Abstract

Eine Druckhaltevorrichtung für geschlossene Heizungs- oder Kühlkreisläufe weist ein Ausdehnungsgefäss (1) mit einer dehnbaren Blase (2) zur Flüssigkeitsaufnahme auf. Die Blase (2) ist über eine Anschlussleitung (3) an einen Heizungs- oder Kühlkreislauf anschliessbar. An einer Überströmleitung (4) zwischen der Anschlussleitung (3) und der Blase (2) ist ein Überströmventil (5) angebracht. Die Druckhaltevorrichtung umfasst weiter eine Steuereinrichtung (9) und eine innerhalb der Blase (2) angeordnete Pumpe (6) zum Pumpen von Flüssigkeit von der Blase (2) in die Anschlussleitung (3). Dadurch, dass die Pumpe (6) innerhalb der Blase (2) angeordnet ist, kann einerseits der Verrohrungsaufwand gering gehalten und die Druckhaltevorrichtung kompakt gebaut werden und anderseits werden die Pumpgeräusche durch die die Pumpe (6) umgebende Flüssigkeit in der Blase (2), die Blase (2) selbst und die Aussenwand (19) des Ausdehnungsgefässes (1) unterdrückt oder zumindest stark gedämpft.

A pressure maintaining device for closed heating or cooling circuits has an expansion vessel (1) with an expandable bladder (2) for absorbing liquid. The bladder (2) can be connected to a heating or cooling circuit via a connecting line (3). An overflow valve (5) is attached to an overflow line (4) between the connecting line (3) and the bladder (2). The pressure maintaining device further comprises a control device (9) and a pump (6) arranged inside the bladder (2) for pumping liquid from the bladder (2) into the connecting line (3). Because the pump (6) is arranged inside the bladder (2), on the one hand the piping effort can be kept low and the pressure maintaining device can be made compact and on the other hand the pumping noises are caused by the liquid in the bladder (2) surrounding the pump (6), the bladder (2) itself and the outer wall (19) of the expansion vessel (1) are suppressed or at least strongly damped.
