Claims (9)
- Drehantrieb (1), insbesondere pneumatischer Drehantrieb, mit einem durch einen Gehäusedeckel (2) verschlossenen Gehäuse (3), und einem innerhalb des Gehäuses (3) gegen die Wirkung ein oder mehrerer Federelemente (4) verschieblich gelagerten Kolben (5), mit einer im Gehäusedeckel (2) drehbar gelagerten Welle (6), die zumindest innerhalb des Gehäuses (3) als Spindelwelle (7) mit einem Außengewinde (8) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Spindelwelle (7) in eine in dem Kolben (5) angeordnete Spindelmutter (9) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehäusedeckel (2) an dem Gehäuse (3) lösbar fixiert ist und mit dem Kolben (5) in Federspannung haltender Verbindung steht.
- Drehantrieb (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehäusedeckel (2) mit dem Gehäuse (3) über einen in einer innenseitigen Umfangsnut (13) des Gehäuses (3) angeordneten Sprengring (14) lösbar fixiert ist.
- Drehantrieb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (5) außenseitig zumindest eine sich in Bewegungsrichtung des Kolbens (5) erstreckende Führungsausnehmung (17) aufweist und daß am Gehäusedeckel (2) ein in die Führungsausnehmung (17) des Kolbens (5) eingreifendes Führungssegment (18) angeordnet ist, wobei das Führungssegment (18) ein sich in Bewegungsrichtung des Kolbens (5) erstreckendes Führungslangloch (19) aufweist, in welches ein am Kolben (5) nahezu orthogonal zur Bewegungsrichtung des Kolbens (5) angeordneter Sicherungsstift (20) eingreift oder umgekehrt.
- Drehantrieb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des Führungslanglochs (19) zumindest dem maximalen Kolbenhub zuzüglich des Durchmessers des Sicherungsstiftes (20) entspricht.
- Drehantrieb nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gehäuse (3) in der Nähe des Führungslangloches (19) Stiftabfrageelemente (21) angeordnet sind.
- Drehantrieb nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stiftabfrageelemente (21) als Näherungsinitiatoren ausgebildet sind.
- Drehantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (3) und der Gehäusedeckel (2) mit den Federzentrierstiften und Führungssegmenten wie der Kolben (5) aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
- Drehantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (6) aus Stahl gefertigt ist und daß das Außengewinde (8) als Kunststoffgewinde ausgebildet ist und an die Welle (6) angeformt, z. B. angespritzt ist.
- Drehantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsstifte (20) aus Stahl gefertigt sind.
