Claims (8)
- Bettenrost, die aus elastischen Latten (20), Leisten oder Rippen besteht, die quer zu einem Rahmen angeordnet und mit dem Rahmen mittels die Latten haltender flexibler oder gelenkiger Verbindungen (30, 31) verbunden sind, umfassend eine elastische Struktur (10) von dem Typ, der elastische Elemente (50, 60) einer gekrümmten geometrischen Form umfasst, deren Konfiguration manuell eingestellt werden kann, wobei die Elemente (50, 60) zwischen dem Rahmen des Bettenrostes und der die Latten haltenden Verbindung (30, 31) angeordnet und unterhalb der Latten (20) gelagert sind, um eine wesentliche vertikale Auslenkung der Latten (20) relativ zu dem Rahmen des Bettenrostes und gleichzeitig eine relative Stabilität und Steifheit der Struktur (10) zu ermöglichen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die elastische Struktur (10) einen ersten Bogen (50), der sich zwischen einem Längsträger (40) des Rahmens des Bettenrostes und der die Latten haltenden Verbindung (30, 31) erstreckt, und einen zweiten Rahmen (60) umfasst, der sich von dem ersten Bogen (50) verzweigt, wobei die Bögen (50, 60) mit wenigstens einer manuell betriebenen Verbindungsvorrichtung (45, 90) miteinander verbunden sind, die zum Regulieren der Elastizität der Struktur (10) auf der Grundlage des Gewichts, das in dem Bett liegt, geeignet ist. - Bettenrost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verbindungsvorrichtung (90) zwischen den Bögen (50, 60) und in einem Bereich der elastischen Struktur (10) angeordnet ist, wo ein maximaler Abstand zwischen den Bögen (50, 60) vorgesehen ist. - Bettenrost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die elastische Struktur (10) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, einem abgestimmten Metall oder einem mehrschichtigen Holz hergestellt ist, wobei die Struktur (10) an dem Längsträger (40) des Rahmens des Bettenrostes befestigt ist. - Bettenrost nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verbindungsvorrichtung (90) durch einen Stift, der in ein in der elastischen Struktur (10) ausgeformtes Durchgangs- oder Gewindeloch (91) eingesetzt ist, und durch wenigstens eine Blockiervorrichtung (95) des Stifts (90) an der elastischen Struktur (10) gebildet ist. - Bettenrost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Bögen (50, 60) durch eine einzelne geformte Struktur gebildet sind. - Bettenrost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verbindungsvorrichtung (45) durch eine Mehrzahl, in dem ersten Bogen (50) vorgesehenen Nuten gebildet ist, in denen ein Ende des zweiten Bogens (60) eingesetzt ist. - Bettenrost nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Abstand (X) zwischen der oberen Stirnfläche des Trägers (40) und der Latte (20) wenigstens 50 Millimeter beträgt, während der minimale Abstand (Z) zwischen der Struktur (10) und der unteren Stirnfläche der Latte (20) wenigstens 30 Millimeter beträgt. - Bettenrost nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der erste Bogen (50) den zweiten Bogen (60) in wenigstens einem Schnittpunkt (69) schneidet, wobei der Abstand zwischen dem Schnittpunkt (69) und einer vertikal verlaufenden Achse (A) durch den Schwerpunkt des Trägers (40) wenigstens 10 Zentimeter und der Abstand (K) zwischen der Achse (A) und der die Latten haltenden Verbindung (30, 31) wenigstens 15 Zentimeter betragen.
