Description
- eine Gehäuse,

- einen Nockenring, der auf der Werkzeugantriebswelle axial festgelegt und gegen Axialverschiebungen nach außen gesichert ist,
- ein Federelement, um die Werkzeugantriebswelle nach außen in Richtung auf die Aufnahme vorzuspannen,
- erste Kupplungselemente am Antriebsrad,
- zweite Kupplungselemente am Nockenring, die mit den ersten Kupplungselementen zusammenwirken, um eine drehmomentabhängige Auslösekupplung zu bilden und
- eine Stelleinrichtung zur axialen Verstellung der Werkzeugantriebswelle.

Claims (11)
- Kraftgetriebener Schrauber, umfassend:ein Gehäuse (11),eine im Gehäuse (11) drehbar gelagerte und axial verschiebbare Werkzeugantriebswelle (30), die an einem ersten Ende im Gehäuse (11) gelagert ist und an ihrem zweiten Ende eine Aufnahme (26) für ein Werkzeug (24) aufweist,ein auf der Werkzeugantriebswelle (30) drehbar gelagertes und motorisch angetriebenes Antriebsrad (40), das gehäuseseitig gegen ein axiales Verschieben gesichert ist,einen Nockenring (45), der auf der Werkzeugantriebswelle (30) axial festgelegt und gegen Axialverschiebungen nach außen gesichert ist,ein Federelement (43), um die Werkzeugantriebswelle (30) nach außen in Richtung auf die Aufnahme vorzuspannen,erste Kupplungselemente (41) am Antriebsrad (40),zweite Kupplungselemente (46) am Nockenring (45), die mit den ersten Kupplungselementen (41) zusammenwirken, um eine drehmomentabhängige Auslösekupplung (50) zu bilden undeine Stelleinrichtung (20) zur axialen Verstellung der Werkzeugantriebswelle (30),erste Mitnahmeelemente (42) am Antriebsrad (40) vorgesehen sind, die mit zweiten (47) Mitnahmeelementen am Nockenring (45) zu einer formschlüssigen Kraftübertragung zusammenwirken, und daßdie Stelleinrichtung (20) eine axiale Verstellung der Werkzeugantriebswelle (30) derart erlaubt, daß in einer ersten Stellung die ersten und zweiten Mitnahmeelemente (42, 47) formschlüssig miteinander im Eingriff sind, und daß in einer zweiten Stellung die Mitnahmeelemente (42, 47) außer Eingriff sind, während die Kupplungselemente (41, 46) miteinander im Eingriff sind.
- Schrauber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungselemente (41, 46) und die Mitnahmeelemente (42, 47) auf den jeweils zugewandten Seiten des Antriebsrades (40) angeordnet sind.
- Schrauber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungselemente (41, 46) in der ersten Stellung außer Eingriff sind.
- Schrauber nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungselemente (41, 46) als Nockenelemente mit schrägen Flanken (60) ausgebildet sind.
- Schrauber nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnahmeelemente (42, 47) als Klauenelemente mit geraden, zur Drehachse (19) achsparallen Flanken (62) ausgebildet sind.
- Schrauber nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise drei erste Kupplungselemente (41) in gleichmäßigen Winkelabständen zueinander auf dem Antriebsrad (40) angeordnet sind, daß mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise drei erste Mitnahmeelemente (42) in gleichmäßigen Winkelabständen zueinander auf dem Antriebsrad (40) angeordnet sind, denen jeweils entsprechend angeordnete und geformte zweite Kupplungselemente (46) und Mitnahmeelemente (47) auf dem Nockenring (45) zugeordnet sind, und daß sich die ersten und zweiten Mitnahmeelemente (42, 47) jeweils über einen Mittelpunktswinkel (β) erstrecken, der größer als der Mittelpunktswinkel (α), über den sich die Kupplungselemente (41, 46) erstrecken.
- Schrauber nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Kupplungselemente (41, 46) in Axialrichtung gesehen eine größere Höhe (h1) aufweisen als die Höhe (h2) der ersten und zweiten Mitnahmeelemente (42, 47).
- Schrauber nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungselemente (41, 46) auf einem zu den Mitnahmeelementen (42, 47) konzentrisch nach außen versetzten Kreis angeordnet sind.
- Schrauber nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je ein Kupplungselement (41, 46) einem Mitnahmeelement (42, 47) in einer radial nach außen versetzten Position zugeordnet ist.
- Schrauber nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung (20) eine Stellhülse (13) umfaßt, die am Gehäuse (11) über ein Gewinde (12) in Axialrichtung verstellbar geführt ist, und daß an der Stellhülse (13) ein Rastring (14) axial verschiebbar und gegenüber dieser verdrehgesichert festgelegt ist, der gegenüber dem Gehäuse (11) verdrehbar und in verschiedenen Winkelpositionen verrastbar festgelegt ist.
- Schrauber nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Axiallager (52) zur Abstützung des Antriebsrades (40) vorgesehen ist, das über ein nachgiebiges Element (54), vorzugsweise über einen O-Ring am Gehäuse (11) abgestützt ist.
