Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an edge bolt fitting by moving a drive rod on and off extendable bolt and with one at a pivot point relocated operating lever and one on and on the connecting rod articulated handlebar.
An edge bolt fitting of the type in question is known from DE 195 07 192 A1, the articulation point is fixed on the hardware side. When relocating the operating lever is accordingly on the Operating lever with handlebar coupling to the drive rod the bolt closed or closed. To the sufficient Definition of a fixed leaf of a double-leaf door it is necessary to add the passive leaf in the upper as well such an edge bolt fitting in the lower area assign. In this embodiment, the plane of movement runs the actuating lever perpendicular to the passive leaf level, which enables the square bolt fitting to be flat.
Furthermore, bolt lock fittings are known, which one can be installed in a lock pocket of the passive leaf Have lock case, of which two run in opposite directions projecting movable connecting rods. By flipping an actuating lever that can be moved in the door leaf level the connecting rods with those attached to them Bolts shifted synchronously.
The object of the invention is based on the object a generic square bolt fitting with simple Means to be designed so that extendable on both sides Bolts can be closed in succession.
This task is first and foremost
an edge bolt fitting with the features of the
As a result of such a configuration, an edge bolt fitting is indicated by simple structure that enables by means of a single actuation lever in in succession the drive rods and the ones on them to move the seated bar. Still, the advantage a flat design of the transom fitting abandoned because the operating lever is perpendicular to the door leaf level the passive leaf is pivotable. It lies no fixed defined articulation point for the operating lever in front. Rather, this is on the second, to provided the first oppositely actuable drive rod. In detail, this looks like that when closing the bolt first one drive rod and then the one other drive rod is shifted. First is the Displacement of those subject to less friction Driving rod up to a movement stop and then that of the other drive rod up to hers Movement stop. For example, when pivoting of the operating lever always the upper drive rod be relocated first due to a lesser Friction. Only when they are in their respective end positions has been reached by further flipping the actuating lever the lower connecting rod with it attached Bolt moved. Even if within one Actuation process change the friction conditions should be a reversal in the actuation of the drive rods entails, the drive rods shift in a succession. This shifting one after the other the latch leads to lower actuation forces can be worked as with such Edge-wing fittings, in which a synchronous control the bolt is made. This follows from the fact that the handlebar as well as the operating lever are arranged motionless to the locking bar. The relevant drive rods are the rear of the Closing ledge, which has a recess for pivoted mounting of the operating lever. It is therefore in the pivoted position of the operating lever no annoying overhang over the locking bar before what the space-saving assignment of the locking bar enabled on the relevant fold of the passive leaf. In the swiveled-in position of the operating lever then the drive rods are at second movement stops on. That means that some movement stops when swinging out the operating lever immediately take on their function. In manufacturing technology simple are the first and the second movement stops of elongated holes in the drive rods and formed cones received therefrom. Latter are in turn firmly connected to the locking bar. It is also provided that the locking bar forms a U-profile. So that the interaction of Locking bar with the locking elements of the rotating leaf assigned locks is not impaired, are the drive rods in the area of the closing element entry opening reduced in cross-section and flank the closing member entry openings to the rear. Tolerances when installing the passive leaf and the Rotary wing can be compensated for by the fact that at least one closing member entry opening in one Frame adjustable transversely to the extension of the locking bar is arranged. One way of mapping of the frame for the locking bar is that the frame on its the closing strip on both sides of the Transverse slots underneath projections below the bolt entry opening has, each a pin of the locking bar take up. Regarding the cones it can be Act screw pin, so that after appropriate transverse adjustment of the frame relative to the longitudinal extent the locking bar the bondage of the frame is. Since the frame is reduced to a cross-section Zone of the drive rod extends, experiences this cross-section reduced zone a lateral support against bending if high pressure forces are applied to the connecting rod should occur. Another way of Assignment of the frame to the locking bar is included in it see that the frame on both sides of the locking bar projections under the bolt entry opening Cones carries, each in a transverse slot engage the locking bar. Here too she learns cross-section reduced zone of the drive rod a corresponding Support against bending out. A cross adjustment can be done in a simple manner by means of an eccentric be performed. For the purpose of assigning the edge bolt fitting differently high fixed wings is according to the invention provided that the drive rod profiled rack Has intermediate sections, which are deflected form-fitting with the subsequent drive rod sections caulked or inlaid. The customization on doors of different heights is made easier that the separation point of abutting striker sections unilaterally forms a nose, the thickness of which is less than the thickness of the locking strip material and what nose in a groove open on the front edge dips whose length is a multiple of the nose length corresponds. Groove and nose cause the locking bar aligned with each other in the area of the separation point.
To adapt the locking bar to different ones Length of the striker section is shortened, which forms the open groove. A simplified one Cutting to length results from the fact that in the excluded Lock position the front end of the toothed drive rod section aligned with the separation point. In the excluded locking position can therefore drive rod and locking bar together in one operation, cut to length, for example, by sawing. To a space-saving design of the transom fitting also the fact that the operating lever between himself and the rear of the locking bar the handlebar records and the resulting space by means of a handle angled in alignment with the U-leg bridged. The latter allows a comfortable one Detecting the actuating lever and moving it. The aligned formation of the handle angle with the The U-leg then comes with an optically favorable appearance counter edge fitting. To also in the Swing-in position of the operating lever is safe To be able to record is an intervention space left in the U-web provided which edge of the handle bend is limited. For trouble-free pivoting of the operating lever has tab-like trained handlebars approximately with the edge of the intervention area flush cut. Cheap Leverage ratios with regard to the steering gear result from the fact that the length of the handle portion of the operating lever is more than twice as large like the length of the articulation section. Furthermore, the Length of the handlebar greater than that of the handle section. Another advantage is that the Bolt asymmetrical to the cross section of the locking bar is arranged and in particular a front Forms free space. The one that interacts with the bolt Strike plate, which is angular in cross-section is therefore given a larger web dimension. This Web dimension is the distance from the bottom edge of the vertical Angle leg up to the bolt entry opening. The angular striking plate should be attached so that the Outer surface of the vertical angle leg with the corresponding surface of the locking bar is aligned. Finally, it should be emphasized, a locking bar fastening screw to provide at which slidably supports the narrowed zone of the drive rod. This works by bending the narrowed Tongue against the drive rod if greater forces are involved should act on the connecting rod.

Bei einer in Fig. 1 im teilweisen Horizontalschnitt
dargestellten zweiflügeligen Tür ist mit der Ziffer 1
ein Standflügel bezeichnet. Diesem ist ein Drehflügel 2
zugeordnet.

Kantriegelbeschlages. In particular, the edge bolt fitting 4 has one

5', 5'' zusammen. Letzterer stellt nur eine
Teillänge der Gesamtlänge der Schließleiste dar. Aus
Fig. 2 und 3 ist ersichtlich, daß der Schließleisten-Abschnitt
Fig. 2. Jedoch entspricht die Länge der Nut 57
einem Mehrfachen der Nasenlänge. The striker section having a considerably
Die Schließleiste 5 ist mit vier übereinander angeordneten
Schließgliedeintrittsöffnungen 9, 10, 11 und 12
versehen.
hindurchtreten. Nach Einstellen der
Querlage ist der Rahmen 14 durch den Befestigungsschrauben
16 zugeordnete Muttern 17 in bezug auf die Schließleiste
5 festlegbar. Für die eine stufenförmig ausgebildete
Längsrandkante 14' ist der U-Schenkel 7 sowie der
sich anschließende Bereich des U-Steges 6 mit einer
Ausnehmung 18 versehen.The locking
In dem U-Innenraum der Schließleiste 5 sind beidseitig
eines Betätigungshebels 19 eine obere Treibstange 20
und eine untere Treibstange 21 geführt. Die obere Treibstange
20 setzt sich zusammen aus Treibstangenabschnitten
22, 23 und 24, welche durch zahnstangenprofilierte
Zwischenabschnitte 25, 26 verbunden sind. Diese sind
entsprechend abgelängt und greifen in querseitig offene
Schlitze 27 der Treibstangenabschnitte 22, 23, 24 ein
und sind dort verstemmt, also axial unverschieblich
zugeordnet. Ebenfalls setzt sich die untere Treibstange
21 aus drei Treibstangenabschnitten 28, 29 und 30 zusammen,
welche ebenfalls in gleicher Weise über Zwischenabschnitte
31, 32 verbunden sind, und zwar unter Ausbildung
von Schlitzen 27, in welche die betreffenden Enden
der Zwischenabschnitte 31, 32 eintreten und dort
verstemmt sind. Die beiden äußeren Treibstangenabschnitte
22 und 30 bilden endseitig je einen Riegel 33 bzw.
34 aus.In the U interior of the locking
As can be seen from the drawings, the bars are

In der ausgeschlossenen Riegelstellung, vgl. Fig. 3 in
Verbindung mit Fig. 13, fluchtet das Stirnende 32' des
verzahnten Treibstangen-Zwischenabschnittes 32 mit der
Trennstelle T, so daß der Schließleisten-Abschnitt 5''
zusammen mit dem Treibstangen-Zwischenabschnitt 32 in
einem Arbeitvorgang durch Sägen abgetrennt werden kann. In the locked bolt position, cf. Fig. 3 in

Der Treibstangen-Zwischenabschnitt 32 gemäß Fig. 13
unterscheidet sich gegenüber den in anderen Figuren
aufgezeigten Abschnitten darin, daß er randseitig eine
abgeänderte Zahnung 58 besitzt. Entsprechend sind
Schlitze 27 mit einer Gegenzahnung 59 versehen, so daß
der verzahnte Zwischenabschnitt 32 mit seiner Zahnung
58 formschlüssig in die Gegenzahnung 59 des Schlitzes
27 eingelegt werden kann. Analog können auch die weiteren
Zwischenabschnitte eine entsprechende randseitige
Zahnung ausbilden, die mit Gegenzahnungen 59 der Schlitze
27 zusammenwirkt.The connecting rod
Im Bereich der Schließgliedeintrittsöffnungen 9 bis 12
sind die Treibstangen 20, 21 bzw. deren Treibstangenabschnitte
23, 28, 29 querschnittsreduziert gestaltet,
bildet. In the area of the closing
9 bzw.
exzentrisch angeordnete Zapfen 39' Längsschlitze 40 in
den Endbereichen des Rahmens 35 durchgreifen. Die Exzenter
39 sind mit einer Werkzeugeingriffsöffnung 39''
ausgestattet. Durch Verdrehen der Exzenter 39 kann
daher eine Querverlagerung des Rahmens 35 vorgenommen
werden, um beispielsweise die Schließgliedeintrittsöffnungen
9, 12 in die entsprechende Position zum zugehörigen
Schließglied zu bringen. Auch diese Rahmen 35 stützen
die querschnittsreduzierten Zonen der zugehörigen
Treibstangenabschnitte 28, 29 gegen seitliches Ausbiegen.The closing
Gelenkzapfen. In den Treibstangenabschnitten 22, 23, 24
der ersten Treibstange 20 befinden sich von schließleistenseitigen
Zapfen 43 durchgriffene Langlöcher 42,
deren Endbereiche Bewegungsendanschläge 42', 42'' bilden.
Auch die Treibstangenabschnitte 28, 29, 30 der
zweiten Treibstange 21 sind mit Langlöchern 44 ausgestattet
mit von ihren Endbereichen gebildeten Bewegungsendanschlägen
44' und 44'', welche ebenfalls von
schließleistenseitigen Zapfen 43 durchgriffen sind. In
der eingeschwenkten Stellung des Betätigungshebels 19
liegen die Treibstangen 20, 21 an den zweiten Bewegungsendanschlägen
42'' bzw. 44'' an, vgl. hierzu insbesondere
Fig. 3. Das bedeutet, daß die Bewegungsendanschläge
42'' bzw. 44'' an den ihnen zugeordneten Zapfen 43
anliegen. Der Abstand zwischen den ersten Bewegungsendanschlägen
42', 44' und den zweiten Bewegungsendanschlägen
42'' und 44'' entspricht dem Verlagerungshub der
Treibstangen 20, 21 und demgemäß dem Schließweg der
Riegel 33, 34.Regarding the
ausgebildet. Er besitzt einen etwa mit der Randkante
des Eingriffsraumes R fluchtenden Freischnitt 50.A
Es stellt sich folgende Wirkungsweise ein:The following mode of action occurs:
Soll der Kantriegelbeschlag in seine Offenstellung
gebracht werden, so ist der Betätigungshebel 19 an
seiner Griffabwinklung 48 zu hintergreifen und in Abwärtsrichtung
zu schwenken. Hierbei wird aufgrund der
mit geringerer Reibung geführten ersten Treibstange 20,
also die obere, diese in Abwärtsrichtung verlagert,
wobei der Anlenkpunkt 41 seine Position relativ zur
Schließleiste 5 nicht verändert. Es wird dadurch nach
Zurücklegen eines Schwenkwinkels Alpha von weniger als
90° die Stellung gemäß Fig. 6 erreicht, in welcher die
erste Treibstange 20 mit ihren ersten Bewegungsendanschlägen
42' in Verbindung mit den ihnen zugeordneten
Zapfen 43 die Abwärtsbewegung der obere Treibstange 20
und damit des Riegels 33 begrenzen. Beim Fortsetzen der
Schwenkverlagerung des Betätigungshebels 19 in Abwärtsrichtung
verschwenkt der Betätigungshebel 19 um den
Gelenkzapfen 46 und verlagert demgemäß den Anlenkpunkt
41 mit der zweiten Treibstange 21 in Aufwärtsrichtung,
wobei der Riegel 34 außer Eingriff tritt. Begrenzt ist
die Schwenkverlagerung des Betätigungshebels 19 dadurch,
daß die ersten Bewegungsendanschläge 44' die
ihnen zugeordneten Zapfen 43 beaufschlagen. Der Standflügel
1 kann somit geöffnet werden. The square bolt fitting should be in its open position
brought, so the operating
Zum Feststellen des Standflügels 1 in seiner Schließstellung
ist eine entgegengesetzt gerichtete Schwenkverlagerung
des Betätigungshebels 19 vorzunehmen. Hierbei
zweiten, also unteren Treibstange 21. Deren Abwärtsverlagerung
ist dann ebenfalls begrenzt durch die zweiten
Bewegungsendanschläge 44'' in Verbindung mit den ihnen
zugeordneten Zapfen 43. Dann ist der Betätigungshebel
19 so weit verschwenkt, daß dessen Griffabwinklung 48
mit dem zugehörigen Schenkel 7 der Schließleiste 5
fluchtet.To lock the
