Description

The invention relates to an open-end spinning device with a suctioned, forwardly open rotor housing, a spinning rotor rotating within the rotor housing at high speed, and a fiber channel plate for closing the rotor housing, the fiber channel plate having an exchangeably arranged channel plate adapter which has the opening area of a fiber guide channel and a thread take-off nozzle , which can be detachably fixed in a correspondingly designed receptacle of the fiber channel plate.

Such open-end spinning devices are known for example from DE 196 17 527 A1.

In this spinning device, a pivotably mounted cover element has an annular groove for inserting a lip sealing element and a receptacle with conical contact surfaces that is open in the direction of the rotor housing. A duct plate adapter is detachably fixed in this receptacle. The angularly precise installation position of the channel plate adapter is effected by means of a positioning device consisting of a centering pin and an arcuate groove, wherein the compliance with the correct angular position of the channel plate adapter in the fiber channel plate can be monitored via a control device. In the installed state, the conical contact surface of the channel plate adapter, which is aligned by means of the centering pin with its conical contact surface, lies against the correspondingly shaped contact surface of the receptacle and is subjected to a holding force acting in the axial direction via jointly acting positive and non-positive fastening means.

In this known device, the type of attachment is disadvantageous. To replace the duct plate adapter, you must always use e.g. The magnetic coupling used as a non-positive fastening means, the form-fitting fastening means designed as a threaded connection or bayonet lock and interacting with the magnetic coupling may be released using a special tool.

Starting from the prior art described above, the invention has for its object to provide a simplified and thus improved attachment for channel plate adapter.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by a device having the characterizing features of claim 1.

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

The inventive design of the non-positive fastening means as a magnetic coupling leads to a simple, easily and quickly detachable if necessary, but very safe and exact fixation of the channel plate adapter during operation or assembly.

In a preferred embodiment, the magnetic coupling consists of at least one permanent magnet fixed or embedded in the fiber channel plate or the channel plate adapter, and a ferromagnetic component which cooperates with it in the axial direction and is advantageously designed as a disk, which is arranged on the other part and is preferably designed as a disk. preferably two symmetrically arranged, disk-shaped permanent magnets or advantageously also a centrally arranged ring magnet are firmly anchored in the fiber channel plate or a component connected to the fiber channel plate. The associated ferromagnetic components, for example a Steel ring or two correspondingly symmetrically arranged steel disks are preferably positioned in the channel plate adapter so that the permanent magnets and the ferromagnetic components face each other while maintaining a small air gap. This air gap ensures a precisely fitting axial installation position of the channel plate adapter, since this ensures that the channel plate adapter always lies in the area of its conical contact surface.

In a further advantageous embodiment, a positioning device arranged between the fiber channel plate and the channel plate adapter ensures that the channel plate adapter is required to be installed at an exact angle. The use of an ejector for the duct plate adapter is also advantageous.

In addition to cost-effective production, the subject of the invention advantageously combines simple and easy handling with high functional reliability and secure and exact fixation of the channel plate adapter in the receptacle of the fiber channel plate. With the design according to the invention of a purely non-positive, releasable fastening means, the prevailing prejudice that purely non-positive fastening for this purpose of use does not offer sufficient operational safety and that led to a known combination of non-positive and positive fastening.

  • Fig. 3 eine Rückansicht auf einen Kanalplattenadapter.
Further details of the invention can be found in the exemplary embodiments illustrated below with reference to the drawings. Show it:
  • 1 schematically shows a partial view of an open-end spinning device with an embodiment of the releasable channel plate adapter fastening according to the invention, partly in section,
  • 2 is a view of a receptacle of a fiber channel plate (the channel plate adapter is removed),
  • Fig. 3 is a rear view of a channel plate adapter.

As is known, the open-end spinning device 1 shown in a partial view in FIG. 1 has a rotor housing 2 in which a spinning rotor 3 rotates at high speed. The rotor housing 2, which is open at the front, is closed at the front during operation by a fiber channel plate 4 of a cover element 5. The fiber channel plate 4 is attached to the cover element 5 as a separate component. It can also be integrated directly into the cover element 5.

The fiber channel plate 4 has an annular extension for a lip sealing element 6 and a receptacle 7 that is open in the direction of the rotor housing 2. The lateral contact surface 8 of the receptacle 7 is designed in the manner of a cone.

In the receptacle 7, a channel plate adapter 10 with its bearing body 9 can be aligned with precise angles and is easily detachable. The fastening takes place by means of a magnetic coupling 15. The channel plate adapter 10 has a central bore for a thread take-off nozzle 11 as well as the mouth region of a fiber guide channel 12 also shown in FIG. 3. In the thread take-off direction, a thread take-off tube 13 connects to the thread take-off nozzle 11.

The channel plate adapter 10 has a connection means 17 on its side opposite the thread take-off nozzle 11. The connection means 17 is designed as a ferromagnetic, annular disk 18, which is firmly pressed into the channel plate adapter 10 made, for example, of aluminum or plastic.

When installing the duct plate adapter 10, its conical contact surface 19 is pulled onto the correspondingly designed contact surface 8 of the receptacle 7 and fixed there. An ejector 24 attached to the disk 18 and partially projecting outward through an opening 25 of the fiber channel plate 4 enables the channel plate adapter 10 to be easily detached from the fiber channel plate 4.

The angularly precise installation position of the channel plate adapter 10 can be easily achieved using a positioning device 20 shown in FIG. 2, consisting of a centering pin 21, for example embedded in the adapter, and a bore 22 made in the bearing disk 16.

Two disc-shaped permanent magnets 14, 14 'arranged symmetrically in the base of the receptacle 7 as shown in FIG. 2 are firmly anchored to the fiber channel plate 4 via a bearing disk 16 fixed in the receptacle 7, the bearing disk 16 increasing the magnetic effect. The associated ferromagnetic component, a steel disk 18, is positioned in the channel plate adapter 10 such that the permanent magnets 14, 14 ′ and the ferromagnetic component face each other while maintaining a small air gap 23. The air gap 23 is 0.1 to 0.2 mm, so that on the one hand it is ensured that the channel plate adapter 10 always bears with the contact surface 19 of its bearing body 9 on the corresponding contact surface 8 of the receptacle 7 of the fiber channel plate 4 and on the other hand a magnetic force is effective, which is sufficiently large to hold the channel plate adapter 10 securely in this installed position during operation and when opening and closing the cover element 5. The ejector 24 shown in FIG. 3 in the rear view of the channel plate adapter 10 is arranged such that it projects through the opening 25, the position of which is shown in FIG. 2, from the surface of the fiber channel plate 4. The channel plate adapter 10 can be detached from the fiber channel plate 4 by simply overcoming the frictional connection manual pressure on the ejector 24 firmly connected to the channel plate adapter 10 and lifting the adapter.

The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown. The permanent magnets 14, 14 ′ arranged in the base of the receptacle 7 can be inserted directly into the housing of the fiber channel plate 4 instead of in the bearing disk 16. For example, it is also entirely possible to interchange the arrangement of the parts of the magnetic coupling 15 and e.g. to arrange the permanent magnets 14, 14 'on the channel plate adapter 10 and the ferromagnetic disk 18 on the fiber channel plate 4.

With the design according to the invention, the channel plate adapter 10 can be replaced without screwing in the case of threaded connections or turning a bayonet lock, as a result of which the exchange is easier and, above all, faster. It is therefore not necessary to use special tools to generate the rotary movement. The removal of the channel plate adapter 10 from the installation position "takes place only by overcoming the frictional connection.

In the manufacture of the embodiment of the fiber channel plate 4 together with the channel plate adapter 10, components or processing operations, in particular threaded parts or the thread production, are saved. The positioning device 20 can be made simpler, since by eliminating the rotary movement when loosening and fastening the channel plate adapter 10 instead of an arcuate groove, e.g. a simple hole for receiving the centering pin embedded in the channel plate adapter 10 is sufficient. The fiber channel plate 4 according to the invention can thus be manufactured more cost-effectively.
