Abstract
- La présente invention concerne un système de bouchage pour un emballage
(1) pourvu d'une ouverture (2) obturée par une pastille (3), ledit
système comportant :
- un goulot (5) pourvu d'une embase (7) apte à être fixée sur ledit emballage (1), autour de ladite ouverture (2) ; et
- un bouchon (9) apte à obturer l'orifice (11) dudit goulot (5).
- Selon l'invention, ce système comporte un dispositif d'arrachement par
traction de ladite pastille d'obturation, logé dans ledit goulot (5) et
comprenant :
- une semelle rigide (12) reposant sur ladite pastille d'obturation (3) et solidaire de celle-ci ; et
- des moyens (17) de préhension de ladite semelle (12), accessibles à travers ledit goulot (5) lorsque ledit bouchon (9) est séparé dudit goulot.
Description
- un goulot pourvu d'une embase apte à être fixée sur ledit emballage, autour de ladite ouverture ; et
- un bouchon apte à obturer l'orifice dudit goulot.
- une semelle rigide reposant sur ladite pastille d'obturation et solidaire de celle-ci ; et
- des moyens de préhension de ladite semelle, accessibles à travers ledit goulot lorsque ledit bouchon est séparé dudit goulot et permettant d'exercer une traction sur ladite semelle pour entraíner celle-ci, avec au moins une partie de ladite pastille d'obturation, hors dudit goulot et à travers celui-ci.
Claims (9)
- Système de bouchage pour un emballage (1) pourvu d'une ouverture (2) obturée par une pastille (3), ledit système comportant :un goulot (5) pourvu d'une embase (7) apte à être fixée sur ledit emballage (1), autour de ladite ouverture (2); etun bouchon (9) apte à obturer l'orifice (11) dudit goulot (5),
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif d'arrachement par traction de ladite pastille d'obturation, logé dans ledit goulot (5) et comprenant :une semelle rigide (12) reposant sur ladite pastille d'obturation (3) et solidaire de celle-ci ; etdes moyens (17) de préhension de ladite semelle (12), accessibles à travers ledit goulot (5) lorsque ledit bouchon (9) est séparé dudit goulot et permettant d'exercer une traction sur ladite semelle (12) pour entraíner celle-ci, avec au moins une partie de ladite pastille d'obturation (3), hors dudit goulot (5) et à travers celui-ci. - Système selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que ladite embase (7) et ladite pastille (3) sont portées par la face extérieure (1E) dudit emballage (1) et en ce que la périphérie (3P) de ladite pastille (3) est collée à la périphérie de ladite ouverture (2). - Système selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que ladite semelle (12) ne recouvre qu'une partie de ladite pastille d'obturation (3). - Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que ladite semelle (12) est solidaire de la paroi interne dudit goulot (5) par des points de liaison cassables (14, 15, 16). - Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de préhension sont formés par une languette (17) articulée à ladite semelle (12). - Système selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que ladite languette (17) est élastiquement articulée à ladite semelle (12) pour pouvoir prendre soit une position spontanément redressée (17.1) faisant salle hors de l'orifice (11) dudit goulot (5) lorsque ledit bouchon (9) est séparé de ce dernier, soit une position contrainte de repliement à l'intérieur dudit goulot (5) lorsque ledit bouchon (9) est en place sur celui-ci, ledit bouchon (9) servant alors de butée à ladite languette (17). - Système selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que le goulot (5), l'embase (7), la semelle rigide (12) et les moyens de préhension (17) forment une seule pièce, dans laquelle ladite semelle rigide (12) et lesdits moyens de préhension (17) sont liés au goulot (5) et à l'embase (7) par lesdits points de liaison cassables (14, 15, 16). - Système selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce est réalisée en une matière synthétique. - Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que la largeur (ℓ) de ladite semelle (12) est plus petite que le diamètre de l'orifice (11) dudit goulot (5), en ce que ledit goulot (5) comporte au moins une partie rétrécie (18, 19) et en ce que ladite semelle (12) est liée à ladite partie rétrécie (18, 19) par au moins un point de liaison cassable (15, 16).
