Claims (5)
- Kokillenwand einer Stranggießkokille, die aus einer Kokilleninnenplatte (1) und einem mit der Kokilleninnenplatte (1) über Schraubverbindungen verbundenen Wasserkasten (2) besteht, wobei die Kokilleninnenplatte (1) auf ihrer dem Wasserkasten (2) zugewandten Seite (3) Stege (5) mit dazwischen verlaufenden Nuten (6) aufweist, in denen Füllstücke (7) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,daß die Füllstücke (7) mindestens ein Spreizelement (9) zur reibschlüssigen Verbindung der Füllstücke (7) mit der Kokilleninnenplatte (1) aufweisen unddaß die Schraubverbindungen zwischen den Füllstücken (7) und dem Wasserkasten (2) angeordnet sind. - Kokillenwand nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,daß das Spreizelement (9) mindestens eine konisch zulaufende Spreizplatte (10) aufweist, die mittels einer Schraube (11) an einen der Stege (5) anpreßbar ist. - Kokillenwand nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,daß zwischen der Schraube (11) und der Spreizplatte (10) eine konisch zulaufende Spreizscheibe (12) angeordnet ist. - Kokillenwand nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekenzeichnet mdaß die Schraube (11) zumindest in einem Teilabschnitt konisch verjüngt ausgebildet ist. - Kokillenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,daß dem Spreizelement (9) ein Federelement (13) zum Aufrechterhalten der reibschlüssigen Verbindung bei Erwärmung der Kokillenwand zugeordnet ist.
