Claims (8)
- Gußwerkstoff für gleitend beanspruchte Maschinenteile, insbesondere für fluidgeschmierte Gleitlager, gekennzeichnet durcha) eine Zusammensetzung in Gewichts-% von
1,5 - 12,0 Cr ≤ 5,0 Ni ≤ 2,0 Mo ≤ 3,0 Si ≤ 1,0 Mn 3,0 - 5,0 C Rest: Fe und erschmelzungsbedingte Verunreinigungen b) einen Gefügeaufbau mit ferritischer, ferritisch-perlitischer oder bainitischer Matrix bei gleichzeitiger Anwesenheit von Chromcarbiden und freiem Kohlenstoff. - Gußwerkstoff nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine globulare Ausbildung des freien Kohlenstoffs.
- Verwendung des Werkstoffs nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 für fluidgeschmierte Gleitlager, insbesondere für in Kreiselpumpen einzusetzende, durch die Förderflüssigkeit geschmierte Gleitlager.
- Maschinenteil aus einem Werkstoff gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine gehärtete Oberfläche.
- Maschinenteil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dessen Oberfläche durch Nitrierung gehärtet ist.
- Gleitlagerung mit einem Gleitlager aus einem Werkstoff gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitlager Gleitpartner eines aus einem artgleichen Werkstoff bestehenden Teils ist.
- Gleitlagerung mit einem Gleitlager aus einem Werkstoff gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitlager Gleitpartner eines aus einem harten Werkstoff, insbesondere aus Metall oder Keramik bestehenden Teils ist.
- Gleitlagerung mit einem Gleitlager aus einem Werkstoff gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitlager Gleitpartner eines aus einem weichen Werkstoff, insbesondere aus Kohle oder CFC bestehenden Teils ist.
