Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for storage of process signals of a technical system, in which, in particular in a so-called ring buffer, a variety of process signals assigned to different types of process signals be stored in chronological order.
- a large-scale one Plant e.g. a power plant, understood.
- Such a method is known for example from the Article "DIN for magnetic tape PCM systems", H. P. Glockmann and L. Drebinger, Elektronik (1977), Issue 9, pp. 61-63, or from EP-A-0 298 888.
- Temporal processes are usually saved through chronological storage of measured values and / or system states derived process signals.
- the representing different measured values and / or system states Process signals are different Process signal types assigned.
- Images of the data stored in the Plant expired processes are created that are complex Describe the status of the system at certain times.
- the ones stored at a certain point in time Process signals that link the plant process to the corresponding one Describe the time, summarized in a status image, so that a variety of such during operation of the system Status images are created. These status images can then used for diagnostic purposes, for example.
- a ring buffer can be one contain large number of process signals and a temporal Cover area of several days.
- To get a process signal or to access a status image must be from the current one Time position based on the ring buffer usually are searched sequentially. However, to find especially long past process signals or Status images take a lot of time.
- One from creation A diagnosis dependent on a status image can thus be carried out in disadvantageously last up to a few hours.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a method for storing process signals of a technical system indicate that a quick finding of time-ordered or from these composite process signals or Status images enabled.
- Process signal characterizing identifier is assigned.
- the invention is based on the knowledge that in one sequential reading of a ring buffer a variety of irrelevant information must be analyzed.
- a Chain of process signals of the same process signal type can the analysis of irrelevant process signals are avoided, so that the finding of the process signal sought accelerates becomes.
- Each process signal expediently has one of the process signal types information about the time of its deposit on.
- time markers By setting time markers in this way is made possible, stored process signals and thus the underlying measured values the respective time of the measured value acquisition assign.
- An embodiment of the invention is based on a Drawing explained in more detail.
- the figure shows a cutout an allocation scheme of those stored in a ring buffer Process signals.
- Process signals 2, 3, 4, 5 are different types of process signals assigned, each process signal 2 one common process signal type is assigned. The same applies to process signals 3, 4 and 5.
- Each process signal type is included a measured value, such as the inlet temperature of a Turbine, a state of a plant part, such as Pump ON / OFF, or an organizational element within a Data processing assigned.
- Each process signal 2 to 5 comprises a data element 6, which indicates the numerical size of a measured value or the status information of the state.
- Each process signal 2 to 5 also includes an identifier 8 for characterizing the position of the previous process signal 2, 3, 4 and 5 assigned to the same process signal type within the chronological order of the process signals 2 to 5 in the ring memory. This is indicated by the arrows 10.
- the identifier 8 of the current process signal 2 'at the time t a refers to the position of the previous process signal 2 "belonging to the same process signal type.
- the identifier 8 of this process signal 2" in turn refers to the position of the preceding process signal belonging to the same process signal type 2 "'etc.
- the allocation scheme 1 also includes a number of status images recorded at different times t 12.
- Each status image 12 is made up of a number of process signals 2 to 5 composed.
- Each status image 12 is a process signal 2 as a start signal and a process signal 3 assigned as an end character.
- the identifier 8 of the process signal 2 'serving as the start signal characterizes the position of the process signal 2 "serving as the start signal of the previous status image 12", so that in order to find a status image 12, only the process signal 2 serving as the start signal has to be read previous status image 12. Thus, a sequential reading of all process signals 2 to 5 comprised by the status image 12 is no longer necessary.
- the data element 6 of each process signal 2 contains information about the time t of its deposit and thus fulfills the function of a time stamp within the chronological order of the process signals 2 to 5.
- the process signal 2 of the current status image 12 serving as the start signal is read in and its data element 6 is evaluated.
- This data element 6 contains information about the current time t a , which is compared with the searched time t s . If the two do not match within predefinable limits, - as indicated by the arrows 14 - the identifier 8 of the process signal 2 'jumps to the position of the process signal 2 "which serves as the start signal for the previous status image 12.
- This process signal 2 is again read in so that the information about the time t contained in its data element 6 can be compared with the sought time t s ..
- the system jumps to the previous status image 12 until the information about the time t of the data element 6 within predefined limits with the sought time t s
- the status image 12 stored in the ring memory at the sought time t s is thus found quickly and effectively.
- the procedure for finding a single one of the process signals 2 to 5 at a search time t s is analogous. First of all, based on the information contained in the data element 6 about a point in time t of the process signal 2 of a status image 12 serving as a start signal, that status image 12 which was stored in the ring buffer at the sought point in time t S is determined. Starting from the process signal 2 of this status image 12 serving as the start signal, the process signals 2 to 5 preceding this process signal 2 are then sequentially read in and analyzed. This continues until a process signal 2 to 5 of the desired process signal type is found.
- the desired process signal 2 to 5 can also be read in vectorially, starting from the process signal 2 of the status image 12 stored at the sought time t s .
- the data element 6 of the process signal 2 "'serving as the start signal of the status image 12 stored at the sought time t s has an identifier 16 which is characteristic of the position of the preceding process signal 2 to 5 of the desired process signal type. This is for finding the Process signal 5 "'indicated by the arrow 18.
- process signals 2 to 5 By depositing process signals 2 to 5 in this way, with process signals 2 to 5 of the same process signal type their identifier 8 are chained together, finding them individual process signals 2 to 5, or finding out several process signals 2 to 5 composite status images 12, simplified and accelerated. A sequential one It is therefore not possible to read the entire contents of the ring buffer required.
