Claims (12)

  1. Düse für einen Plasmabrenner mit:
    zumindest einem einen Durchmesser D1 aufweisenden Oberteil (11a), zumindest einem einen Durchmesser D2 aufweisenden Mittelteil (11b) und zumindest einem in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zwischenteil (11b) einen Durchmesser D3 aufweisenden Unterteil (11c), wobei der Mittelteil (11b) zwischen dem Oberteil (11a) und dem Unterteil (11c) liegt, wobei die Durchmesser D1, D2 und D3 derart sind, daß D3>D1>D2 gilt, und
    zumindest einer schraubenförmigen Rampe (14) auf dem äußeren Umfang des Oberteils (11a) und zumindest einer Aussparung (15), die zumindest der ganzen axialen Länge (L) der schraubenförmigen Rampe (14) folgt.
  2. Düse gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mehrere schraubenförmige Rampen (14) trägt.
  3. Düse gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zumindest 3 schraubenförmige Rampen (14) trägt.
  4. Düse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen jeder schraubenförmigen Rampe (14) eine Aussparung (15) angebracht ist und/oder über zumindest einen Teil des Mittelteils (11b) der Düse (1) geführt wird.
  5. Düse gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein konisch geformtes Endstück (11d) aufweist.
  6. Düse gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Auslaßöffnung (16) aufweist.
  7. Einheit mit männlichem/weiblichem Teil für einen Plasmabrenner mit:
    einer Düse (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, die den männlichen Teil bildet, und
    einer Düsenhalterung (2), die den weiblichen Teil bildet und in der Lage ist, die Düse (1) aufzunehmen, und auf ihrer inneren Umfangsfläche und nahe ihres Unterteils (22c) zumindest einen Höcker (21) aufweist, der in der Lage ist mit zumindest einer schraubenförmigen Rampe (14) der Düse (1) zusammenzuwirken, so daß nach der Fixierung durch zumindest Drehen der Düse (1) in der Düsenhalterung (2) ein Verbleiben der Düse (1) in ihrer Position in der Düsenhalterung (2) mittels zumindest des Höckers (21) und zumindest der Rampe (14) sichergestellt werden kann.
  8. Einheit mit männlichem/weiblichem Teil gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenhalterung (2) mehrere Höcker (21) aufweist, vorzugsweise zumindest 3 Höcker (21).
  9. Einheit mit männlichem/weiblichem Teil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Profil der Düsenhalterung (2) auf Höhe seines unteren Endes (22c) im wesentlichen dem äußeren Profil der Düse (1) auf Höhe ihres Oberteils (11a) entspricht.
  10. Plasmabrenner, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit einer Einheit mit männlichem/weiblichem Teil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9 oder einer Düse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 ausgestattet ist.
  11. Automatische Maschine zum Schweißen, Schneiden oder Markieren mittels Plasmabogen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer Düse (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder einem Plasmabrenner gemäß Anspruch 10 ausgestattet ist.
  12. Verfahren zum Schweißen, Schneiden oder Markieren mittels Plasmabogen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Plasmabrenner gemäß Anspruch 10 oder eine automatische Maschine gemäß Anspruch 11 verwendet wird.
