- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe par un plan vertical d'un dispositif d'assemblage de deux séries de planches superposées constitutives de deux parois disposées dans le prolongement l'une de l'autre ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne II-II de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une vue de détail en élévation d'une planche seule ;
- la figure 4 est une vue de côté selon la flèche IV de la figure 3 ;
- la figure 5 est une vue de dessous selon la flèche V de la figure 3 ;
- la figure 6 est une vue de détail en élévation d'un tronçon du montant vertical ;
- la figure 7 est une vue de dessus selon la flèche VII de la figure 6 ;
- la figure 8 est une vue de détail de la goupille servant à retenir chaque tenon dans la mortaise dans laquelle il est reçu ;
- les figures 9, 10 et 11 sont des vues analogues à la figure 2, illustrant respectivement des dispositifs d'assemblage selon l'invention de deux, trois et quatre séries de planches de bois superposées constitutives de deux, trois et quatre parois reliées respectivement en L, en T et en X;

Claims (10)
- Paroi de construction comportant au moins une série de planches de bois (3 ; 60) qui présentent chacune deux extrémités opposées (4) et deux chants longitudinaux opposés et qui sont superposées chant contre chant pour former une paroi (1, 2 ; 30, 31 ; 40-42 ; 50-53), les planches étant assemblées par un dispositif comportant un montant vertical (10 ; 70) équipé de moyens de liaison de l'une des deux extrémités (4) de chaque planche (3 ; 60) avec ce montant, ces moyens de liaison comportent, pour chaque série (1, 2 ; 30, 31 ; 40-42 ; 50-53) de planches (3; 60) superposées, une série de tenons (11) s'étendant perpendiculairement au montant vertical (10, 70), dans un plan vertical commun, pour coopérer avec des mortaises (12) ménagées dans l'extrémité correspondante (4) des planches (3 ; 60), caractérisée en ce que le montant vertical (10, 70) se compose d'une pluralité de tronçons (21, 71) aboutés les uns aux autres et équipés chacun d'au moins l'un des tenons (11) de chaque série de tenons.
- Paroi selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacun des tronçons (21) est tubulaire et est emmanché sur une tige (22) formant une âme commune à tous les tronçons (3 ; 60).
- Paroi selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacun des tronçons (71) possède deux extrémités homologues d'emboítement.
- Paroi selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que chacun des tronçons (71) est tubulaire et en ce qu'une pièce d'emboítement est fixée dans une extrémité et déborde de celle-ci.
- Paroi selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque tenon (11) est retenu dans la mortaise (12) de la planche (3 ; 60) correspondante par une goupille (15) traversant des lumières (16, 17) ménagées sensiblement en correspondance dans la planche (3 ; 60) et le tenon (11).
- Paroi selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que, les lumières (17, 16) du tenon (11) d'une part et de la planche (3 ; 60) d'autre part sont décalées lorsque les planches sont en appui sur les montants, et en ce que la goupille (15) présente une extrémité conique (18).
- Paroi selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les mortaises (12) ménagées dans l'extrémité (4) des planches (3) sont réalisées sous la forme de perçages cylindriques, tandis que les tenons (11) du montant vertical (10, 70) sont réalisés sous la forme de plaquettes disposées dans un plan parallèle au montant vertical (10).
- Paroi selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, le montant vertical (10) présente une face plane sur laquelle les tenons font saillie et en ce que les extrémités (4) des planches (3 ; 60) présentent une partie centrale plane (8) de largeur au plus égale à celle du montant vertical (10) et deux chanfreins latéraux (9) formant un angle d'environ 45° avec la partie centrale plane (8).
- Paroi selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les deux chants longitudinaux opposés (6, 7) des planches (3 ; 60) présentent des formes d'emboítement homologues de section trapézoïdale.
- Paroi selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque planche (60) est renforcée par une âme intérieure métallique (61) possédant deux extrémités dans chacune desquelles est ménagée une encoche (62) prenant appui sur le tenon (11) concerné du montant vertical (10).
