Claims (7)
- Pressenpartie einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier- und/oder Kartonbahn mit wenigstens zwei aufeinander folgenden, doppelt befilzten Pressen (2; 3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Preßspalt (5) der in Bahnlaufrichtung (4) vorgelagerten Presse (2) von einer durchbiegungsgesteuerten Schuhwalze (6) und einer besaugten Walze (15) gebildet wird. - Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Faserstoffbahn (1) ausgehend von der Übernahme von einer vorgelagerten (7) bis zur Übergabe an eine folgende (8) Einheit zumindest von einem Band, Sieb, Filz o. ä. gestützt ist. - Pressenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der in Bahnlaufrichtung (4) folgende, doppelt befilzte Preßspalt (9) zumindest von einer durchbiegungsgesteuerten Walze vorzugsweise in Form einer Schuhwalze (10) gebildet wird. - Pressenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprühe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Pressenpartie nur von zwei Preßspalten (5; 9) gebildet wird. - Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Faserstoffbahn (1) die Pressenpartie von zumindest einem Entwässerungsfilz (11; 12) gestützt durchläuft. - Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Entwässerungsfilz (11) der ersten Presse die Faserstoffbahn (1) von der vorgelagerten Siebpartie übernimmt und der auf der anderen Seite der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnete Entwässerungsfilz (12) der folgenden Presse (3) die Faserstoffbahn (1) von dem Entwässerungsfilz (11) der ersten Presse (2) übernimmt und an die folgende Trockenpartie übergibt. - Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der die Faserstoffbahn (1) führende Entwässerungsfilz (11) der ersten Presse (2) um die besaugte Walze (15) läuft.
