Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'épandage servant à projeter une matière à répandre granulaire, notamment de l'engrais, à largeur de bande de réglage importante et à commande directe. Ce dispositif comprend au moins un dispositif de dosage présentant au moins deux rouleaux, un dispositif d'entraînement des rouleaux, un boîtier logeant lesdits rouleaux, un arbre d'entrée pour les rouleaux correspondant au dispositif de dosage concerné et un dispositif d'alimentation (40), disposé en dessous du boîtier. Les rouleaux sont placés en rang les uns derrière les autres sur l'arbre d'entrée. Le dispositif comprend en outre au moins un convoyeur pneumatique comportant deux conduites d'alimentation pneumatiques (70, 72, 74, 76), servant à acheminer la matière à répandre, dosée par le dispositif de dosage, ainsi qu'au moins deux déversoirs pour la matière à répandre, raccordés aux conduites d'alimentation pneumatiques (70, 72, 74, 76). Les rouleaux disposés en rang sur un arbre d'entrée dans le boîtier et dont chacun correspond à un dispositif de dosage, sont séparés les uns des autres dans le sens axial par un premier élément de séparation. Le dispositif d'alimentation (40) est divisé en plusieurs entonnoirs par d'autres éléments de séparation (62, 64, 66), le nombre d'entonnoirs correspondant au nombre de rouleaux. Les premiers éléments de séparation et les autres (62, 64, 66), en fonction du nombre de rouleaux (20, 22, 24, 26) permettent de former au moins deux canaux séparés l'un de l'autre.
