Claims (6)
- Faltbarer Verpackungsbehälter mit einem Boden, einer Vorder- und einer Rückwand, einfaltbaren Seitenwänden und einem Deckel, wobei der Boden, die Seitenwände und der Deckel mit der Rückwand gelenkig verbunden sind und wobei der Boden im Bereich der Wände einen senkrecht von der Bodenebene abragenden Steg aufweist, der ein Aufnahmevolumen begrenzt, in das die Vorder- und Rückwand versenkbar sind, die ihrerseits durch die Seitenwände und den Deckel abgedeckt sind, wobei der Steg umlaufend ein einer Höhe senkrecht vom Boden absteht, die der Wanddicke der faltbaren Seitenwände und der Wanddicke der Vorderwand und der Rückwand entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die faltbaren Seitenwände (3, 4) aus unterschiedlich geformten Seitenwandteilen (31, 32, 41, 42) bestehen, welche einerseits L-förmig und andererseits gestreckt ausgebildet sind, und daß der kurze L-Schenkel (S) des einen Seitenwandteils (32, 42) eine Länge aufweist, die wenigstens der doppelten Wanddicke einer zweiteiligen Seitenwand (3, 4) entspricht.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden unterschiedlich geformten Seitenwandteile (31, 32, 41, 42) an dem Verpackungsbehälter (1) jeweils zweimal diagonal verbaut sind.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kurzen L-Schenke (S) der Seitenwandteile (32, 42) jeweils einen Teil der Vorderwand (2) bzw. der Rückwand (5) bilden.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehpunkt (6) der L-förmigen Seitenwandteile (32, 42) zur zugeordneten Vorderwand (2) bzw. Rückwand (5) um die Länge des kurzen L-Schenkels (S) der betreffenden Seitenwandteile (32, 42) in die Vorderwand (2) bzw. Rückwand (5) hineinversetzt ist.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die diagonale Montage der unterschiedlich geformten Seitenwandteile (31, 41, 32, 42) unterschiedliche Hebelwege ergibt, welche beim Falten der Seitenwandteile (31, 32, 41, 42) die korrekte Faltordnung ergeben.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das korrekte Falten durch ein Federelement unterstützbar ist.
