    Description

    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Transportkoffer, insbesondere für Notebooks, mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
    Transportkoffer für Notebooks enthalten ein Kofferunterteil, in welchem das Notebook und gegebenenfalls ein Drucker aufgenommen werden, und ein Kofferoberteil zum Umschließen dieser Geräte. Beim Transport werden derartige Koffer abgestellt, und deshalb gibt es an einer Schmalseite, die dem Koffergriff gegenüberliegt, Füße, auf welchen der Koffer abgestellt werden kann. Wenn ein Koffer abgestellt wird, geschieht dies gewöhnlich mit einem Ruck, der sich ins Innere des Koffers fortpflanzt und sich auf das zu schützende Gerät überträgt.
    Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den beim Abstellen eines Transportkoffers ausgeübten Stoß auf das zu schützende Gerät zu vermindern.
    Die gestellte Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß der Transportkoffer Scharnierkörper als Stoßdämpfungsfüße aufweist, welche Stoßdämpfungsteile umfassen, die beim Abstellen des Koffers zusammendrückbar sind. Durch diese Nachgiebigkeit des Transportkoffers wird die Bremsbeschleunigung auf den Federweg der Stoßdämpfungsteile verteilt, so daß die Bremsbeschleunigung nicht die hohen Werte annimmt, die bei einem relativ starren Gebilde zu erwarten sind, wie dies ein Koffer sonst darstellt.
    Als Stoßdämpfungsteile können Moosgummischichten verwendet werden, die etwa 10 mm dick sind und sich bei einem Stoß bis auf 5 mm zusammendrücken lassen. Dieser zusätzliche Bremsweg von 5 mm reicht im Zusammenhang mit einer zusätzlichen Polsterung im Inneren des Koffers aus, empfindliche Geräte, wie Notebooks, gegen übermäßige Stoßeinwirkung zu schützen.
    Die Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben. Dabei zeigt:

    eine perspektivische Darstellung der Stoßdämpfungsfüße.
    Der Transportkoffer enthält ein Kofferunterteil 1 zur Aufnahme eines zu schützenden Geräts und ein Kofferoberteil 2 zum Umschließen des zu schützenden Geräts. Kofferunterteil und -oberteil sind über Scharniere schwenkbar miteinander verbunden, die hier als Aushebscharniere ausgebildet sein sollen, um das Kofferoberteil 2 vom Kofferunterteil leicht trennen zu können, wenn das Kofferoberteil um 180° gegenüber der Stellung in Fig. 1 geschwenkt worden ist. Das insgesamt mit 3 bezeichnete Scharnier enthält Scharnierkörper 4 und 5, die auf der Schmalseite des Koffers gegenüber dem Koffergriff angebracht sind und als Stoßdämpfungsfüße ausgebildet sind. Zu diesem Zweck sind Moosgummischichten 6 und 7 zwischen den eigentlichen Scharnierkörpern 4 und 5 und der Schmalseite des Kofferunterteils bzw. -oberteils gefügt, die bei Stoß auf den Scharnierkörper 4 oder 5 sich bis auf die Hälfte ihres Volumens zusammenpressen lassen.
    Wie ersichtlich, weist jeder Scharnierkörper 4, 5 eine Aufsetzleiste 8, 9 auf, und es ist eine Anzahl von Schraubbohrungen 10 vorgesehen, um die Scharnierkörper samt Stoßdämpfungsschichten an dem Koffer mittels Durchsteckschrauben zu befestigen. An dem Scharnierkörper 4 ist eine Scharnierachse 11 angebracht, die mit einem Scharnierhaken 12 zusammenarbeitet, der in einer Lücke 13 des Scharnierkörpers 5 sitzt, jedoch aus Darstellungsgründen abseits gezeichnet ist.
    Es sind diverse Modifikationen der Stoßdämpfungsfüße möglich. Beispielsweise könnten die Scharnierkörper aus Schaumgummimaterial mit einer festen Haut bestehen, um sowohl die Nachgiebigkeit bei Stößen als auch die Beschädigungsfreiheit bei Benutzung zu garantieren. In diesem Fall kann die Moosgummischicht 6, 7 mit in dem Scharnierkörper integriert sein.

    Claims (4)

    1. Transportkoffer, insbesondere für Notebooks, mit folgenden Merkmalen:
      ein Kofferunterteil (1) zur Aufnahme eines zu schützenden Gerätes;
      ein Kofferoberteil (2) zum Umschließen des zu schützenden Geräts;
      Scharniere (3) zur schwenkbaren Verbindung von Kofferoberteil und Kofferunterteil;
      die Scharniere (3) umfassen jeweils einen ersten und zweiten Scharnierkörper (4, 5), die benachbart zueinander an Schmalseiten des Kofferunter- und - oberteils befestigt sind und über Scharnierverbindungen (11, 12) miteinander gekoppelt werden können;
      gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
      die Scharnierkörper (4, 5) sind als Stoßdämpfungsfüße des Transportkoffers ausgebildet und umfassen Stoßdämpfungsteile, die beim Abstellen des Koffers zusammendrückbar sind.
    2. Transportkoffer nach Anspruch 1,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stoßdämpfungsteile aus Moosgummischichten (6, 7) bestehen.
    3. Transportkoffer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stoßdämpfungsteile als Zwischenschicht zwischen Koffer (1, 2) und Scharnierkörper (4, 5) angebracht sind.
    4. Transportkoffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stoßdämpfungsteile etwa 10 mm dick sind.
