Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schalungselement einer Flachfugenschalung mit Mitteln zum Ablösen bzw. Absprengen von anhaftenden Betonmassen sowie von Umlaufbeton bei der abschnittsweisen Herstellung einer Schlitzwand.The invention relates to a formwork element of a flat joint formwork with means for detaching or blasting off adhering concrete masses and of circulating concrete in the section-wise production of a diaphragm wall.

Schlitzwände bilden ein wichtiges Bauteil im Grundbau und dienen beispielsweise als Baugrubenumschließung, Stützmauer bei Gelängesprüngen oder als Dichtungswand bei Dämmen und Mülldeponien.
Charakteristisch für die Ausführung von Schlitzwänden ist, daß ein offener Bodenschlitz durch nachgefüllte Stützschlüssigkeit ständig stabilisiert wird.
Bekanntermaßen werden Schlitzwände schrittweise in einzelnen Bauabschnitten hergestellt, wobei jeder Abschnitt eine Betoniereinheit bildet. Die Schlitzwandabschnitte werden in der Regel durch Abstellkonstruktionen voneinander getrennt. In der Vergangenheit wurden als Abstellkonstruktionen unter anderem Abschalrohre aus Stahl verwendet, die nach Ansteifen des Betons wiedergewonnen wurden, das heißt, es konnte mit dem Ziehen der Rohre nicht gewartet werden, bis der Beton abgebunden war. Zum Ziehen mußten äußerst schwere Ziehgeräte eingesetzt werden.
Seit einigen Jahren ist man dazu übergegangen, als Abstellkonstruktionen Flachfugenschalungen zu verwenden, die erst nach dem Abbinden des Betons gelöst und ohne Ziehpressen gezogen werden. Weil aber insbesondere bei tiefen Schlitzwänden aufgrund von Unebenheiten und statischem Flüssigkeitsdruck in der ausgehobenen Wand beim Betoniervorgang flüssiger Beton hinter die Fugenschalung läuft, sogenannter Umlaufbeton, muß in vielen Fällen dennoch ein erheblicher Aufwand betrieben werden, um die Flachfugenschalungen vom fertiggestellten Schlitzwandbereich zu lösen.

Es handelt sich dabei um ein Verfahren zum Ausziehen eines Schalungselementes, welches bei der Herstellung einer Platte benutzt wird, die Bestandteil einer im Boden gegossenen Wand ist, wobei das Schalungselement einen mittleren profilierten Teil, dessen Profil einer Vertiefung entspricht, die in das Ende der herzustellenden Platten eingeformt werden soll, und zwei Flansche aufweist, die beiderseits des mittleren Teiles liegen. Das Verfahren ist gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:

  • Verwenden eines Schalungselementes der oben genannten Art, das über die Oberfläche des Bodens vorragt;
  • Montieren eines Werkzeuges auf dem vorragenden Teil des Schalungselementes, wobei das Werkzeug einen Körper und zwei profilierte Teile aufweist, die seitlich auf den Flanschen des Schalungselementes gleitende Nuten bilden, wobei der untere Teil der profilierten Teile derart angefast ist, daß er einen Entschalungskeil bildet;
  • Aufbringen einer Rammbewegung auf das Werkzeug derart, daß die keilförmigen Bereiche der profilierten Teile zwischen die betonierte Platte und ihr zugehöriges Schalungselement gepreßt werden, bis die Keile zwischen die betonierte Platte und das Schalungselement eingeführt sind;
  • Fortsetzen der Rammbewegung, um das Werkzeug immer tiefer einzusenken bis zum vollständigen Ablösen des Schalungselementes.

  • daß Flachfugenschalungs-Grundkörper sukzessive bevorzugt von oben nach unten durch Spreizen des bzw. der Speizkörper vom anstehenden Beton abgesprengt werden,
  • daß nach Absprengen der Flachfugenschalungs-Grundkörper vom Beton die komplette Flachfugenschalung enschließlich des bzw. der Druckkörper nach oben aus der Schlitzwand herausgezogen und ausgebaut werden.
