Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de fixation de couvercle de chambre d'extinction d'arc électrique pour des sectionneurs de puissance basse tension à rupture dans l'air, notamment pour réduire le nombre d'éléments de liaison nécessaires à sa fixation sur la dite chambre. La plaque terminale (1) comporte des éléments d'encliquetage élastiques supérieurs et inférieurs (2, 3) ne formant qu'une seule pièce avec la plaque et constitués du même matériau que la plaque. Ces éléments d'encliquetage sont orientés à l'opposé les uns des autres. Les éléments d'encliquetage supérieurs (2) sont étirés vers l'intérieur en direction des plaques d'extinction et les éléments d'encliquetage inférieurs (3) sont étirés vers l'extérieur en direction du carter (4) de la chambre d'extinction. Des évidements sont ménagés dans cette dernière. Les éléments d'encliquetage inférieurs (3) de la plaque terminale (1) s'engagent dans lesdits évidements lorsqu'ils sont totalement insérés dans la chambre d'extinction, et ils prennent appui sur les côtés supérieurs (6) des évidements (5). Des évidements (8) sont également ménagés dans le couvercle de chambre d'extinction (7). Les éléments d'encliquetage supérieurs (2) de la plaque terminale (1) s'engagent dans ces évidements lorsque le couvercle (7) est totalement inséré dans la chambre d'extinction, et ils prennent appui sur les côtés inférieurs (9) des évidements (8). Une liaison de force parfaite entre le carter (4) de la chambre d'extinction et le couvercle (7) de cette dernière est réalisée par l'intermédiaire du matériau de la plaque terminale (1). Aucun élément de fixation supplémentaire tel qu'une vis ou un élément similaire n'est nécessaire pour fixer le couvercle de la chambre d'extinction.
