- un équipement mécanique de transfert des produits dans le four dont le tronçon correspondant à la zone E2 est animé de mouvements indépendants des autres tronçons constituant les autres zones du four. Le tronçon de l'équipement mécanique de transfert de la zone E2 permet un déplacement rapide d'un produit à défourner sur toute la longueur de la zone E2 de manière à placer ce produit dans une position autorisant son évacuation par la machine de défournement. Le défournement du produit peut s'effectuer de façon frontale ou latérale par rapport au four.
Claims (8)
- Four de réchauffage de produits sidérurgiques en vue de réduire ou de supprimer les pertes de production lors du réchauffage de lots de produits dont l'état thermique est différent, introduits successivement dans le four, caractérisé en ce que ledit four comporte des zones de chauffage suivies par au moins deux zones d'égalisation (E1, E2):la première zone d'égalisation (E1) au moins pouvant être utilisée comme zone de chauffage,la dernière zone d'égalisation (E2) au moins pouvant être traversée par les produits, à une vitesse différente de celle des autres zones, cette vitesse étant réglable en fonction de l'objectif thermique des produits à réchauffer,
- Four selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ledit four de réchauffage est appliqué au réchauffage de billettes, blooms, brames, ébauches et autres semi-produits sidérurgiques.
- Four selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ledit four comporte au moins deux zones d'égalisation successives, l'une au moins étant utilisée afin d'assurer l'homogénéisation de la température des produits.
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisés en ce que ledit four est muni de systèmes mécaniques (10, 11; 12, 15, 16) assurant le transfert rapide des produits (9 ; 13) dans la ou les dernières zones du four.
- Four selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que lesdits systèmes mécaniques (10, 11; 12, 15) assurent également un défournement rapide des produits.
- Four selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5 caractérisé en ce que lesdits systèmes mécaniques (10, 11; 12, 15) sont réalisés de façon à assurer une évacuation frontale ou latérale d'un produit saisi à l'intérieur du four en un point donné de son cycle thermique en vue de son évacuation vers l'extérieur du four.
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6 caractérisé en ce que lesdits systèmes mécaniques comportent des bras (10) de préhension des produits et des moyens (11) pour actionner lesdits bras.
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6 caractérisé en ce que lesdits systèmes mécaniques sont réalisés sous la forme d'un tronçon indépendant (12), de supportage et de transfert des produits à l'intérieur du four, ce tronçon assurant un déplacement des produits à une vitesse indépendante de celle des produits supportés et transférés par les autres tronçons du four.
