.12) des ersten Abschnitts (30.1) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) den Gehäuse-Grundkörper (12) seitlich übergreifen und die Nuten (16, 18, 22) in korrespondierenden Seitenflächen (12.1, 12.2) des Grundkörpers (12) ausgebildet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2, bei dem ein Ende (16e) der Nuten (16) mit Abstand zu dem, dem Steckteil (14) abgewandten freien Ende des Gehäuse-Grundkörpers (12) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3, bei dem ein Ende der Nuten mit Abstand zum freien Ende der parallelen Schenkel (30.11, 30.12) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem die Nuten (16, 22) an ihrer Grundfläche jeweils mindestens eine Erhebung (24, 26) aufweisen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2 mit drei Zapfen (16z, 18z, 22z) an jedem Schenkel (30.11, 30.12) des ersten Abschnitts (30.1) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30), wobei mindestens jeweils ein Zapfen (22z) auf einem gekrümmt gestalteten Oberflächenbereich (20) des Grundkörpers (12) geführt wird.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, bei dem ein zwischen den Schenkeln (30.21, 30.22) des zweiten Abschnitts (30.2) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) verlaufender Verbindungsschenkel (30.23) in Längsrichtung geteilt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der zweite Abschnitt (30.2) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) so gestaltet ist, daß er bei Erreichen seiner maximalen Verriegelungsposition eine, zwischen den Kontaktstiften der Dose angeordnete Kurzschlußbrücke aufhebt.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem die Nuten (22) an ihrem, dem Steckteil (14) zugewandten Ende so gestaltet sind, daß der zweite Abschnitt (30.2) des Verriegelungsgliedes (30) zumindest am Ende seiner Führungsbahn in Richtung auf die Dose im wesentlichen parallel zum Steckteil (14) verläuft.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem die Nuten an ihrem, dem Steckteil (14) abgewandten Ende so gestaltet sind, daß der erste Abschnitt (30.1) des Verriegelungsgliedes am Ende seiner Führungsbahn in Richtung von der Dose weg mindestens senkrecht zum Gehäuse-Grundkörper (12) steht.
