Description
- au moins une partie amont présentant un diamètre D1, au moins une partie intermédiaire présentant un diamètre D2 et au moins une partie aval présentant, à proximité immédiate de la partie intermédiaire, un diamètre D3, ladite partie intermédiaire étant située entre lesdites partie amont et partie aval, lesdits diamètres D1, D2 et D3 étant tels que D3>D1>D2, et
- sur la périphérie externe de ladite partie amont, au moins une rampe hélicoïdale et au moins un évidement se poursuivant sur au moins toute la longueur axiale L de ladite rampe hélicoïdale.
- elle porte plusieurs rampes hélicoïdales, de préférence au moins trois rampes hélicoïdales;
- un évidement est pratiqué entre chaque rampe hélicoïdale et/ou poursuivi sur au moins une partie de la partie intermédiaire de la tuyère.
- une tuyère selon l'invention formant la partie mâle, et
- un porte-tuyère formant la partie femelle, susceptible de recevoir ladite tuyère et comprenant, sur sa surface périphérique interne et à proximité de son extrémité aval, au moins un bossage susceptible de coopérer avec au moins une rampe hélicoïdale de la tuyère, de manière à pouvoir assurer un maintien en position de la tuyère dans le porte-tuyère par l'intermédiaire d'au moins ledit bossage et d'au moins ladite rampe, après fixation au moins par rotation de ladite tuyère dans ledit porte-tuyère.
- le porte-tuyère comprend plusieurs bossages, de préférence au moins trois bossages;
- le profil interne du porte-tuyère, au niveau de son extrémité aval, correspond sensiblement au profil externe de la tuyère, au niveau de sa partie amont.
Claims (12)
- Tuyère (1) pour torche à plasma comportant :au moins une partie amont (11a) présentant un diamètre D1, au moins une partie intermédiaire (11b) présentant un diamètre D2 et au moins une partie aval (11c) présentant, à proximité immédiate de la partie intermédiaire (11b), un diamètre D3, ladite partie intermédiaire (11b) étant située entre lesdites partie amont (11a) et partie aval (11c), lesdits diamètres D1, D2 et D3 étant tels que D3>D1>D2, etsur la périphérie externe de ladite partie amont (11a), au moins une rampe hélicoïdale (14) et au moins un évidement (15) se poursuivant sur au moins toute la longueur axiale (L) de ladite rampe hélicoïdale (14).
- Tuyère selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle porte plusieurs rampes hélicoïdales (14).
- Tuyère selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle porte au moins 3 rampes hélicoïdales (14).
- Tuyère selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un évidement (15) est pratiqué entre chaque rampe hélicoïdale (14) et/ou poursuivi sur au moins une partie de la partie intermédiaire (11b) de la tuyère (1).
- Tuyère selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une extrémité terminale (11d) de forme conique.
- Tuyère selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un orifice de sortie (16).
- Ensemble mâle/femelle pour torche à plasma comprenant :une tuyère (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 formant la partie mâle, etun porte-tuyère (2) formant la partie femelle, susceptible de recevoir ladite tuyère (1) et comprenant, sur sa surface périphérique interne et à proximité de son extrémité aval (22c), au moins un bossage (21) susceptible de coopérer avec au moins une rampe hélicoïdale (14) de la tuyère (1), de manière à pouvoir assurer un maintien en position de la tuyère (1) dans le porte-tuyère (2) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins ledit bossage (21) et d'au moins ladite rampe (14), après fixation au moins par rotation de ladite tuyère (1) dans ledit porte-tuyère (2).
- Ensemble mâle/femelle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le porte-tuyère (2) comprend plusieurs bossages (21), de préférence au moins 3 bossages (21).
- Ensemble mâle/femelle selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le profil interne du porte-tuyère (2), au niveau de son extrémité aval (22c), correspond sensiblement au profil externe de la tuyère (1), au niveau de sa partie amont (11a).
- Torche à plasma, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est équipée d'un ensemble mâle/femelle selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, ou d'une tuyère selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
- Machine automatique de soudage, de coupage ou de marquage à l'arc plasma, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est équipée d'une tuyère (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 ou d'une torche à plasma selon la revendication 10.
- Procédé de soudage, de coupage ou de marquage à l'arc plasma, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une torche à plasma selon la revendication 10 ou une machine automatique selon la revendication 11.
