Abstract

Ein Treibstangenverschluß (10) für Türen, Fenster o.dgl., insbesondere Schiebetüren, hat wenigstens ein mittels eines Antriebs betätigbares Funktionselement (12), z.B. eine Treibstange, eine Schubstange oder ein Gleitstück, das hinter einer Abdeckung (20), beispielsweise einer Deck- oder Stulpleiste, längsverschieblich gelagert ist, und wenigstens ein mit dem Funktionselement (12) gekoppeltes Riegelelement (30), z. B. ein Haken, das aus der Abdeckung hervorsteht und in Schließstellung mit einem Schließblech kraft- und/oder formschlüssig in Eingriff bringbar ist. Um in Schließstellung eine stets sichere Verriegelung zu gewährleisten und um in Öffnungsstellung hervorstehende Riegelelemente zu vermeiden, ist das Riegelelement (30) außerhalb seiner Schließstellung um eine in dem Funktionselement (12) gelagerte Achse (32) schwenkbar und in seiner Längsbewegung hinter der Abdeckung (20) senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des Funktionselements (12) zumindest teilweise versenkbar. Ferner ist eine entlang dem Funktionselement (12) angeordnete Arretier-und Auslösevorrichtung (100) vorgesehen, mit der das Funktionselement (12) in einer Entriegelungsstellung der Riegelelemente (30) arretierbar und beim Schließen der Tür freigebbar ist, wobei die Arretier- und Auslösevorrichtung (100) ein mit dem Funktionselement (12) gekoppeltes Rastelement (130) in Form eines zweiarmigen Hebels aufweist, der um eine in dem Funktionselement (12) gelagerte Achse (142) schwenkbar ist.
