Definitions
- the invention relates to a cylinder lock with a driver bearing with at least a round housing part for a locking cylinder and one in it Housing part eccentrically arranged rotor, a stator with a bore for the rotor, a coupling arranged at the rear end of the rotor, a driver interacting with the clutch, this driver at least on one side on a stator of a locking cylinder via a bearing is rotatably mounted and with one connected to the driver Locking cam for actuating a lock bolt, the locking cam is rotatable with the driver and the axis of rotation of the driver.
- Cylinder locks of this type are generally known and can be found as so-called Built-in locks use.
- CH 674 543 or EP 0 330 803 show examples such known cylinder locks in the embodiment as a double cylinder lock.
- Double cylinder locks include two locking cylinders and are used where the lock is from both opposite ends to be operated with a key. If only from so-called semi-cylinder locks are to be operated on one side with a key, or locks with a simple locking cylinder, use.
- this type of lock is in a cylindrical housing part a stator is arranged in which a rotor is rotatably mounted.
- That rotor has a key channel in which a key with corresponding Codings are inserted and if the coding is correct, the rotor in the stator can be twisted.
- Each lock cylinder has a clutch over which a driver can be rotated together with the rotor with a closing cam.
- the cylinder lock e.g. installed in a door in a lock case the bolt of the lock and one over the locking cam of the driver the tumbler belonging to the bolt is actuated and the lock is locked or unlocked.
- the lock case have for the installation of such cylinder locks Insert openings, with the cylinder lock in the lock case normally via a web arranged on the housing part and a forend screw in the Lock case is attached.
- the driver has the same central axis as the rotor of the locking cylinder. In the area the rotary movement of the locking cam on the driver of the lock no fittings may be present in the lock case, otherwise the complete Rotation of the closing cam of 360 ° around the axis of rotation is impeded would.
- the lock cases are usually not from the same manufacturers made like the cylinder locks. Pay attention to the manufacturers of the lock case therefore make sure that in the installation area of the cylinder lock in the lock case there is a corresponding free space for the closing cam of the driver is.
- the central axis is the so-called round cylinder locks of the rotor eccentric to the axis of the cylindrical housing part and thus the Stator arranged.
- the rotor axis and thus the rotor is away from the web moved to the other side of the axis of the housing to install the to enable necessary locking devices in the stator.
- This eccentric Arrangement of the rotor in the stator is also the turning circle of the closing cam arranged eccentrically to the cylindrical housing part of the locking cylinder.
- the eccentricity of the rotor in the stator or cylindrical housing part is different for the different makes of round cylinder locks large and can also depending on the mechanical design of the lock be different.
- the lock case has changed over the years developed a quasi-standard, and there is space in the lock case, which assumes an eccentricity of the rotor in the stator of approx. 2 mm and an outer turning radius of the closing cam of maximum 15 mm.
- the diameter of the cylindrical housing part of the cylinder lock is usually about 22 mm.
- the object of the present invention is a cylinder lock with a driver bearing to create where the axis of the driver's turning circle and thus the locking cam in a wide range regardless of the axis of rotation of the rotor can be positioned, the known ones so far Coupling systems should at least partially continue to be used.
- the Storage of the driver should be independent of the rotor shell or the rotor bore in the stator so that the torque generated at the key which is necessary to generate the rotation of the driver while of the entire rotation path remains within permissible limits, and the Construction options and the ways to arrange the different Axes in such cylinder locks and the area of use of such Bearings are expanded.
- the axis of rotation of the driver is with a radial distance eccentric to the axis of rotation of the rotor and the clutch arranged and between the driver and the clutch is a pinion consisting of an internal and an external toothing, with a free space between the internal and external teeth is trained. Due to the radial eccentricity of the axis of rotation of the The outer turning radius of the driving cam can be compared to the Mounting axis of the cylinder lock are positioned in a lock case that an unobstructed rotation is possible. Through the combination the pinion also ensures that the necessary forces for Generation of the rotary movement of the driver cam the permissible limits do not exceed.
- the free radial space is expediently between the outer teeth and the inner teeth selected so that the Dimensional difference between the diameter of the root circle of the external toothing on the coupling carrier and the diameter of the tip circle of the internal toothing on the driver is at least as large as twice the radial distance between the axis of rotation of the driver and the axis of rotation of the Rotor.
- the same difference in dimensions exists between the diameters the tip circle of the external toothing on the coupling carrier and the diameter of the root circle of the internal toothing on the driver.
- the cumulative free space between the tooth flanks of a tooth the internal or external toothing and the tooth flanks that define the space between the teeth, in which this tooth engages limit suitably corresponds also at least twice the radial distance between the Axis of rotation of the driver and the axis of rotation of the rotor.
- the arrangement of the external teeth on a clutch carrier, which the Coupling leads, this coupling carrier can be supported over the outer jacket, which has the advantage that no radial forces on the Clutch itself can be transferred.
- the clutch carrier can be directly or supported by intermediate elements on the inner end region of at least one stator become.
- the teeth for Internal and external teeth on the driver, or on the coupling carrier straight Tooth flanks suggested. These straight tooth flanks lead to one better distribution of the contact forces between the teeth and ensure that there are no radial forces that would make rotation difficult.
- the design of the internal and external teeth with four teeth each brings the advantage that the assembly of the locks with the Driver is facilitated by the driver in relation to the Coupling bracket can be installed offset by 90 °.
- the design of four teeth each on the internal and external teeth leads to a transmission of the rotary movement from the rotor to the driver in the Ratio 1: 1, what with regard to the functionality of such cylinder locks necessary is.
- the bearing between the driver and the inner end of the stator one
- the locking cylinder consists of a bearing hole on the driver and a bearing ring on the stator, which in the bearing bore on the driver intervenes.
- This bearing ring can be made in one piece against the clutch directed inner end of the stator, or be arranged, or he can consist of an additional ring element attached to the stator.
- the Bearing ring has a cylindrical jacket area, which extends in the direction the stator axis extends beyond the inner end of the stator, this Sheath area is formed eccentrically to the rotor bore in the stator.
- a particularly preferred embodiment is the axis of the eccentric, cylindrical Sheath area of the bearing ring opposite by the same radial distance the axis of rotation of the rotor shifted, like the axis of rotation of the driver and coincides with this.
- the one-piece design of the bearing ring The advantage of the stator is that fewer individual parts are available and there is no assembly step when assembling a lock.
- One from the stator Separable bearing ring has the advantage that different Eccentricities and designs in the area of the driver by different designed bearing rings can be achieved. It can be a uniform Stator can be combined with different bearing rings.
- the driver is on the one hand via the bearing on the stator of this half-cylinder lock stored and on the other hand on the side facing away from the stator in a housing part, which is connected to the cylinder lock via a web.
- the bearing can be a bearing ring molded onto the stator or a bearing ring include as an additional element.
- the cylinder lock is replaced by a double cylinder lock with two Locking cylinders formed, the driver between the two locking cylinders in the axial direction at both end areas via a bearing with one of the two stators connected and eccentrically mounted on them. The Compensation of the eccentricity takes place according to the invention via the pinion between Driver and clutch carrier.
- the central axis of the driver and thus the eccentric Mantle area of the bearing ring radially eccentrically in the same direction shifted as the axis of the rotor bore or the rotor opposite the axis of the stator or the cylinder housing is shifted. It can however, it may also be desirable to have the center of the turning circle of the exterior To shift the radius of the driver cam in another radial direction, if when installing a cylinder lock in a lock case, one of the construction deviates from the norm. Such corrections are possible if an embodiment according to the invention with a separable from the stator Bearing ring is used.
- the bearing ring can be in the bearing bore rotated on the stator and thus the second section of the bearing ring, which has the eccentric jacket area in a desired position brought and thus set the required radial direction of the eccentricity become.
- the determination of the bearing ring in the desired position in the stator can be ensured by snap elements or clamping elements.

Cylinder locks of this type are generally known and can be found as so-called Built-in locks use. CH 674 543 or EP 0 330 803 show examples such known cylinder locks in the embodiment as a double cylinder lock. Double cylinder locks include two locking cylinders and are used where the lock is from both opposite ends to be operated with a key. If only from so-called semi-cylinder locks are to be operated on one side with a key, or locks with a simple locking cylinder, use. Usually this type of lock is in a cylindrical housing part a stator is arranged in which a rotor is rotatably mounted. That rotor has a key channel in which a key with corresponding Codings are inserted and if the coding is correct, the rotor in the stator can be twisted. Internally i.e. rear end of the rotor or stator Each lock cylinder has a clutch over which a driver can be rotated together with the rotor with a closing cam. is the cylinder lock, e.g. installed in a door in a lock case the bolt of the lock and one over the locking cam of the driver the tumbler belonging to the bolt is actuated and the lock is locked or unlocked. The lock case have for the installation of such cylinder locks Insert openings, with the cylinder lock in the lock case normally via a web arranged on the housing part and a forend screw in the Lock case is attached. In the known cylinder locks, the driver has the same central axis as the rotor of the locking cylinder. In the area the rotary movement of the locking cam on the driver of the lock no fittings may be present in the lock case, otherwise the complete Rotation of the closing cam of 360 ° around the axis of rotation is impeded would. The lock cases are usually not from the same manufacturers made like the cylinder locks. Pay attention to the manufacturers of the lock case therefore make sure that in the installation area of the cylinder lock in the lock case there is a corresponding free space for the closing cam of the driver is. The central axis is the so-called round cylinder locks of the rotor eccentric to the axis of the cylindrical housing part and thus the Stator arranged. The rotor axis and thus the rotor is away from the web moved to the other side of the axis of the housing to install the to enable necessary locking devices in the stator. As a result of this eccentric Arrangement of the rotor in the stator is also the turning circle of the closing cam arranged eccentrically to the cylindrical housing part of the locking cylinder. The eccentricity of the rotor in the stator or cylindrical housing part is different for the different makes of round cylinder locks large and can also depending on the mechanical design of the lock be different. The lock case, however, has changed over the years developed a quasi-standard, and there is space in the lock case, which assumes an eccentricity of the rotor in the stator of approx. 2 mm and an outer turning radius of the closing cam of maximum 15 mm. The diameter of the cylindrical housing part of the cylinder lock is usually about 22 mm. Now has a cylinder lock one of these Eccentricity of the rotor in the stator deviating from normal dimensions and thus of the outer turning radius of the locking cam, this deviation must can be corrected by changing the length of the locking cam. This, so that the closing cam is still properly in the actuating devices of the lock bolt engages on the lock case. With that follows the outermost point the locking cam, however, no longer normally in the lock case specified largest free turning circle, but the closing cam can on certain points of the rotary movement beyond this circle. fixtures in the lock case, which are in this area, hinder or then block the rotary movement of the closing cam. This can be the disadvantage occur that cylinder locks with construction modified in this way cannot be used in normal lock case, or the dimensions of the driver and thus the locking cam must be in a way be corrected, which is the optimal interaction between cylinder lock and lock bolt and / or interlock the lock bolt can. These disadvantages lead to the fact that there is still constructive freedom for the developer when positioning the rotor axis of rotation within the stator, or the cylindrical housing part, was restricted and thereby the constructive freedom for such cylinder locks was restricted.
Both with double cylinder locks and with half cylinder locks to connect the rotatable rotor with the rotatable driver on the inside or rear region of the rotor arranged coupling elements which the Transfer the rotary motion of the rotor to the driver. With double cylinder locks This requires special couplings, since only one of the two Lock cylinder may be connected to the driver if a key is completely inserted into the key channel of a lock cylinder. A corresponding Coupling arrangement on a double cylinder lock is for example known from EP 0 053 095. In this arrangement, it is also known the driver to attach to an additional carrier carrier and this carrier carrier to be stored in the rotor bore on the stator. In other versions of double cylinder locks, it is known to directly on the driver To store the outer jacket of the rotor, here also corresponding coupling elements are present between the rotor and driver.
From EP 0 819 811 is a solution to overcome the difficulties mentioned above known. The driver is mounted in an additional bearing ring, this bearing ring is supported eccentrically to the axis of the rotor in the stator is. The consequence of this configuration is that the rotor and the driver do not rotate around the same axis and therefore turn during synchronous Shift rotation against each other. This shift causes free spaces, i.e. Game between the coupling elements between the rotor and Takeaway. With a small play between the coupling elements, this can be done Use the solution without problems. With big game, i.e. with greater eccentricity However, shifts occur between the coupling elements and the driver on which increased torques for rotating the rotor and the driver require on the key. These can become so large that damage of the lock or key occur. This solution enables therefore only a partial overcoming the described disadvantages of the known Castles.
The object of the present invention is a cylinder lock with a driver bearing to create where the axis of the driver's turning circle and thus the locking cam in a wide range regardless of the axis of rotation of the rotor can be positioned, the known ones so far Coupling systems should at least partially continue to be used. The Storage of the driver should be independent of the rotor shell or the rotor bore in the stator so that the torque generated at the key which is necessary to generate the rotation of the driver while of the entire rotation path remains within permissible limits, and the Construction options and the ways to arrange the different Axes in such cylinder locks and the area of use of such Bearings are expanded.
This object is achieved in the characterizing part of
In the case of a cylinder lock according to the invention, the axis of rotation of the driver is with a radial distance eccentric to the axis of rotation of the rotor and the clutch arranged and between the driver and the clutch is a pinion consisting of an internal and an external toothing, with a free space between the internal and external teeth is trained. The fact that between the internal teeth, which on the driver is arranged and the external toothing, which on the clutch carrier is arranged, there is a free space during the rotational movement of the driver about the axis of rotation radial relative movements between allows the teeth of the pinion. These radial relative movements are a consequence of the radial distance of the axis of rotation of the driver, or their eccentric arrangement to the axis of rotation of the rotor. Only by that this radial relative movement is possible, it is possible the driver To be arranged eccentrically to the rotor and thus the task at hand to solve. The free radial space is expediently between the outer teeth and the inner teeth selected so that the Dimensional difference between the diameter of the root circle of the external toothing on the coupling carrier and the diameter of the tip circle of the internal toothing on the driver is at least as large as twice the radial distance between the axis of rotation of the driver and the axis of rotation of the Rotor. The same difference in dimensions exists between the diameters the tip circle of the external toothing on the coupling carrier and the diameter of the root circle of the internal toothing on the driver. The cumulative free space between the tooth flanks of a tooth the internal or external toothing and the tooth flanks that define the space between the teeth, in which this tooth engages limit suitably corresponds also at least twice the radial distance between the Axis of rotation of the driver and the axis of rotation of the rotor.
The arrangement of the external teeth on a clutch carrier, which the Coupling leads, this coupling carrier can be supported over the outer jacket, which has the advantage that no radial forces on the Clutch itself can be transferred. The clutch carrier can be directly or supported by intermediate elements on the inner end region of at least one stator become. In one embodiment of the invention, the teeth for Internal and external teeth on the driver, or on the coupling carrier straight Tooth flanks suggested. These straight tooth flanks lead to one better distribution of the contact forces between the teeth and ensure that there are no radial forces that would make rotation difficult. The design of the internal and external teeth with four teeth each brings the advantage that the assembly of the locks with the Driver is facilitated by the driver in relation to the Coupling bracket can be installed offset by 90 °. The design of four teeth each on the internal and external teeth leads to a transmission of the rotary movement from the rotor to the driver in the Ratio 1: 1, what with regard to the functionality of such cylinder locks necessary is.
The bearing between the driver and the inner end of the stator one The locking cylinder consists of a bearing hole on the driver and a bearing ring on the stator, which in the bearing bore on the driver intervenes. This bearing ring can be made in one piece against the clutch directed inner end of the stator, or be arranged, or he can consist of an additional ring element attached to the stator. The Bearing ring has a cylindrical jacket area, which extends in the direction the stator axis extends beyond the inner end of the stator, this Sheath area is formed eccentrically to the rotor bore in the stator. According to a particularly preferred embodiment is the axis of the eccentric, cylindrical Sheath area of the bearing ring opposite by the same radial distance the axis of rotation of the rotor shifted, like the axis of rotation of the driver and coincides with this. The one-piece design of the bearing ring The advantage of the stator is that fewer individual parts are available and there is no assembly step when assembling a lock. One from the stator Separable bearing ring has the advantage that different Eccentricities and designs in the area of the driver by different designed bearing rings can be achieved. It can be a uniform Stator can be combined with different bearing rings.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention on a half-cylinder lock, the driver is on the one hand via the bearing on the stator of this half-cylinder lock stored and on the other hand on the side facing away from the stator in a housing part, which is connected to the cylinder lock via a web. Here too the bearing can be a bearing ring molded onto the stator or a bearing ring include as an additional element. In a further embodiment according to the invention the cylinder lock is replaced by a double cylinder lock with two Locking cylinders formed, the driver between the two locking cylinders in the axial direction at both end areas via a bearing with one of the two stators connected and eccentrically mounted on them. The Compensation of the eccentricity takes place according to the invention via the pinion between Driver and clutch carrier.
Advantageously, the central axis of the driver and thus the eccentric Mantle area of the bearing ring radially eccentrically in the same direction shifted as the axis of the rotor bore or the rotor opposite the axis of the stator or the cylinder housing is shifted. With this solution, the bearing ring can be in the bearing bore rotated on the stator and thus the second section of the bearing ring, which has the eccentric jacket area in a desired position brought and thus set the required radial direction of the eccentricity become. There is no additional processing on either the stator or the driver necessary and the exact same parts are used as for the normal eccentricity can be built into a lock according to the invention. The determination of the bearing ring in the desired position in the stator can be ensured by snap elements or clamping elements.

einer vom Stulpblech 25 her eingesteckten Schraube befestigt. Das Schloss
1 ist ein Doppelzylinderschloss mit zwei Zylindern. Jeder Zylinder weist in bekannter
FIG. 2 shows a
The
62, 63 greifen zusätzlich in entsprechende Aussparungen 67 (in Fig. 4
Aussparungen 67 an

dem inneren Endbereich 57 des Stators 6 ist in Fig. 3 erkennbar.FIG. 3 shows a cross section through the
auftretenden radialen Verschiebebewegungen auszugleichen.
The
Dies, ohne
in einfacher Weise allein durch Auswechseln des Lagerringes 43.Fig. 4 shows the same cross section as shown in Fig. 3, but after removal

Fig. 5 shows a side view of a half-
The
