Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zur Kennzeichnung eines heißen metallischen Werkstücks, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    (i) zunächst Abscheidung einer Schlichte auf dem Werkstück, und anschließend
    (ii) Kennzeichnung des Werkstücks.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkstück aus Aluminium besteht.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlichte eine vorgegebene Zusammensetzung auf der Basis oder entstanden aus mindestens einem natürlichen und/oder synthetischen Öl und/oder natürlichen und/oder synthetischen Wachs besitzt, wobei sie gegebenenfalls einen festen Füllstoff enthält.
  4. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung ein Gemisch von gesättigten und ungesättigten Fettsäuren enthält, die von Kopraöl stammen.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Gemisch um ein Gemisch von gesättigten C8-18-Fettsäuren und ungesättigten C18-Fettsäuren handelt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung ein Gemisch von Paraffinölen und einem synthetischen Wachs enthält.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung einen festen Füllstoff enthält, der Graphit umfasst.
  8. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Füllstoff ferner Aluminium umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Füllstoff in einer Menge von 2 bis 10 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise 6 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung, enthalten ist.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt (i) durch den Fließvorgang ein Schleier der Schlichte auf dem Werkstück gebildet wird.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schritt (ii) durch Gravur mit Hilfe eines Schlagsystems erfolgt.
  12. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schlagsystem ein Mikroschlagsystem ist, das einen Markierungskopf und einen elektromagnetisch gesteuerten Stichel umfasst.
  13. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Markierungskopf belüftet ist.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Stichel in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene befindet.
