Claims (9)
- Weiche für ein Fördersystem zum Fördern eines Produktstromes von in Schuppenformation angeordneten Produkten mittels eines Preßbandpaares (18, 20; 88, 90; 88', 90'), mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeinem stationären Grundrahmen (12), an dem ein bewegliche Schwenkelement (14) befestigt ist; undzumindest einem ersten Reitergurt (30), der im Bereich der Weiche (10) ein Preßband (18) ersetzt, und der den Produktstrom zwischen sich und dem anderen Preßband (20) preßt;wobei eine Umlenkrolle (32) des ersten Reitergurtes an dem Grundrahmen (12) und eine weitere Umlenkrolle (34) des ersten Reitergurtes (30) an dem Schwenkelement (14) befestigt ist,
an dem Schwenkelement (14) Umlenkrollen für weitere Reitergurte (40, 50, 60) befestigt sind, die sich überlappend in verschiedenen Ebenen angeordnet sind. - Weiche nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für den ersten Reitergurt (30) eine Spannrolle (38) vorgesehen ist, die an einem Ausgleichselement (39) befestigt ist, das sich bei einem Verschwenken des Schwenkelementes (14) vorgespannt bewegt. - Weiche nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das andere Preßband (20) um eine stationär angeordnete Umlenkrolle (24) geführt ist, deren Radius im wesentlichen dem minimalen Bahnradius des Produktstromes im Bereich der Weiche (10) entspricht. - Weiche nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das andere Preßband (20) nach dem teilweisen Umschlingen der stationär angeordneten Umlenkrolle (24) um eine weitere Umlenkrolle (26) mit kleinerem Radius geführt ist, die an dem Schwenkelement (14) befestigt ist. - Weiche nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Reitergurt (60) um die stationär angeordnete Umlenkrolle (24) und um zumindest eine weitere Umlenkrolle (62) geführt ist, die an dem Schwenkelement (14) befestigt ist. - Weiche nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf einer Seite des Produktstromes der erste Reitergurt (30) und zumindest ein weiterer Reitergurt (40, 50) und daß auf der anderen Seite des Produktstromes eine stationäre Umlenkrolle (24) und ein weiterer Reitergurt (60) angeordnet sind, wobei bevorzugt die Reitergurte auf der einen Seite eine Produktdickenanpassung aufweisen. - Weiche nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Schwenkelement (14) um 90° verschwenkbar ist. - Weiche nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schwenkachse (X) des Schwenkelementes (14) und die Drehachse der stationären Umlenkrolle (24) koaxial verlaufen. - Fördersystem zum Fördern eines Produktstromes von in Schuppenformation angeordneten Produkten, mitwobei zwischen dem ankommenden (A) und den abgehenden Preßbandpaaren (B, C) eine Weiche (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche vorgesehen ist, mit welcher der Produktstrom wahlweise zu einem der abgehenden Preßbandpaare (B, C) geleitet werden kann.einem ankommenden Preßbandpaar (18, 20); undzumindest zwei abgehenden Preßbandpaaren (88, 90; 88', 90');
