Claims (27)

  1. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit (100) für ein fluides Produkt, die einen Innenbehälter (20), ein Ausgabemittel (11), das auf einer Öffnung (24) des Behälters in Eingriff gelangen soll, und eine Außenschale (1) aufweist, die einen steifen oder halbsteifen Körper (6) mit einer Achse X besitzt, dessen Boden (7) offen ist, wobei die Schale (1) zur Aufnahme des Behälters über den offenen Boden bestimmt ist und eine dem offenen Boden (7) entgegengesetzte Öffnung (15) aufweist, um die Verbindung des Behälters (20) mit der Außenumgebung zu ermöglichen, wobei die Schale (1) Befestigungsmittel (26-29) aufweist, die mit auf dem Behälter (20) sitzenden, komplementären Befestigungsmitteln (25) in Eingriff gelangen können, um den Behälter (20) innerhalb der Schale festzusetzen, wobei das Ineingriffbringen direkt aus einem Druck entsteht, der axial auf die Schale und/oder den Behälter ausgeübt wird, wobei die Außenschale (1) mindestens eine seitliche Öffnung (40, 41) aufweist, die sich zumindest in der Nähe der Befestigungsmittel (26-29) erstreckt, um den Durchlaß eines Werkzeugs (43, 44) zu ermöglichen, das am Ineingriffbringen der Befestigungsmittel (26-29) der Schale mit den komplementären Befestigungsmitteln (25) des Behälters beteiligt ist.
  2. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (26-29) der Schale (1) innerhalb der Schale angeordnet sind.
  3. Einheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die komplementären Befestigungsmittel (25) des Behälters (20) von einem steifen Hals (23) getragen werden, der über dem Innenbehälter (20) sitzt und von dem ein freier Rand die Öffnung (24) des Behälters begrenzt.
  4. Einheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die komplementären Befestigungsmittel (25) aus einer Befestigungsfläche (25) bestehen, die auf der Außenfläche des Halses (23) ausgebildet ist und mit mindestens einem elastisch verformbaren Element (28, 29) in Eingriff gelangen kann, das von der Außenschale (1) getragen wird.
  5. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbehälter (20) Mittel (30) besitzt, um es dem Werkzeug (43, 44) zu ermöglichen, den Innenbehälter (20) beim Befestigen des Innenbehälters (20) an der Außenschale (1) zu halten.
  6. Einheit nach den Ansprüchen 3 oder 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, die es dem Werkzeug ermöglichen, den Innenbehälter zu halten, aus einer Schulter (30) bestehen, die vom steifen Hals (23) in der Nähe eines Endes des Halses (23) entgegengesetzt zum freien Rand gebildet wird, wobei die Schulter (30) in der Lage ist, eine Fläche zu bilden, die entgegengesetzt zum freien Rand ausgerichtet und in der Lage ist, mit einem freien Ende mindestens eines Arms (43, 44) des Werkzeugs in Eingriff gebracht zu werden.
  7. Einheit nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitliche(n) Öffnung(en) (40, 41) so angeordnet ist (sind), daß es dem Werkzeug (43, 44) möglich ist, den Innenbehälter (20) bei einer axialen Verschiebung des Innenbehälters (20) in bezug auf die Außenschale (1) vom offenen Boden (7) der Schale bis zum Eingriff der Befestigungsmittel (26-29) der Schale (1) mit den komplementären Befestigungsmitteln (25) des Innenbehälters zu halten.
  8. Einheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung(en) (40, 41) aus mindestens einem Schlitz besteht (bestehen), der am offenen Boden (7) der Schale mündet und sich bis in die Nähe der Befestigungsmittel (26-29) der Schale (1) erstreckt.
  9. Einheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschale mindestens zwei Schlitze (40, 41) besitzt, die in regelmäßigen Abständen auf ihrem Umfang angeordnet sind und mindestens zwei elastisch verformbare Abschnitte (50, 51) begrenzen.
  10. Einheit nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz oder die Schlitze (40, 41) am offenen Boden (7) der Schale (1) mündet (münden), unter Bildung eines Profils (47), das mit einem komplementären Profil zusammenwirken kann, das vom Arm (oder den Armen) (43, 44) des Werkzeugs gebildet wird.
  11. Einheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil (47) die Form eines V hat, dessen Spitze dem offenen Boden (7) der Außenschale entgegengesetzt liegt.
  12. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Innenbehälters (20) zumindest in seinem dem Hals (23) benachbarten Bereich größer als der oder gleich dem Querschnitt des offenen Bodens (7) der Außenschale (1) in der Ruhestellung ist.
  13. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitzränder (40, 41) über einen dem offenen Boden (7) der Schale benachbarten Abschnitt (46) im wesentlichen aneinander liegen.
  14. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschale (1) einen länglichen Querschnitt aufweist und zwei große Flächen (2, 3) definiert, wobei eine seitliche Öffnung (40, 41) in der Nähe der Befestigungsmittel im wesentlichen in der Mitte jeder der großen Flächen (2, 3) ausgebildet ist.
  15. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschale (1) und der Innenbehälter (20) aus einem thermoplastischen Material hergestellt werden, wobei die Außenschale (1) insbesondere aus Polypropylen und der Innenbehälter (20) insbesondere aus Polyethylen niedriger Dichte hergestellt ist.
  16. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbehälter (20) aus einer geschmeidigen Tasche besteht.
  17. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgabemittel (11) aus einem Ventil oder einer Pumpe (11) bestehen, auf dem (der) ein Druckknopf (16) sitzt.
  18. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgabemittel (11) fest mit der Außenschale verbunden sind.
  19. Einheit nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgabemittel (11) insbesondere durch Einklinken innerhalb eines axialen Schachts (10) der Außenschale (1) eingesetzt werden, wobei der Schacht (10) ein Ende aufweist, das zum offenen Boden (7) weist, und eine Dichtschürze (18) im Inneren der Öffnung (24) des Behälters (20) bildet.
  20. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Einsetzen des Innenbehälters (20) in die steife Schale (1) der offene Boden der Schale von einem angesetzten Boden (31) verschlossen wird.
  21. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Etikett auf die Außenschale vor der (den) seitlichen Öffnung(en) aufgebracht wird.
  22. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit (100) von der Art mit Innenbehälter (20), der in einer steifen oder halbsteifen Außenschale (1) mit einer Achse X angeordnet ist, und auf dem ein Ausgabeorgan (11) zur Verbindung des Innenbehälters (20) mit der Außenumgebung über eine Öffnung (15) sitzt, das die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    a) Einführen des Innenbehälters (20) ins Innere der Außenschale (1) über einen offenen Boden (7) der Schale, und relative Verschiebung des Behälters und der Schale entlang der Achse X der Schale, bis Befestigungsmittel (25) des Innenbehälters (20) sich in der Nähe von entsprechenden Befestigungsmitteln (26-29) auf der Außenschale (1) befinden, und
    b) Einführen eines Einbauwerkzeugs (43, 44) durch mindestens eine Öffnung (40, 41) in einer Seitenwand der Schale (1) zumindest in der Nähe der Befestigungsmittel (26, 29) der Außenschale (1), und
    c) unter Zuhilfenahme des Einbauwerkzeugs (43, 44), Zwingen der Befestigungsmittel (26-29) der Schale (1) in Befestigungseingriff mit den Befestigungsmitteln (25) des Innenbehälters (20).
  23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die relative axiale Verschiebung durch Verschieben des Innenbehälters (20) innerhalb der Außenschale (1) erhalten wird.
  24. Verfahren nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug (43, 44) außerdem verwendet wird, um die relative axiale Verschiebung des Innenbehälters (20) in bezug auf die Außenschale (1) zu ermöglichen, wobei die Außenschale (1) mindestens zwei Schlitze (40, 41) auf ihrer Seitenwand aufweist, die mindestens zwei elastisch verformbare Schalenabschnitte (50, 51) begrenzen, wobei die Schlitze (40, 41) am offenen Boden (7) der Schale (1) münden und sich bis zu einem Ende (42) erstrecken, das sich in der Nähe der Befestigungsmittel (26-29) der Schale befindet, wobei das Werkzeug mindestens zwei Arme (43, 44) aufweist, die bei der axialen Verschiebung einstellbar ins Innere eines jeweiligen Schlitzes (40, 41) eingeführt werden, und von denen ein freies Ende mit einer Befestigungsfläche (30) des Innenbehälters (20) in Eingriff steht.
  25. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (40, 41) über einen dem offenen Boden benachbarten Abschnitt (46) aneinander angrenzende Ränder aufweisen, so daß das Gleiten der Arme (43, 44) des Werkzeugs in diesem Abschnitt ein Auseinanderspreizen der elastisch verformbaren Schalenabschnitte (50, 51) in einer Richtung im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Achse X durch elastische Verformung bewirkt, wobei die Schlitze (40, 41) zwischen dem Abschnitt (46) mit aneinandergrenzenden Rändern und dem Ende (42) in der Nähe der Befestigungsmittel (26-29) der Schale eine größere oder die gleiche Breite aufweisen wie die Breite der Arme (43, 44), um ein freies Gleiten der Arme (43, 44) zu ermöglichen.
  26. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem den folgenden Schritt aufweist:
    d) nach der Befestigung des Behälters (20) im Inneren der Außenschale (1), Verschließen des offenen Bodens (7) der Schale mittels eines geeigneten Schließmittels (31).
  27. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem den folgenden Schritt aufweist:
    e) Aufbringen eines Etiketts auf der Außenschale vor der (oder den) seitlichen Öffnung(en).
