Claims (7)
- Procédé pour fabriquer des bandes d'étanchéité allongées souples pour étancher l'intérieur de fentes axiales d'un cylindre hydraulique du type cylindre sans tige, dans lequel la bande inclut une partie principale (2, 12) et, s'étendant de celle-ci, deux lèvres (3, 13) d'étanchéité destinées à assurer une coopération d'étanchéité avec le cylindre dans des zones situées de chaque côté de la fente, dans lequel on réalise une pièce d'oeuvre sous forme de bande allongée souple (1, 11) à partir d'une matière synthétique en formant la matière synthétique, et dans lequel on fait ensuite avancer la pièce d'oeuvre sous forme de bande à travers un poste de coupe, dans lequel les lèvres d'étanchéité sont coupées (B-B, C-C, D-D) d'un élément (14), ou d'éléments (8), faisant saillie de la partie principale (2, 12), caractérisé en ce qu'une pièce d'oeuvre sous forme de bande (1, 11) est produite, laquelle comprend une partie (4, 14) sous forme de ruban d'une seule pièce le long de l'étendue longitudinale de la pièce d'oeuvre sous forme de bande, et en ce que, lors d'une opération de coupe, on utilise la partie sous forme de ruban pour guider et/ou faire avancer la bande tout en coupant les lèvres (3, 13) d'étanchéité, et en ce que la partie sous forme de ruban est découpée longitudinalement de la partie principale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'oeuvre sous forme de bande (1) est produite de sorte que la partie sous forme de ruban est attachée à la partie principale (2) du côté qui, en utilisation, est tourné dans la direction à l'écart de la chambre de cylindre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les lèvres (3) d'étanchéité sont découpées, par coupe longitudinale de matière excédentaire (8), du côté des lèvres d'étanchéité qui est tourné contre l'extérieur du cylindre lors de l'utilisation.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque opération de coupe (A-A, B-B, C-C, D-D) est effectuée de façon continue.
- Pièce d'oeuvre allongée (1, 11), pour une bande d'étanchéité destinée à étancher l'intérieur de fentes axiales de cylindres hydrauliques du type cylindre sans tige, dans laquelle la bande inclut une partie principale (2, 12) et, s'étendant de celle-ci, un élément (14) ou deux éléments (8) en saillie qui sont destinés à être coupés en lèvres d'étanchéité pour assurer une coopération d'étanchéité avec un cylindre dans des régions situées de chaque côté de la fente,
caractérisée en ce que la pièce d'oeuvre inclut une partie sous forme de ruban d'une seule pièce (4, 14) le long de l'étendue longitudinale de la pièce d'oeuvre sous forme de bande (1, 11) ; en ce que la partie sous forme de ruban (4, 14) est apte à guider et/ou faire avancer la pièce d'oeuvre (1, 11) tout en coupant les lèvres (3, 13) d'étanchéité ; et en ce que la partie sous forme de ruban (4, 14) est découpée longitudinalement de la partie principale (2, 12). - Pièce d'oeuvre selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend également de la matière longitudinale excédentaire (8) que l'on peut enlever par découpe, dans les régions des lèvres (3) d'étanchéité, du côté qui, en utilisation, est tourné contre l'extérieur du cylindre.
- Pièce d'oeuvre selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un fil longitudinal (9, 19) de renfort est inclus à l'intérieur du corps de la partie principale (2, 12).
