Fallweise können auch Werte zwischen 30° und 40°bevorzugt, insbesondere von 35° verwendet werden. Im allgemeinen ist es zweckmäßig, wenn die Winkel α und β nicht gleich groß gewählt werden, weil dann die Auswertung optisch günstiger wird. Es wird der Summenwinkel (α + β) so gewählt, daß Werte um etwa 10 bis 60°, insbesondere um 35° erhalten werden.
Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln von strangförmigem Wickelgut (WM) auf eine Spule (SP), wobei das Wickelgut (WM) fortlaufend zugeführt wird, und wobei durch mindestens eine Videokamera (VC) die Lage des Wickelgutes (WM) beobachtet und aufgezeichnet wird und die so erhaltenen Daten über die Bewicklung einer Recheneinheit (CU) zuleitet werden, die eine entsprechende Nachstellung der Zuführung des Wickelgutes veranlaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bezogen auf die Spulenachse (AX) in radialer Richtung gesehen jeweils für mindestens zwei Windungen (WD22, WD23) der neuen Wickellage (WL2) die Lage der Scheitelpunkte dieser Windungen bestimmt wird und daß bei einer Abweichung dieser Scheitelpunkte von einem Sollwert eine die Abweichung (ΔX; Δy) verringernde Nachstellung bei der Zuführung des Wickelgutes durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf Grund einer beim Aufsteigen der letzten Windung in radialer Richtung bezogen auf die Spulenachse (AX) sich ergebenden Abweichung der Größe des Scheitelwertes der letzten Windung (WD23) in radialer Richtung bezogen auf die Spulenachse (AX) von der entsprechenden Größe des Scheitelwertes einer vorangegangenen Windung (WD22) eine Nachstellung der Zuführung im Sinne einer Vergrößerung des seitlichen Abstandes von der vorletzten Windung (WD22) durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in paralleler Richtung zur Spulenachse (AX) gesehen im Bereich des Auftreffpunktes (AP) des Wickelgutes jeweils für mindestens zwei Windungen (WD22, WD23) der neuen Wickellage (WL2) der Abstand der Scheitelpunkte dieser Windungen bestimmt wird und daß auf Grund einer beim Auftreten eines Spaltes (ΔX) zwischen der vorletzten (WD22) und der letzten Windung (WD23) sich ergebenden Vergrößerung des Abstandes zwischen den benachbarten Scheitelwerten eine Nachstellung der Zuführung im Sinne einer Verkleinerung des seitlichen Abstandes der letzten Windung (WD23) gegenüber der vorletzten Windung (WD22) durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die der Beobachtung dienende Videokamera (VC) der Zustand der Lage des wickelgutes im Bereich des Auftreffpunktes (AP) bestimmt wird, wo das Wickelgut (WM) auf die darunterliegende Wickellage (WL1) trifft. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Auftreten eines Fehlers bis zu dessen Korrektur durch die Nachstellung vom Wickelgut (WM) ein Winkelbereich von unter 20 Grad, vorzugsweise unter 5 Grad durchlaufen worden ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nachstellung mittels einer das Wickelgut erfassenden Führungseinrichtung (FE) durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wickelgut (WM) im Bereich des Auftreffpunktes (AP) durch ein, vorzugsweise quer zur Aufwickelrichtung verlaufendes, Lichtband (LB) beleuchtet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Störungen im Oberflächenbereich der Windungen durch Filter und/oder Schwellen bei der Signalauswertung ausgeblendet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch eine spaltenmäßige verarbeitung der zeilenmäßig gewonnenen Abtastwerte ein bereinigter, den Oberflächenverlauf der Windungen entsprechender Konturverlauf gewonnen wird (Fig. 7). - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
auch der Scheitelpunkt mindestens einer Windungen der darunterliegenden Lage (WL1) bestimmt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lage der Scheitelpunkte mehrerer benachbarter Windungen (WD21,WD22,WD23) bestimmt und daraus ein Mittelwert gebildet wird, der als Sollwert benutzt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Abweichung des Scheitelpunktes der letzten Windung (WD23) in radialer Richtung (y-Richtung) um mehr als einen Toleranzwert, vorzugsweise um mehr als D/20, vom Sollwert mittels der zentralen Steuereinrichtung (CU) ein Nachstellsignal erzeugt wird, welches der gemessenen Abweichung vom Sollwert entgegenwirkt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Abweichung des seitlichen Abstandes des Scheitelpunktes der letzten Windung (WD23) vom Scheitelpunkt der vorangegangenen Windung (x-Richtung) um mehr als einen Toleranzwert, vorzugsweise um mehr als D/50, vom Sollwert D des Kabeldurchmessers mittels der zentralen Steuereinrichtung (CU) ein Nachstellsignal erzeugt wird, welches der gemessenen Abweichung vom Sollwert entgegenwirkt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beobachtung auch im Flanschbereich (FL) durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Annäherung an den Flansch (FL) der Abstand (ΔXF) der letzten Windung (WD24) vom Flansch (FL) fortlaufend bestimmt wird. - Einrichtung zum Aufwickeln von strangförmigem Wickelgut (WM) auf eine Spule (SP), bei der das Wickelgut (WM) über eine Führungseinrichtung (FE) zugeführt wird, welche die Wikkellage des Wickelgutes (WM) auf der Spule (SP) so verändert, daß eine möglichst gleichmäßige Bewicklung stattfindet unter Verwendung einer Videokamera (VC) für die Beobachtung der Wickellage, welche die von ihr ermittelten Daten über die Lage der Wicklung einer Recheneinheit (CU) zuführt, welche eine entsprechende Nachstellung der Führungseinrichtung (FE) veranlaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Lichtquelle (LS) vorgesehen ist, die ein Lichtband zumindest auf Teilen der letzten Wickellage (WL2) erzeugt und
daß die der Beobachtung dienende Videokamera (VC) so angeordnet ist, daß sie den Zustand der beleuchteten Wickellage etwa im Bereich des Auftreffpunktes (AP) bestimmt, wo das Wickelgut (WM) auf die darunterliegende Wickellage (WL1) trifft, und die Recheneinheit (CU) derart ausgebildet ist, daß durch die Recheneinheit jeweils für mindestens zwei Windungen (WD22, WD23) der neuen Wickellage (WL2) eine Auswertung hinsichtlich der Lage der Scheitelpunkte dieser Windungen in radialer Richtung der Spule gesehen durchgeführt wird und bei einer Abweichung dieser Scheitelpunkte von einem Sollwert eine die Abweichung (ΔX; Δy) verringernde Nachstellung der Führungseinrichtung (FE) veranlaßt wird. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Strahlachse der Videokamera (VC) in einem ersten in Umfangsrichtung der Spule angeordneten Winkel (β) zu einer radialen Richtung der Spule (y) und eine Strahlachse der Lichtquelle (LS) in einem zweiten in Umfangsrichtung der Spule angeordneten Winkel (α) zu der radialen Richtung der Spule (y) angeordnet sind und der erste und zweite Winkel einen Summenwinkel (α + β) bilden, der Werte um 10° bis 60° annimmt.
