Abstract
Description
- le conduit d'entrée comporte un tronçon de coude prolongeant le tronçon rectiligne à l'opposé de la région d'entrée, par lequel ce tronçon est relié au conduit de sortie dans une région proche de la région de vidange, où la cloison commune est interrompue pour faire communiquer les deux conduits, ce tronçon de coude présentant intérieurement un profil en courbe dont le centre est décalé, par rapport au premier axe, en direction du deuxième axe,
- il comporte un bouchon insérable dans la région de vidange, présentant, intérieurement au siphon, un évidement qui a un profil incurvé prolongeant la courbe intérieure du tronçon de coude raccordant les deux conduits,
- il comporte un bouchon muni d'une lèvre annulaire déformable élastiquement et contrainte par un chanfrein du conduit de sortie, constituant un joint d'étanchéité intégré,
- il comporte un bouchon muni de deux ergots en saillie sur sa surface latérale et s'étendant radialement, adaptés pour être reçus dans deux couloirs coudés respectifs présentés par la paroi de la région de vidange comportant chacun au moins une rampe de guidage s'étendant dans une direction hélicoïdale et un cran de blocage de l'ergot en fin de course, les ergots présentant des dimensions différentes pour être reçus dans des couloirs de largeurs différentes afin de constituer des moyens de solidarisation à détrompage,
- les conduits d'entrée et de sortie s'étendent le long de leur axe respectif avec un tronçon en dépouille, ce tronçon du conduit d'entrée s'élargissant intérieurement légèrement en direction de sa région d'entrée, et ce tronçon du conduit de sortie s'élargissant intérieurement légèrement en direction de la région de vidange,
- la région plane de la cloison commune est légèrement inclinée de manière à élargir la section intérieure du conduit de sortie en direction de la région de vidange et la section intérieure du conduit d'entrée en direction de la région d'entrée,
- la région plane de la cloison commune s'étend le long d'un plan défini approximativement par la succession des sécantes communes aux deux arcs de circonférence définissant en section transversale des parties de contour de tronçons des deux conduits,
- intérieurement, la région d'entrée est raccordée à un tronçon du conduit d'entrée présentant une partie de contour en arc de circonférence, par un chanfrein de butée, et, intérieurement, la région de sortie est raccordée à un coude du conduit de sortie par un chanfrein de butée,
- le quatrième axe approximativement perpendiculaire au deuxième axe fait avec celui-ci un angle légèrement aigu de telle sorte que l'inclinaison par rapport à la perpendiculaire constitue une pente d'écoulement,
- au moins la pièce dans laquelle s'étendent les conduits d'entrée et de sortie est en matière synthétique injectée.

Claims (11)
- Siphon caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, d'une pièce, un conduit d'entrée (1) comportant une région d'entrée (11) à section transversale circulaire centrée sur un premier axe et un tronçon rectiligne (12) présentant en section transversale une partie de contour (121) en arc de circonférence centré sur cet axe, et un conduit de sortie (2) coudé comportant un tronçon rectiligne (22) présentant en section transversale une partie de contour (221) en arc de circonférence centré sur un deuxième axe au moins approximativement parallèle au premier, ces tronçons (12, 22) étant en vis-à-vis sur une partie de leur longueur sur laquelle les arcs s'étendent sur plus d'une demi-circonférence et sont sécants, le conduit de sortie (2) comportant une région de vidange (21) à section transversale circulaire centrée sur un troisième axe au moins approximativement coplanaire et parallèle aux deux premiers, entre eux, à l'opposé de la région d'entrée, et en revenant vers celle-ci, le tronçon rectiligne (22) et une région de sortie (23) à section transversale circulaire centrée sur un quatrième axe approximativement perpendiculaire au deuxième à proximité de la région d'entrée, les conduits (1, 2) étant séparés par une cloison (30) s'interrompant à la limite d'une région (31) de communication s'étendant coaxialement à la région de vidange (21) entre elle et le tronçon rectiligne (22) du deuxième conduit, la cloison comportant une région arrondie (301) à proximité des régions d'entrée (11) et de sortie (23) et une région plane (302) la prolongeant en direction de la région de vidange.
- Siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le conduit d'entrée (1) comporte un tronçon de coude (13) prolongeant le tronçon rectiligne (12) à l'opposé de la région d'entrée (11), par lequel ce tronçon (12) est relié au conduit de sortie (2) dans une région (31) proche de la région de vidange (21), où la cloison (30) commune est interrompue pour faire communiquer les deux conduits, ce tronçon de coude (13) présentant intérieurement un profil en courbe dont le centre est décalé, par rapport au premier axe, en direction du deuxième axe.
- Siphon selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un bouchon (B) insérable dans la région de vidange (21), présentant, intérieurement au siphon, un évidement (81) qui a un profil incurvé prolongeant la courbe intérieure du tronçon de coude (13) raccordant les deux conduits (1, 2).
- Siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un bouchon (B) muni d'une lèvre annulaire (5) déformable élastiquement et contrainte par un chanfrein (25) du conduit de sortie (2), constituant un joint d'étanchéité intégré.
- Siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un bouchon (B) muni de deux ergots (4) en saillie sur sa surface latérale et s'étendant radialement, adaptés pour être reçus dans deux couloirs (26) coudés respectifs présentés par la paroi de la région de vidange (21) comportant chacun au moins une rampe de guidage s'étendant dans une direction hélicoïdale et un cran de blocage de l'ergot en fin de course, les ergots présentant des dimensions différentes pour être reçus dans des couloirs de largeurs différentes afin de constituer des moyens de solidarisation à détrompage.
- Siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les conduits d'entrée (1) et de sortie (2) s'étendent le long de leur axe respectif avec un tronçon (12, 22) en dépouille, ce tronçon du conduit d'entrée s'élargissant intérieurement légèrement en direction de sa région d'entrée (11), et ce tronçon du conduit de sortie s'élargissant intérieurement légèrement en direction de la région de vidange (21).
- Siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la région plane (302) de la cloison (30) commune est légèrement inclinée de manière à élargir la section intérieure du conduit de sortie (2) en direction de la région de vidange (21) et la section intérieure du conduit d'entrée (1) en direction de la région d'entrée (11).
- Siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la région plane (302) de la cloison (30) commune s'étend le long d'un plan défini approximativement par la succession des sécantes communes aux deux arcs de circonférence définissant en section transversale des parties de contour (121, 221) de tronçons (12, 22) des deux conduits (1, 2).
- Siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, intérieurement, la région d'entrée (11) est raccordée à un tronçon (12) du conduit d'entrée (1) présentant une partie de contour (121) en arc de circonférence, par un chanfrein (14) de butée, et, intérieurement, la région de sortie (23) est raccordée à un coude du conduit de sortie (2) par un chanfrein (24) de butée.
- Siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le quatrième axe approximativement perpendiculaire au deuxième axe fait avec celui-ci un angle légèrement aigu de telle sorte que l'inclinaison par rapport à la perpendiculaire constitue une pente d'écoulement.
- Siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la pièce (C) dans laquelle s'étendent les conduits d'entrée (1) et de sortie (2) est en matière synthétique injectée.
