Definitions
- the invention relates to a vacuum cleaner with a Electric motor and one ending in a suction mouth Suction line, the suction mouth on the underside by a Bottom plate is limited and further the bottom plate Has support sections.
- the inventive design of the base plate is an at least constant pushing force increased dust absorption.
- the support section is in cross section corresponding to a wheel tread or curved according to a wing profile. Regarding the latter is significant that the largest protrusion is only near the edge of the opening.
- the wing profile is so designed that it is common Forward movement of the rear vacuum cleaner Parts of the profile is in front.
- a support section is formed in front of and behind the suction mouth is, it is provided that both support sections are the same.
- the base plate is in Direction of movement both in front of and behind the suction mouth in a cross section corresponding to a wheel tread or a wing profile curved.
- Such a, evenly curved, support sections having base plate can be used as metal or be designed as a plastic plate. Essential here is that a hard material is chosen.
- the support sections are different are designed.
- the support section arranged at the front in the direction of displacement has a smaller radius of curvature than the rear support section in the direction of displacement. It is also proposed that the support section on the suction mouth side into a floor section parallel to the floor transforms. The latter is the height of the contact surfaces the support sections spaced so that this Edge section not sealing on the part to be maintained Ground. This affects this parallel to the floor Edge section not negative for the flow of the Carpet or on the pushing forces. Corresponding a wheel tread or a wing profile are the support sections according to the invention in cross section through circular sections, in particular compound Circular sections of different radii, formed, for which it is proposed that the radius of curvature the 0.25 to 2 times the suction mouth width in the direction of displacement corresponds.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner with a Electric motor and one ending in a suction mouth Suction line, the suction mouth on the underside by a Bottom plate is limited and further the bottom plate Has support sections.
For vacuum cleaners or attachments for vacuum cleaners in Form of suction nozzles or the like is known to the Suction mouth on the underside facing the floor to be treated, especially in the direction of displacement on the front and back, limit by a bottom plate. Such floor slabs are usually made of a metallic material manufactured. In the course of vacuuming textile Flooring slides the cleaning device, in particular in the area of the suction mouth using the base plate the surface to be cleaned. For example, in German Patent application 295484 shown a cleaning device, which is a common, parallel to the floor Has bottom plate to limit the suction mouth.
In view of the prior art described above becomes a technical problem of the invention seen in it a vacuum cleaner the one in question Kind to improve fluidic.
Hieraus ergibt
In
Wesentlich hierbei
ist, daß ein Hartwerkstoff gewählt ist. In einer
vorteilhaften Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes
ist vorgesehen, daß die Auflageabschnitte unterschiedlich
gestaltet sind. So kann vorgesehen sein, daß der
in Verschieberichtung vorne angeordnete Auflageabschnitt
einen kleineren Krümmungsradius aufweist als
der in Verschieberichtung hintere Auflageabschnitt.
Zudem wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Auflageabschnitt
saugmundseitig in einen bodenparallelen Randabschnitt
übergeht. Letzterer ist höhenmäßig zu den Auflageflächen
der Auflageabschnitte beabstandet, so daß dieser
Randabschnitt nicht dichtend auf dem zu pflegenden
Boden aufliegt. Somit wirkt sich dieser bodenparallele
Randabschnitt nicht negativ auf die Durchströmung des
Teppichbodens bzw. auf die Schiebekräfte aus. Entsprechend
einer Radlauffläche oder eines Tragflächenprofils
sind die Auflageabschnitte erfindungsgemäß im Querschnitt
durch Kreisabschnitte, insbesondere zusammengesetzte
Kreisabschnitte verschiedener Radien, gebildet,
wozu vorgeschlagen wird, daß der Krümmungsradius dem
0,25 bis 2fachen der Saugmundbreite in Verschieberichtung
entspricht. Bevorzugt wird hierbei eine Ausgestaltung,
bei welcher der Krümmungsradius dem 1/3 bis
1/1fachen der Saugmundbreite in Verschieberichtung
entspricht. So beträgt beispielsweise das Verhältnis
von Saugmundbreite zum Krümmungsradius des in Verschieberichtung
vorderen Auflageabschnittes etwa 2:1 und zum
hinteren Auflageabschnitt etwa 1,5:1.
vergleichbar. Bei der Staubaufnahme aus Ritzen/Fugen
ist eine Erhöhung festgestellt worden. This problem is first and foremost with

kleine Auflageflächen, welche in ihrer Erstreckung
