Description
- La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour éviter l'auto-dévissage d'un bouchon sur un flacon.
- Cet auto-dévissage résulte notamment du dépôt de liquide sur le filet de flacon lors du remplissage de ce dernier, ainsi que des vibrations auxquelles peut être soumis le flacon durant sont transport.
- On connaît déjàpar le brevet français n° 2 318 795 un flacon comportant des moyens évitant l'auto-dévissage du bouchon selon la première partie de la revendication 1. Le col du flacon présente un filet se terminant par une nervure transversale. Le bouchon comporte une saillie espacée de l'extrémité de son filet. Le blocage du bouchon est en partie assuré grâce au chevauchement de la nervure du col par la saillie du bouchon. Par ailleurs, un blocage complémentaire et le placage du bouchon contre l'extrémité du col de flacon, et donc l'étanchéité de la fermeture sont assurés par une nervure circulaire du fond de bouchon qui vient s'encliqueter dans une gorge correspondante du col de flacon.
- Une telle solution est peu envisageable industriellement en raison de la multiplicité des formes particulières du bouchon et du col de flacon, et du coût de réalisation correspondant.
- Aussi le but de la présente invention est de proposer un dispositif pour éviter l'auto-dévissage du bouchon d'un flacon qui soit de conception très simple et donc économique.
- L'invention concerne à cet effet un dispositif pout éviter l'auto-dévissage d'un bouchon sur un flacon, le flacon comportant un col muni d'un filet extérieur destiné à coopérer avec un filet intérieur du bouchon, ledit col portant par ailleurs un plot en saillie destiné à coopérer avec l'intérieur dudit bouchon, ce plot étant espacé de l'extrémité basse dudit filet extérieur du col, dispositif caractérisé en ce que la longueur dudit filet intérieur du bouchon est telle que son extrémité bute contre ledit plot lorsque le fond dudit bouchon est à peu près au contact de l'extrémité dudit col et que ledit filet intérieur puisse passer au-delà dudit plot lorsque l'on force la rotation dudit bouchon.
- Avantageusement, ledit plot est un renflement vertical.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, ledit plot prend appui sur une contre-bague située vers la base du col du flacon.
- La description qui va suivre et qui ne présente aucun caractère limitatif doit être lue en regard des figures annexées, parmi lesquelles:
- La figure 1 représente en perspective, un flacon comportant un plot selon la présente invention.
- La figure 2 est une vue en coupe de l'objet de la figure 1 selon la ligne II-II.
- Ainsi qu'on peut le voir sur ces figures, un flacon désigné dans son ensemble par la référence 1, comportant le dispositif selon la présente invention, se compose d'un corps 2 et d'un col 3.
- Ce col 3 est muni d'un filet 4 sur lequel sera vissé le bouchon (non représenté) du flacon 1. Ce filet 4 peut être continu on discontinu comme représenté sur la figure 1.
- Vers sa base, ce col 3 comporte une contreba- gue 5, selon ce mode de réalisation, sur laquelle prend appui in plot 6. Ce dernier a la forme d'un renflement vertical.
- Le plot 6 peut être également situé à l'extrémité basse du filet 4, ou à tout autre endroit du col 3 au-delà de cette extrémité.
- Quant au bouchon correspondant à ce flacon 1, il comporte un filet coopérant avec celui du col 3 et étant d'une longueur telle que son extrémité bute contre le plot 6 lorsque le fond du bouchon est au contact de l'extrémité 7 du col 3: l'herméticité est donc acquise. En exerçant sur le bouchon une force de rotation, le filet du bouchon passe au-dessus du plot 6; ce faisant, on obtient un blocage du bouchon sur le flacon et une bien moindre propension de ce bouchon à s'auto- dévisser.
- On notera tout particulièrement l'intérêt du dispositif selon la présente invention dans le domaine notamment de la parfumerie et de la pharmacie du fait que les flacons renferment des liquides volatils ou comprenant des principes actifs volatils.
- Il est bien évident que l'on no sortira pas du cadre de la présente invention en utilisant le présent dispositif pour fermer un pot ou un boîtier ou, de façon générale un récipient de toute forme.
