  • a polyester fibre is known from the document EP-A-0474300 which represents the preamble of claim 1. More particularly it relates to an improved polyester fibre containing filling for use where thermal properties and/or breathability are important, such as in the soft furnishings industry, where it may be used as a filling for bedding, for example duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and sleeping bags or in the clothing industry where it may be used as a filling for coats, anoraks, and the like, particularly ski and winter wear.
  • Polyester fibre usually polyethyleneterephthalate, is an inexpensive alternative to down or feathers. However it lacks breathability. In an attempt to improve the characteristics of a filling comprising polyester fibre, the polyester fibre has been blended with natural materials such as, for example, cotton, silk, down and feather.

Claims (17)

  1. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial, umfassend, eine Non-Woven-Mischung, einschließlich einer Polyesterfüllfaser, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischung eine durch ein organisches Spinnverfahren erhaltene Cellulosefaser einschließt.
  2. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin die Cellulosefaser Lyocell ist.
  3. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin die Polyesterfüllfaser Polyethylenterephthalat-Faser ist.
  4. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, umfassend nicht mehr als 80 Gew.-% der Cellulosefaser.
  5. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, worin die Cellulosefaser in einer Menge von 10 - 60 Gew.-% der Mischung vorliegt.
  6. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, worin die Cellulosefaser in einer Menge von 20-60 Gew.-% der Mischung vorliegt.
  7. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, worin die Cellulosefaser in einer Menge von 25 - 60 Gew.-% der Mischung vorliegt.
  8. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, worin die Polyesterfüllfaser Einzelfasern umfasst, die Kräusel- oder Bikomponentenfasern sind.
  9. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, worin die Polyesterfüllfaser eine Bikomponentenfaser umfasst.
  10. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, worin die Cellulosefaser eine Sägezahn-Kräuselfaser ist.
  11. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, worin die Non-Woven-Mischung in der Form von Faserkügelchen vorliegt.
  12. Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, worin die Non-Woven-Mischung in der Form einer Wattierung kardiert und geschichtet ist.
  13. Isoliermaterial, umfassend das Wattierungs-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
  14. Bettzeug-Artikel, umfassend ein Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
  15. Bettzeug-Artikel nach Anspruch 13, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus einem Deckbett, einem Kissen, einer Matratze, einem Matratzenschützer, einem Schlafsack, einer Auflage, einer Quiltdecke, einem Enhancer, einer Steppdecke und einem Bett.
  16. Kleidungsartikel, umfassend ein Wattier-, Polster- oder Füllmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
  17. Kleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 15, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus einem Mantel, einer Jacke, einem Anorak und Ski- und Winterkleidung.
