Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for collecting rod-shaped articles the tobacco processing industry and for transferring the articles into a container, with a conveyor for conveying the articles in a direction transverse to their longitudinal axes to a room in which a defined amount of articles accumulated and with a transfer device for transferring the quantity of articles into Direction of the longitudinal axes of the article from the room into a container.
B. Papier) umgebenem Filtermaterial (z. B. Zelluloseazetat) bestehen.Under the term Rod-shaped articles of the tobacco processing industry "are understood to mean cigarettes made of tobacco or another smoking material with and without a filter, but in particular filter sticks which consist of filter material (e.g. cellulose acetate) surrounded by a covering (e.g. paper).
Filter rods are often filled into containers after they have been produced. Such containers can be shipping boxes in which the filter rods are shipped. You can but also intermediate containers, so-called trays, into which the filter rods are placed Factories filled in at their manufacturing facilities and then to production be emptied again by filter cigarettes. In both cases, it is desirable that To keep the number of items in the containers as constant as possible; also a honeycomb pattern by offset of the individual rows of cigarettes by each half a diameter compared to the adjacent rows of items above and below and the smoothest possible horizontal surface of the total amount Articles can be reached in a container.
To solve this problem, a sliding arrangement is provided, which before Actuation of the transfer device one or more of the upper article layers shifts in the axial direction such that this is a temporary support for the form further supplied articles.
Developments and further refinements of the device according to the invention can be found in the subordinate claims.
The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment.

B. sogenannte
Versandkartons. Die Seitenwände der Behälter 16 sind mit 16a, 16b, die
Rückseite mit 16c bezeichnet. Der Einlaufbereich 12 entspricht Schragenfüllern der
Anmelderin vom in der Zigarettenindustrie bekannten Typ HCF.In the drawing, a
Below the
absenken.During the transfer of the article A into the
Is a transfer process for a quantity of items from
52 wird dadurch in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 30 verschoben.2a shows details of the
The
