Claims (8)

  1. Tonerpartikel zur Verwendung im Sublimationstransfer-Gewebedruck, welche ein Tonerharz und einen thermosublimierbaren Farbstoff aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Harz, gemessen bei 190°C eine Viskosität η zwischen 30 und 100 mPa.s und ein tgδ aufweist, so dass 0,010 ≤ tgδ/η ≤ 0,20 ist.
  2. Tonerpartikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei tgδ derart ist, dass 0,010 ≤ tgδ/η ≤ 0,06 ist.
  3. Tonerpartikel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei tgδ derart ist, dass 0,010 ≤ tgδ/η ≤ 0,03 ist.
  4. Tonerpartikel nach irgend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei
    (i) die Tonerpartikel als ein topologisches Kriterium aufweisen, dass das Verhältnis der Länge der langen Achse eines projizierten mikroskopischen Bildes der Partikel zu der Länge der kurzen Achse zwischen 1,00 und 1,40 liegt; und
    (ii) die Tonerpartikel nach Zugabe von 0,5 Gewichtsprozent von hydrophoben Quarzstaub mit einer spezifischen Oberfläche von 260 m2/g ein Verhältnis der scheinbaren Dichte (ρapp) zu einer realen Dichte (ρreal) von ρapp ρreal ≥ 0,52 aufweist.
  5. Verfahren zum indirekten Textildrucken, mit den Schritten:
    Erstellen eines Tonerbildes mit Tonerpartikeln, welche einen thermosublimierbaren Farbstoff auf einem Zwischensubstrat aufweisen;
    Kontaktieren des Bildes mit einem Gewebe unter Druck bei hoher Temperatur zum Übertragen des thermosublimierbaren Farbstoffs, welcher in dem Tonerbild enthalten ist, auf das Gewebe;
    Trennen des Bildes von dem Gewebe, wobei die Tonerpartikel ein Tonerharz und einen thermosublimierbaren Farbstoff aufweisen,
       gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass
       das Harz, gemessen bei 190°C eine Viskosität η zwischen 30 und 100 mPa.s und ein tgδ aufweist, so dass 0,010 ≤ tgδ/η ≤ 0,20 ist.
  6. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die Tonerpartikel trockene Tonerpartikel sind.
  7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6 wobei das Tonerbild auf dem Zwischensubstrat durch direktes elektro-statisches Drucken erstellt wird.
  8. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei das Tonerbild auf dem Zwischensubstrat mittels einer elektro-photografischen Einrichtung erstellt wird.
