Abstract

Claims (17)

  1. Apparatus for dispensing drinks of the type where the drink is drawn off into a reservoir fed through the neck (6) of an inverted container (5) held in place by a receptacle (9) and able to communicate with the said reservoir by means of a mouthpiece (7) integral with a support (9, 9') adapted to be held on the apparatus, when the said neck (6) is engaged on the said mouthpiece (7) during the positioning of the container, characterised in that it comprises a control installation comprising an assembly (13 to 17) for detecting the presence of the said container (5), this assembly being linked to an indicator system (18 or 19) by means of a programmable electronic circuit (20), the latter being adapted to activate the said indicator system (18 or 19) and to cause it to be triggered when the designated conditions relating to the presence of the said container (5) on the said receptacle (9) are produced.
  2. Apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that the said electronic circuit (20) comprises a first timer and in that the said designated conditions relate to the time (t1) the said container (5) is present on the said receptacle (9), the said electronic circuit (20) being adapted to trigger the indicator system (18) when the time (t1) the container (5) is present on the receptacle (9) exceeds a predetermined first duration.
  3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2 characterised in that the said electronic circuit (20) comprises a meter and that the said designated conditions relate to the number of withdrawals or positioning of the said container (5) on the receptacle (9), the said electronic circuit (20) being adapted to trigger the indicator system (19) when the said number reaches a determined quantity.
  4. Apparatus according to any of the preceding claims characterised in that the said detection assembly (13 to 17) is activated directly by the said inverted container (5) as it is brought into place on the receptacle (9).
  5. Apparatus according to claim 4 characterised in that the said detection assembly (13 to 17) is actuated directly by a shoulder (10) of the said container (5).
  6. Apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that the said detection assembly is actuated indirectly by a movable flap (21) intended to be pivoted towards an open position during the positioning of the said container (5) on its receptacle (9) .
  7. Apparatus for dispensing drinks of the type in which the drink is drawn into a reservoir fed through the neck (6) of an inverted container (5) held in place by a receptacle (9) and able to communicate with the said reservoir by means of a mouthpiece (7) integral with a support (9, 9') adapted to be held on the apparatus, when the said neck (6) is engaged on the said mouthpiece (7) during the positioning of the container, characterised in that it comprises a control installation comprising an assembly (13' to 17') for detecting the presence of the said support of the mouthpiece, this assembly being connected to an indicator system (19) by means of a programmable electronic circuit (20), the latter being adapted to activate the said indicator system (19) and to cause it to be triggered when the designated conditions relating to the presence of the said support (9, 9') of the mouthpiece (7) on the apparatus are met.
  8. Apparatus according to claim 7 characterised in that the said electronic circuit (20) comprises a second timer and in that the said designated conditions relate to the time the said support (9,9') of the mouthpiece (7) is present on the apparatus, the said electronic circuit (20) being adapted to trigger the indicator system (19) when the time (t2) the said support is present on the apparatus exceeds a second predetermined duration.
  9. Apparatus according to claim 7 or 8 characterised in that the said support (9) of the mouthpiece (7) is constituted by a receptacle in the form of a collar, which is adapted to be supported in detachable manner on an upper wall (12) of the said apparatus.
  10. Apparatus according to claim 7 or 8 characterised in that the said support of the mouthpiece (7) is constituted by a distinct bowl (9') of the said receptacle (9) adapted to be wedged in detachably underneath an upper wall (12) of the said apparatus.
  11. Apparatus according to any of the preceding claims characterised in that the detection assembly (13 to 17; 13' to 17') comprises detectors intended to establish or cut an electric contact.
  12. Apparatus according to any of the preceding claims characterised in that the detection assembly comprises approach detectors.
  13. Apparatus according to any of the preceding claims characterised in that the said indicator system comprises a visual alarm (18, 19) activated when the activator system is triggered.
  14. Apparatus according to any of the preceding claims characterised in that the said indicator system comprises an audio alarm activated when the indicator system is triggered.
  15. Apparatus according to claim 2 and one of the other claims, characterised in that the indicator system comprises a numerical display of the time measured by the timers.
  16. Apparatus according to claim 3 and one of the other claims, characterised in that the indicator system comprises a numerical display of the measurements of the meter.
  17. Apparatus according to any of the preceding claims characterised in that the said indicator system is automatically reset to zero after it has been triggered and after the return of the detection assembly (13 to 17; 13' to 17') to the initial position.
