Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Bettunterbau gemäss Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The present invention relates to a bed base according to Preamble of claim 1.

To lie comfortably in any position, the lying device must be a support function that adapts to every situation exercise. Conventional beds therefore have one Slatted frame with raised, springy crossbars. Further With conventional beds, special attention is paid to the structure the mattress placed on this slatted frame.

Furthermore, so-called natural beds are known despite the use of very thin mattresses or futons have an optimal support effect. The slatted frame of the conventional It is replaced by a variety of beds Crossbars made of solid wood, which are perpendicular to their Resilient load and thus acting as a spring body Longitudinal spars lie on.

Thus EP-A-0'116'237 discloses a lying device which consists of two inflatable longitudinal spars arranged parallel to each other exists at which tangential and transverse to the longitudinal direction a number of pockets are attached. In these Bags are inserted crossbars, one end each Crossbar in one of the longitudinal spars and the other end in other longitudinal spar is held. This creates a rust, which has increased flexibility. The fixation of the Crossbars with respect to the longitudinal spars will in the event that this substructure is inserted into a bed frame, of which Side walls taken over. In another variant there is one yoke-like construction, which of the longitudinal spars is interspersed and with which the two longitudinal spars mutually be striven for. In this yoke-like construction a crossbar is also inserted to ensure stability to ensure. The assembly of this strut is relative complicated and therefore often not feasible by the customer. However, the variant without struts is unstable and especially if the bed base, for example, in the course moved to a house cleaning or out of the bed frame must be removed, unsuitable.

The crossbars are over an all-over cloth connected to each other, which is also the longitudinal spar fixed. For this, the cloth points to two opposite On the longitudinal edges of pockets aligned transversely to the longitudinal direction, in which the ends of the crossbars are held. In a variant are the longitudinal spars between the as Fabric and the crossbars arranged in another variant, tunnel tracks are attached to the cloth, into which the longitudinal spars are inserted. Although these Construction ensures good stability, it shows several disadvantages. On the one hand, the cloth acts as a dust catcher. On the other hand, the ventilation of the bed is affected by the Underside hindered and the tension of the cloth leaves with time and use and thus endangers the Stability.

In DE-A-39'33'816 a similar construction is one Bed base with resilient longitudinal spars made of foam and associated wooden crossbars shown. On the longitudinal spars are loops running transversely to the longitudinal direction attached through which the ends of the crossbars are pushed are. To fix the crossbars in relation to the longitudinal spars, the crossbars have grooves for receiving the loops The stability thus achieved is sufficient for transportation or for general heavy use of the bed base but not because the loops shift and shift can thus remove from the grooves. The grooves also form Weak points in the crossbars and thus potential break points. Furthermore, the material of the loops in the area of the grooves is more stressed because it is on the edges of the grooves rubs.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a bed base create, which eliminates the disadvantages mentioned above and which is also inexpensive to manufacture and easy to assemble is.

Diese Aufgabe löst ein Bettunterbau mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.This task is solved by a bed base with the characteristics of Claim 1.

In contrast to the types of fixation of the prior art the longitudinal spars will not cross each other or the pockets the crossbar fixed, but each longitudinal spar is separated attached to individual crossbars by the other. In addition, a stable construction with minimal means and non-aging fixation of the crossbars and the longitudinal spars guaranteed relative to each other.

A stable fixation is achieved without a Covering over the entire width of the bed base necessary would. The material saving is considerable, which means manufacturing costs are reduced.

Since the fastening strap can be chosen to be relatively short, the following is: the risk of material fatigue and thus reduction fixed stability.

The fastening tape runs parallel to the crossbars and has a maximum width in a preferred embodiment a single crossbar. This makes it very discreet. arranged and does not disturb the appearance. Also are none significantly protruding or drooping There are elements that could serve as dust catchers or hooked into which, for example, when vacuuming could be.

Die Querlatten 2 sind mindestens annähernd plan.1 to 5 is a first embodiment of the Bed base structure according to the invention shown. It includes how best seen in Figures 1 and 2, essentially two spaced and parallel to each other, elastic or resilient longitudinal bars 1 or spring body and several rust-like transverse slats 2, which lie on the longitudinal spars 1 and connect them to each other. The longitudinal bars 1 are made of an elastomeric material, preferably made of latex, and with a textile Cover, preferably natural cotton. You can have any cross section, which like can be rectangular, for example, shown here. He can but also have a round or oval shape. The crossbars 2 are preferably made of solid wood, for example Ash slats, and generally have a thickness of 4 to 15 mm. The crossbars 2 are at least approximately flat.

On the longitudinal spars 1 are aligned transversely to the longitudinal direction Pockets 3 arranged. In this embodiment, the Pockets 3 sewn on to the side rails 1 so that they form a lateral extension. They generally exist also made of a textile material, in particular from a fabric made of pure natural fibers such as hemp or Cotton. The ends of the crossbars 2 are in these pockets 3 inserted and held therein, one from the pockets 3 outstanding part of the crossbars 2 on the longitudinal spars 1 lies on. Since the pockets 3 on one side on the longitudinal spars 1 are attached is on the opposite side of the Longitudinal bar 1 is a loop band running in the longitudinal direction 4 attached, through the loops of the crossbars 2nd are carried out.

Die Länge beträgt zwischen 8 bis 20 cm, bevorzugterweise circa 14 cm.With each longitudinal spar 1 there is at least one fastening means. 5 connected, which consists of a connecting means and a Fastening strap 52 exists, as is the case in FIGS. 3 and 5 can be seen. The fastening strap 52 is another Longitudinal spars 1 directed and extends transversely to Longitudinal direction. The fastening strap 52 is also preferably from a textile material such as made from woven natural textile fibers. In another, This is not the embodiment shown here Fastening strap 52 attached directly to the longitudinal spar 1. However, as shown here, is preferably a Lanyard available, which over a distance of is effective at least three crossbars and so that over the Fastening tape acting tensile forces on this route distributed. The lanyard consists of two in Longitudinally spaced from one another, on the longitudinal spars 1 attached fastening loops 50, which from Textile tapes, such as woven cotton, are made are, and a connecting bolt 51 which passes through this Fastening loops 50 is pushed through. The Fastening strap 52 wraps around the middle, between the Fastening loops 50 exposed area of the connecting bolt 51. This construction is the manufacture and simplifies the assembly of the fastener. In addition, the fastening strap 52 can be made narrow, even if the distribution of forces on the longitudinal spars 1 over one larger area. The width of the fastening tape 51 therefore preferably corresponds to a maximum of the width a crossbar 2. The length is between 8 to 20 cm, preferably about 14 cm.

The fastening band 52 has a buttonhole, which of a fastening button 20 attached to a crossbar 2 is enforced. As a result, the fastening tape 52 on the Crossbar 2 attached and each longitudinal spar 1 separately from other longitudinal spars fixed with respect to the crossbars 2.

The fastening button 20, as shown in FIG. 4, preferably from one driven into the crossbar 2 Wooden dowel with a protruding head.

The fastening band 52 and the fastening button 20 are on the underside of the bed base, i.e. from the bed surface turned away, arranged. Preferably, longitudinal spars are on each 1 two or more fastening straps 52 with separate Connecting means spaced from each other, wherein. each fastening strap 52 has its own fastening button 20 assigned. There is also a fastening strap 52 an adjacent fastening strap of the opposite Longitudinal bar 1, the associated fastening button 20 on the same crossbar 2 is attached as the fastening button the first fastening tape.

FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the bed base structure according to the invention. There are two slatted frames here, which are formed by a set of upper crossbars 2 'and a set of lower crossbars 2. The upper crossbars 2 'are generally thinner and thus more flexible than the lower ones. Typical thicknesses for the upper crossbars 2 'are 4-8 mm and for the lower crossbars 2 10-12 mm.
There are in turn two elastic longitudinal bars 1 which connect the crossbars 2, 2 'to one another. The longitudinal spars 1 have an L-shaped cross section and thus form a right angle. The pockets 3 for receiving the ends of the upper crossbars 2 'are attached to the end face of the short leg 12, and they rest on the end face. The upper crossbars 2 'thus rest on the end face of the short leg 12. The lower crossbars 2 lie on the inside of the long leg 13 and penetrate the longitudinal spar 1. In FIG. 7, the longitudinal spar 1 is shown with the zipper 10 of the sheath 10 partially open. As can be seen in FIG. 7, the longitudinal spar 1 consists of two spring body cores 11 arranged one above the other and surrounded by a textile cover 10, between which the ends of the lower crossbars 2 are pushed. On the inside of the long leg 13, a loop band 4 is also attached, the loops of which are penetrated by the lower crossbars 2.

This construction makes assembly and replacement of the lower crossbars 2 ', since these without bending can be pulled out of the longitudinal spar 1.

The fastening band 52 is on the connecting means End face of the long leg 13 attached. The fastening buttons 20 are at least one on the bottom lower crossbar 2 attached.

Depending on the width of the bed or the desired hardness of the bed base, there is at least one longitudinal spacer or support bar 6 with a preferably rectangular or oval cross section between the lower and upper crossbars 2, 2 ', which has essentially the same structure as the longitudinal bars 1, but is not provided with pockets 3. For fastening to the crossbars, here the lower crossbars 2, the support bar 6 has a loop band 60 which extends over at least approximately the entire length and through whose loops the lower crossbars 2 are guided.
So that the at least one support bar 6 does not shift in its position and thus does not impair lying comfort, in the embodiment shown here it is attached to the lower crossbars 2 with at least one fastening tape 61 having a buttonhole. These second fastening straps 61 consist of a textile material and are fastened to the loop strap 60, preferably woven into them. The second fastening tapes 61 are, as shown here, attached to the fastening buttons 20 used to fix the longitudinal bars 1 or to separate fastening buttons.
If there is only one support bar 6, it is attached to the attachment buttons 20 on both sides via the second attachment straps 61. If several, in particular two, support bars 6 are present, in one embodiment only the outermost support bars 6 are connected on their side facing the longitudinal bars 1 via the second fastening band 61 to the closest fastening button. In order to prevent displacement in the other direction, the support bars 6 are connected to one another via fixedly arranged or detachable bands.
