Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Brenner für feste Brennstoffe, insbesonders für Holzpellets, mit einem Brennertopf (1), in den der Brennstoff von oben her zugeführt wird, wobei im Brenner Öffnungen (9, 15, 18, 20a) zur Zufuhr von Primärluft und Sekundärluft vorgesehen sind. Ein wartungsfreier und sicherer Betrieb wird dadurch ennöglicht, daß der Brenner nach unten durch eine Platte (3) verschlossen ist, die nach unten gerichtete Öffnungen (4, 5) aufweist, die durch Verschlußelemente verschließbar sind und daß eine motorisch betriebene Öffnungsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die die Verschlußelemente betätigt.
