Definitions
- the invention relates to an insulation element with at least one mineral wool insulation board from mineral fibers bound with a binder are and at least one attached to a main surface of the insulation board Coating, the coating having a coloration, which differs from the color of the insulation board.
- Such an insulation element is for example from EP-A-0 408 428 known.
- This insulation element is a thermal insulation and sound insulation element trained and consists of a mineral fiber layer, the Mineral fibers are bound with an organic binder.
- This previously known insulation element is for the building insulation of building facades provided and carries on its outer surface a porous vinyl-based paint that is resistant to UV rays is.
- This coating also has the properties that it is against Driving rain seals, but is permeable to gas and water vapor.
- the paint is colored using organic pigments and / or minerals.
- a coated insulation board which consists of a mineral fiber board with an at least one-sided coating of water glass and an addition of mineral substances. 1 to 5% of pigments can be provided in the coating, which are preferably Fe 2 O 3 , FEOOH, TiO 2 or Cr 2 O 3 .
- insulation material such as insulation material in question here, which according to a Standard must be manufactured and monitored, for example in accordance with DIN 18165, Part I.
- insulation elements are to be understood here as building materials that are either inorganic or organic and mixtures of the two above Fibers exist.
- the fibers are bound together by binders.
- binders there is a requirement that such insulation elements be marked and that the marking is as extensive as possible Provides information about the insulation elements. For this it makes sense Type of substance and form of delivery, intended use, thermal conductivity group, Fire behavior, thickness, length, width, name and address of the manufacturer, Manufacturing plant and / or a uniform surveillance symbol as identification applied.
- the invention has for its object to provide an insulation element that can be easily identified according to the nature, properties and other, for example, manufacturer-dependent parameters and despite its labeling can be used in many ways without affecting a plaster layer applied, for example ,
- the solution to this problem provides that the coating has surface-active substances in the form of alkalis and / or alkaline earths and that the coloring of the coating covers discoloration of the insulation board due to chemical reactions of the coating with the binder of the insulation board.
- An insulation element designed according to the invention accordingly has a colored coated surface, which is an essential design element represents.
- the colored coating serves a distinctive Identification of the product and thus its manufacturer during the use test, later during assembly and after the Removal of the outer wall insulation for the purpose of returning it to a circular economy.
- the coating in particular mechanically in the main surface of the insulation board is incorporated.
- Applying a coating to a mineral wool insulation board, for example for the insulation of external walls with ventilated facade cladding or for insulation boards that are in Composite insulation systems have a number of uses Benefits.
- a preferably non-flammable or flame retardant coating compound in the surface of the Fiber insulation materials first have the tensile strength parallel to the surface elevated. At the same time, the transverse tensile strength of an applied one increases Building glue or plaster.
- the binder is at least partially thermosetting phenol-formaldehyde resins, especially phenol-formaldehyde urea.
- modified melamine-formaldehyde resin can also be used Starch binders and mixtures of the above Binders. Modified starch binders are suitable both as Binder as well as an additive to the formaldehyde resins mentioned above.
- the phenol or melamine formaldehyde resins further additives, such as acrylates, acetates or the like Dispersions included.
- the coating is at least predominantly Has dimensions of thermosetting components.
- the coating has hydrophilic components.
- the coating compositions in question are used to overcome the Hydrophobicity of the fiber insulation materials contain surface-active substances, these substances in solution react immediately with under the damp surfaces of the insulation, i.e. not cured Binder concentrations.
- the binders used are preferably thermosetting curing phenol-formaldehyde-urea mixtures or the above-mentioned melamine-formaldehyde resins with or without Additives are used so that in the presence of alkaline earth in particular colored complexation with the phenols occurs. This color phenomenon can be used to make such insulation boards sort them out or treat them separately if they fail these color phenomena through the colored coating and its under Possible thermal curing or drying in a to bring harmless form or not to be visible.
- Another advantage of the invention is that by a coating smoother surface and modified by hydrophilic components Surface charge of the glass fibers also means less dust from the ambient air flowing past is attracted. This dust can contain toxic ingredients that lead to special precautions when dismantling and using the dismantled insulation elements force in the circular economy when in larger Amounts are available.
- the coating is preferably arranged over the entire surface of the insulation board. Alternatively, it can also be provided that the coating applied to parts of the main surface of the insulation board is. This allows different insulation boards in the most varied Way.
- Insulation elements in that they are burned in with linear lines or lines created by applying a color are.
- the lines can also be in a certain grid, for example 10 cm by 10 cm can be applied. They serve both as a graphic Element as well as a marking of the insulation elements.
