Definitions

  • the invention relates to a box of general shape rectangular, rectangular section, for handling products, such as agricultural products or miscellaneous food products, for example example in supermarkets.
  • GB-A-2171 980 describes a box which can be deeply nested in an identical or stacked box, in other words superimposed on this box practically without interlocking, by means of hinged flaps on the upper edge of two opposite side walls.
  • the deep nesting corresponds to a nesting between 70 and 80% of the height of the body and reduced nesting corresponds to an interlocking between 30 and 40% of the height of the checkout.
  • Yet another object of the invention relates to the advantages which can be drawn from the "V” or "Y” pillars, as described in FR-A-2 504 889, without suffering the disadvantages.
  • the solution found of the invention consists in using at least the first cited characteristics of the case, providing further that the outer pillars and said first highest dwellings (and therefore of larger volume) provided to receive them in the nesting position the deepest, locally present side walls inclined by vertical, so as to be narrower in the lower part than in upper part.
  • Another problem that the invention set out to solve concerns how to make the tallest pillars and housings to improve the conditions of the deepest nesting, avoiding lose useful space without affecting the mechanical strength of the body.
  • FIG. 1 first of all, a crate of handling 1 all plastic (polyethylene, polypropylene ...), except possibly its stacking bars, or movable flaps, 3, which could be metallic (or metallic-core), even if an achievement plastic is preferred.
  • Box 1 includes a bottom 5 (see Figures 2 and 3) from which stand four side walls 7, 9, 11, 13 extending substantially on the same height, which in this case is the total height H of the body, and on (all) its perimeter.
  • the body being in this case a rectangular section rectangular not square, there are two side walls larger length, 7, 9, or "longitudinal” walls and two other walls also in opposite, of shorter length, 11, 13, or "transverse” walls.
  • the four walls sides of the body illustrated here each have three projections 15, 17, 19 extending horizontally (assuming the bottom 5 horizontal) on the perimeter of the body (except possibly local interruption, such as the location of the open grip handles 21, 21 ', 23, 23') and this both on the outer face than on the inner face of each of the side walls. (The shoulder solution (s) is however not prohibited).
  • projections are stepped at different heights of the body and are formed by a slope between 10 ° and 50 ° from the vertical. Between two projections, the side walls are vertical (at the draft angle necessary for close molding).
  • the peripheral upper projection 15 is nested on the face exterior of the side walls, with the base of the perimeter belt upper 25 that the body has in the usual way, projecting on this outer face.
  • the belt 25 has vertically a "box" appearance with a succession of ribs in braces.
  • the upper edge of the belt 25 defines the rim perimeter 27 of the side walls, and therefore of the body.
  • the walls of the body are essentially smooth (i.e. without ribs), so as to avoid creating dirt retention zones. They can also be openwork.
  • the orientation of the slopes of the projections 15, 17, 19 is chosen for that the body section is larger at its open top than cash fund.
  • each of the four walls side can be formed a large handle, each handle integrating in all or part of the perimeter belt 25.
  • the body of the invention further provides the following features, for meet the requirement of the possible nesting of two such cases identical according to two different nesting heights (for example between 30 and 40% and between 70 and 80%) as well as a third possibility of stacking of an upper box on a lower box, with then practically no nesting.
  • the body has on its two longitudinal walls 7, 9, opposite, pillars 29 and housings intended to receive the pillars another identical box superimposed on the first, which the user places the two boxes one on top of the other with the same angular orientation around the vertical axis passing through the center of their bottom (axis marked 31 in the figure 1) or that these two coaxially superposed boxes are rotated one relative to the other by 180 ° around this axis 31.
  • the pillars 29 and their cooperating housing are arranged so that in one of the two relative positions, get the "deepest” nesting of the top box in the lower body, while in the second relative position, we will obtain the other interlocking.
  • the first housings 33 are provided on a more great height, and therefore have in hollow a greater volume of reception, as the second housing 35.
  • These two series of housings are formed from the rim upper 27, and are open on the top and laterally in the face inside (7a or 9a, see FIG. 1 or 3) of the two longitudinal walls 7 and 9, to receive the pillars.
  • the pillars 29 are interrupted at a distance from the bottom 5 (in this case at the lower projection 19) and the first housings 33 are still interrupted above (in this case at the point of the projection intermediate 17) while the second housings 35 only extend over one to a few centimeters deep in the upper edge 27 of the walls 7 and 9 concerned.
  • the pillars 29 extend vertically from the base, or the bottom, of the outer perimeter belt 25 over a maximum thickness e (see FIG. 5) such that the pillars are contained in the overall space defined by the belt.
  • the base 25a of this belt will serve as a stop "deep” fitting by pressing on the upper edge 27 of a box underlying (see Figure 6).
  • the first housings 33 have an upper part provided with a wall frontal in alignment with the external face considered 33a1 and a part base 33a2 without wall (neither on the side of the external face, nor on the side of the face interior), so that this lower part receives the lower part 29a of the corresponding pillar.
  • the pillars 29 of one of the walls 7 or 9 are arranged each facing a "second" housing 35 of low height located on the opposite wall (9 or 7, respectively).
  • the first housings 33 and the second housings 35 are located side by side, with a distribution in two groups, each at a distance from each other and from the other two walls 3, 5, of so that for each group there are two pillars 29 and, internally, two housings 33 and two housings 35 arranged in alternately.
  • pillars 29 are therefore open frontally in the upper part 29b at the location of zone 33a2 of the corresponding housing, so that the lower part 29a of the pillar of a suitably oriented upper body (see Figure 6).
  • these same pillars each have two side walls 29c inclined with respect to the vertical, so that the lower part 29a is narrower (width d 1 ) than the upper part (d 2 ) (see FIG. 4).
  • the lower part 29a (although partially hollow) is not limited to a single rib vertical and the inclined side walls 29c are located in part intermediate, between 29a and 29b.
  • the first housings 33 (the deepest) each have two side walls 33b (see Figures 1 and 3) whose slope and position are adapted to be complementary to what is planned on the pillars 29.
  • the two support bars 3 are each pivotally mounted near and parallel to one of the two side walls 11, 13, in grooves, and are arranged so that they can be moved between a first inactive position in which these flaps clear access for one of the two abovementioned sockets of Figures 6 and 7, and a second position active (see Figures 1, 2 or 8) in which the two flaps 3 are folded in management of the center of the cash register concerned to prohibit a cash register access to the interior of the lower body, then extending substantially at the upper rim 27 of the lower body, to a substantially overlapping (stacking) of the body upper on the lower body, only two transverse grooves 43 having have been arranged in the underside of the bottom 5, so that the bars 3 of the lower body each engage in the corresponding groove 43 of a lower body (this being conventional).
