Claims (6)
- Gerautes Tricotgewebe, welches den äußeren Überzug einer Innenverkleidung für ein Kraftfahrzeug darstellt, die hergestellt worden ist durch dreidimensionales Verformen einer komplexen Struktur, hergestellt durch übereinanderliegendes Anordnen des äußeren Überzugs, gegebenenfalls eines Schaums und eines Versteifungs-Trägers, gekennzeichnet durch seine Flächenmasse von 65 bis 85 g/m2 und dadurch, dass es auf einem Webstuhl des Kalibers 36 bis 40 mit Fäden mit einem Titer von höchstens 44 dtex hergestellt worden ist.
- Gerautes Tricotgewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auf einer Wirkmaschine mit zwei Stangen des Kalibers 40 hergestellt worden ist, wobei jeweils zwei Fäden den beiden Stangen zugeführt werden und einen Faden von 17 bis 44 dtex ergeben.
- Gerautes Tricotgewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Maschendichte von 20 bis 30 pro cm.
- Gerautes Tricotgewebe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Wirken auf einem Webstuhl mit zwei Stangen die Länge des für 240 Maschen absorbierten Fadens (LFA) für die erste Bodenstange (B I) 40 bis 55 und für die zweite Stange (B II) 50 bis 75 beträgt.
- Gerautes Tricotgewebe nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch sein Massengewicht von 75 g/m2 und dadurch, dass es auf einem Webstuhl (Wirkmaschine) mit zwei Stangen vom Kaliber 40 hergestellt worden ist, wobei ein erster Faden mit einem Titer von 22 dtex der ersten Bodenstange (B I) und ein zweiter Faden mit einem Titer von 33 dtex der zweiten Stange (B II) zugeführt werden, wobei der Bindungsmodus der folgende ist:
I II 0 2 1 3 - - 2 1 1 0 - Gerautes Tricotgewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine feine Aufrauung, bei der die Überdicke aufgrund der Aufrauung in der Größenordnung von 0,1 bis 0,3 mm liegt.
