Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Nietsetzgerät mit einem elektrischen Antriebsmotor, einer Nietsetzeinrichtung in einem Kurbeltrieb zum Antreiben der Nietsetzeinrichtung durch den Antriebsmotor, wobei der Kurbeltrieb in einem seiner Totpunkte eine Ruhestellung einnimmt und ausgehend von seiner Ruhestellung zur Durchführung eines Nietsetzvorganges der Nietsetzeinrichtung um wenigstens eine vollständige Umdrehung drehbar ist. Die Konstruktion eines derartigen Nietsetzgerätes zu vereinfachen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß der Antriebsmotor, der Kurbeltrieb und die Nietsetzeinrichtung permanent betriebsverbunden sind und daß eine Steuerungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die den Antriebsmotor dann abschaltet, wenn der Kurbeltrieb sich nach Durchführung des Nietsetzvorganges in seiner Ruhestellung befindet.
