Description
- la bande plate est constituée par une sangle en polyamide tresse,
- l'organe d'accrochage est monté libre sur la bande,
- l'organe d'accrochage est monté fixe sur la bande, ou alternativement l'organe d'accrochage est fixé aux extrémités basses de chaque brin de la bande,
- un train d'engrenages peut être disposé entre la couronne du moteur et la couronne d'entraínement du touret unique.
- la bande peut comporter une bande auxiliaire formant une boucle de sécurité enfermant un organe d'attache monté sur la bande,
- la bande peut passer sur un rouleau d'écartement supplémentaire, de manière à augmenter la stabilité du levage ; dans ce cas ledit rouleau d'écartement supplémentaire et le premier rouleau d'écartement sont montés sensiblement à la même hauteur et sensiblement symétriquement par rapport au plan vertical d'élévation de la charge ; et ledit rouleau d'écartement supplémentaire forme avantageusement dans la bande un brin sensiblement vertical s'enroulant sur un touret unique.

Claims (10)
- Appareil de levage du genre palan, comportant une bande plate (5) formant deux brins (21, 22) de palan, les deux brins (21, 22) de palan étant aptes à se dérouler en se juxtaposant sur un touret unique (4), en se déroulant et en s'enroulant simultanément d'une valeur identique lors des opérations de levage d'une charge, caractérisé en ce que la bande (5) passe sur un rouleau (20) d'écartement qui forme dans la bande (5) un brin supérieur (23) sensiblement horizontal, de manière à améliorer la stabilité de la charge par l'écartement ainsi conféré aux deux brins (21, 22) montants de palan.
- Appareil de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande (5) est constituée par une sangle en polyamide tressé.
- Appareil de levage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'accrochage (6) est monté libre sur la bande (5).
- Appareil de levage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'accrochage (6) est monté fixe sur la bande (5).
- Appareil de levage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'accrochage (6) est fixé aux extrémités basses de chaque brin de la bande (5).
- Appareil de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un train d'engrenages est disposé entre la couronne (8) du moteur (7) et la couronne (11) du touret unique (4).
- Appareil de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande (5) comporte une bande auxiliaire (24) formant une boucle de sécurité enfermant un organe d'attache (6) monté sur la bande (5).
- Appareil de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande (5) passe sur un rouleau (26) d'écartement supplémentaire, de manière à augmenter la stabilité du levage.
- Appareil de levage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau (26) d'écartement supplémentaire et le premier rouleau d'écartement (20) sont montés sensiblement à la même hauteur et sensiblement symétriquement par rapport au plan vertical d'élévation de la charge.
- Appareil de levage selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau (26) d'écartement supplémentaire forme dans la bande (5) un brin sensiblement vertical (27) s'enroulant sur le touret unique (4).
