Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Doppel-Betonblöcken, wobei der Betonblock während des Herstellungsvorgangs ohne einen zusätzlichen Spaltungsschritt nach dem Aushärten in zwei einzelne Blöcke gespalten wird. Das Verfahren umfaßt die Schritte des Erzeugens eines Gußformhohlraums (3) mit einer Zugplatte (7), die eine Bodenoberfläche (9) bildet, wo die Zugplatte (7) eine obere konkave Oberfläche (9) aufweist, die sich entlang ihrer Länge (L) von einer Trennlinie in der Mitte der oberen Oberfläche (9) der Zugplatte (7) nach außen- und nach obenhin neigt, wobei sich die Trennlinie (33) entlang der Breite der Platte erstreckt, des Befüllens des Gußformhohlraums (3) mit nassem Beton, des Verdichtens des Betons im Gußformhohlraum (3) mit einem Stampfkopf (25) mit einer unteren konvexen Oberfläche (26), welche der oberen Oberfläche (9) der Zugplatte (7) entspricht, des Entfernens der Zugplatte (7), des Entfernens der Gußform (3) und danach des Stampfkopfes (25), wobei der Block eine obere (2) und eine untere (4) Oberfläche aufweist, die sich von der Trennlinie in der Mitte einer jeden der oberen (2) und unteren (4) Oberflächen zu seiner Außenkante entlang seiner Länge (L) nach außen und nach oben neigen und V-förmige Trennrillen (33,35) an den Trennlinien aufweisen; und des Setzenlassens des Blocks auf eine flache Palette (31), wo er sich an den Trennrillen (33,35) in zwei einzelne Blöcke spaltet, ohne daß dazu ein getrennter Herstellungsschritt nach dem Aushärten notwendig ist.

The present invention relates to a method for producing double concrete blocks, wherein the concrete block is split into two individual blocks during the production process without an additional splitting step after curing. The method comprises the steps of creating a mold cavity (3) with a pull plate (7) which forms a bottom surface (9) where the pull plate (7) has an upper concave surface (9) which extends along its length (L) from a dividing line in the middle of the upper surface (9) of the tension plate (7) inclining outwards and upwards, the dividing line (33) extending along the width of the plate, filling the mold cavity (3) with wet concrete, compacting the concrete in the mold cavity (3) with a tamping head (25) with a lower convex surface (26) which corresponds to the upper surface (9) of the pull plate (7), removing the pull plate (7), removing the mold (3) and then the tamping head (25), the block having an upper (2) and a lower (4) surface extending from the dividing line in the middle of each of the upper (2) and lower (4) surfaces its outer edge along its length (L) to the outside incline and upwards and have V-shaped separating grooves (33, 35) on the separating lines; and placing the block on a flat pallet (31) where it splits into two separate blocks at the separation grooves (33, 35) without the need for a separate post-curing step.
