Claims (7)
- Blindnietmutter-Setzgerät mit folgenden Merkmalen:ein Gehäuse (1) mit einem Hohlraum (10) und einem Mundstück (11);ein drehbarer Zugdorn (2), von dem wenigstens Teile in dem Gehäuse sitzen und der mit Antriebsausbildungen am vorderen Ende versehen ist;eine Dreheinrichtung (3) für den Zugdorn;eine Längsantriebseinrichtung (4) für den Zugdorn;ein Gewindedorn (5), der an einem Ende mit dem Zugdorn (2) verbindbar ist und an dem anderen Ende durch das Mundstück (11) nach außen des Gehäuses (1) ragt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Gewindedorn (5) jeweils durch einen austauschbaren, genormten Schraubbolzen mit Kopf (25) gebildet wird unddaß der Kopf Kupplungsausbildungen (21, 28) aufweist, die mit entsprechenden Kupplungsausbildungen (20, 27, 29) am Zugdornende (2) zusammenarbeiten. - Blindnietmutter-Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zur Verbindung der genormten Schraubbolzen (5) mit dem drehbaren Zugdorn (2) eine Überwurfmutter (12) vorgesehen ist, die eine Durchgangsbohrung (24) mit einem Durchmesser aufweist, um alle Schraubbolzengrößen, die für das Gerät verwendet werden sollen, hindurchzulassen, unddaß gelochte Unterlegscheiben (26) zur Anpassung für kleinere Schraubbolzengrößen an die Durchgangsbohrung (24) vorgesehen sind. - Blindnietmutter-Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsausbildung (20) am Zugdornende aus einer Mehrflächenpyramide besteht, die mit Inbusausbildungen (21) der Köpfe (25) der Schraubbolzen (5) zusammenwirken können. - Blindnietmutter-Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsausbildung (20) am Zugdornende aus einer Mehrflächen-Stufenpyramide besteht, deren einzelne Stufen den Inbusausbildungen (21) an den Köpfen der Serie der Schraubbolzen entspricht. - Blindnietmutter-Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsausbildung am Zugdornende aus einer Rippenkonfiguration (27, 29) besteht, die in Schlitze (29) der Köpfe (25) der vorgesehenen Reihe der Schraubbolzen eingreifen können. - Blindnietmutter-Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsausbildung am Zugdornende aus einer Sechskantausnehmung besteht, die mit einer Außensechskantausbildung an den Köpfen (25) der vorgesehenen Reihe der Schraubbolzen zusammenarbeiten können. - Blindnietmutter-Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsausbildungen am Zugdornende und an den Köpfen der Serie der Schraubbolzen als sogenannte Posidrive- bzw. Torque-Übertragungseinrichtungen ausgebildet sind.
