Selon une première caractéristique le MODULE DE BASE est formé d'une ossature qui comporte un voile renforcé par des raidisseurs disposés en épis et en forme de H, dans lesquels sont incorporées des douilles filetées en acier du commerce,ce qui lui confère des propriétés mécaniques. Cette ossature est complétée par deux noyaux en matériau isolant doublés de nappes à excroissances formant chambre de décompression. Les profils des MODULES DE BASE présentent après leur juxtaposition des alvéoles verticales destinées à recevoir la superstructure porteuse verticale en béton armé coulé sur place.
Selon une seconde caractéristique, le MODULE DE BASE comporte une alvéole transversale située contre la partie supérieure de l'épi raidisseur transversal,destinée au logement de la superstructure porteuse horizontale de la construction,constituée par des poutres-chainages en béton armé coulé sur place et incorporées aux planchers pour obtenir le MODULE CHAINAGE.
Selon une troisième caractéristique, le MODULE CHAINAGE comporte un épi raidisseur transversal complémentaire à l'ossature et formant linteau, pour obtenir le MODULE LINTEAU lorsqu'il est destiné à coiffer une ouverture.
Selon une quatrième caractéristique ,les modules sont assemblés par auto-montage en utilisant des consoles munies de vérins à vis de réglage. Ces consoles fixées provisoirement sur les modules sous-jacents,ont également pour fonction de supporter les platelages de circulation ainsi que les garde-corps pour la protection des personnels.
Selon une cinquième caractéristique, les modules ont une ossature monolithique obtenue par moulage de béton armé. Dans ce cas,les noyaux en matériau isolant participent au moulage de l'ossature.
